JOE IS A MAN OF HONOUR! He has kept my faith in this establishment as being reputable and honest. A true gem of a human being. Scoffable had made a mistake as to which Joe fixed the issues no problem. 5 Stars!

Avoid! Food arrived stone cold …you can buy better frozen pizzas for £1 ….kebab meat is like cardboard

After using this shop for many years had the worst customer service experience, Joe your son is not cut out for customer services very very rude to my daughter and I tonight all because he made a mistake and over charged her,even the staff was embarrassed all because my daughter asked why he was cranky, then he told us to get out we were barred not a problem will never be back after that.And also threatened to under cook a chicken burger .

Wow what an amazing place!! Helped out a family of 4 in need when I couldn’t afford anything to eat, only asked for a pizza and instead they sent out pizza dinner meat and chips for my family and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all. Thank you so much.

Very rude behaviour & disgusting food As well

One of famous takeaway having multicultural food like Asian n European Turkish and Mexican I love it.

Called them up about a small mistake in my order. They brought out a new order straight away. Even went above and beyond. 👌

Undercooked, way to much salty. not 12inch or 30cm. I paid 20 pounds for this. They refused to refund and said could replace if I didn’t room out two pieces ( had to feed the hungry kid as it took 50 mins to arrive the order and replacing would take similar amount of time). And they argued over phone the pizza couldn’t be smaller than what I ordered. Didn’t even apologise for terrible food quality. Waste of money. Poor customer service. Do not recommend at all.

Phoned to ask if they deliver to my area as they deliver to the town 2 minutes down the road from Me… manager came on and said NUHT … if that’s the attitude running the show I’m glad I then read the reviews and realised I got away lucky

What happened to your chicken Korma, thought i would try it again for some nostalgia as it used to be good, today got a watered down sickening coconut soup with a hint of spice couldn't finish it, it was disgusting. DO NOT buy the Korma go to heritage pay £2.00 more, its worth it. I'll save you the pain and disappointment of pouring this soup on your plate and watching as the rice floats about like a group of passengers bobbing about the sea from a sinking ship.

Contacted this store in Bathgate after ordering it 3 minutes earlier. I had to cancel as my order as my daughter had fallen was told by the counter staff called Leanne who was absolutely bile towards mr on the phone basically told me I could not cancel as the pizza jad been put in the oven. After being transferred to a manager I was then told I would need to pay for the pizza as they had put it in the oven. Any other company would surely offer a 6pound refund but no 4in1 Bathgate made me pay for it anyway. Would never order from this hole again.

Ordered £27 worth of food, It was the most vile takeaway we have ever ate out of, The chips were undercooked, soggy and floppy, Nan bread was pure black and was not fully cooked inside making it super doughy to the point none of us could eat it, The hoagies had hardly no kebab meat in them for except like 3 slices, The only good thing out of the whole order which was the sauce, I remember this place use to be good but it has just went on a downwards spiral. Very unhappy with the amount of money we paid and what received for it.

Placed an order last Thursday on line, paid by card then recieved a phone call to say the item I wanted wasn't available. I asked for a refund as the kebab was what we really wanted (they do produce lovely food I won't dispute that) . Anyway, all was well and I was told I would be refunded. I am still waiting on the refund a week later and recieve an email stating that the refund was being processed today and would not appear in my bank for another 10 days!! The order was £40 altogether, including other items obviously! My point being, if I had placed my order by phone or in person, the order would've been checked before payment was taken. So just be aware of this everyone. Would've been nice to have recieved some sort of good will gesture but obviously I'm just another insignificant customer. So to sum up....Good kebabs but terrible customer service!

Tired of ordering from here and it bring so hit or miss. Chicken burger instead of chicken dips received. Pizza barely cooked, dough white and soft like chewing soggy bread. Complained previously regarding receiving wrong items and pizza barely being cooked and no response, so last time ordering here from us.

Three weeks in a row, I've ordered takeaway from here with a specified time and each time it has been delivered at least an hour earlier than it's supposed to be delivered. Food is excellent, no complaints there, but need to double check delivery times.

This place is an absolute joke, they take advantage of young girls that have had a drink. Me and my friend went here last night and ordered 2 kebabs with sauces, first of all the guy was told we wanted the deal which was 2 kebabs for £9.99. So i gave him £5 my friend gave him £10 he gave no change, the sauces we received were heavily expired and the doner meat tasted as though it had been sitting for a while being re heat and served. I was seriously not well today from what i did consume of it which wasn't very much, we called the shop to inform them of these issues with our meals to be very rudely told "bla bla bla" from the guy in store who then hung up the phone!! we continued to call again to be told if we did not stop calling they would call the police i mean really? lol then someone arranged to come to our door and address the matter to no avail. l think this is absolutely disgraceful service and lack of respect for customers, I WOULD 100% NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!!!

Used to think this place was no too bad however after placing an order tonight what a total balls up ... 2 cans of juice missing from order .. item missing from pizza and the kids chicken burger was a cheese burger which caused my son distress as hes autistic .. the delivery driver couldnt be more apologetic refunded the juice .. was looking forward to enjoying this but after this experience its not one i would like to repeat ...

Food is good, more expensive than dhillons but quick and easy to get too.

If I could leave a lower rating I would!! Ordered a spicy chicken pizza but would have been better eating the box it arrived in! No taste to it what so ever, doughy (and that was thin crust) chicken was as dry as an old stick and cheese like plastic! Reminded me why I've never ordered from here in over 10 years!!!!

Ordered online with an estimated 30 minute delivery, Finally turned up over an hour later, pizza & garlic bread were cold & inedible, Really disappointed in the bathgate takeaway as regularly​ order from the grangemouth takeaway with excellent results,

Well after waiting for the pizza delivery for 45min it turned up cold and garlic bread soggy and inedible. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered our pizzas and they arrived within 17 minutes of placing the order, best pizzas we've probably ever had. Amazing food, amazing service!!

Placed an order online and money was taken out of my account only to be phoned 5 minutes later saying they dont deliver to this area and that i would be refunded within 24hrs, think its pretty shocking that it even let me place the order in the first place just to be told they've cancelled it etc without even offering me the option to come collect it instead really dissapointed used to really like this place.

I placed a order for a mixed kebab with chicken tikka and tandoori chicken. I recived only tikka when I phoned to query this I was fobbed off with bull that tikka and tandoori are the same colour and that I was mistaken about the order being wrong the person on the phone was rude and extremely dismissive of anything I said really bad customer service in my opinion.... Tikka and tandoori my be similar in colour but not the same and they definitely do not taste the same.. So if you place a order and it's even slightly wrong don't expect any joy if you phone up..

Took over 2hr for del, first time with 4-in-one as well, never again !!
