Fortune House in Rotherham

I decided to ring in a take Malay to learn the takeaway no longer does cod , I was equally surprised to learn they don’t do pies . My Christmas tradition was to watch the polar express and have a cod and chips . I am unsure what they used is gluten free so will have to look for alternatives , I threw up and I felt like rubbish

All staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The restaurant was busy with a good atmosphere. Notably, families celebrating birthdays it was evident that staff had done all they could to ensure everyone was having a good time. Yes the decor is outdated but who cares as long as food and staff are tip top.

Food is always lovely, we have never had a bad takeaway from here. Staff and owners are friendly and efficient, food is always piping hot and portion sizes are good. Only place I will go to for a Chinese takeaway. Highly recommend.

Ya know something it used to be an alright take away but past 2 times iv ordered its just been stupid prices for such little things portions are crap food was terrible I'm sorry but that's last time ima order from there

Having moved from Barnsley nearly 10 years ago where we were surrounded by good takeaways we've tried and failed to find a good Chinese, until last night. This is by far one of the best Chinese in Rotherham, and we've tried lots. It's been nearly 10 years since we've had a Chinese that garnered more than a "meh, it was ok", the food from here was lovely and what we've been longing for.
