Rude person on the counter. No manners at all and got the order wrong too!

I regularly go here - they have a great wide ranging menu. However on the last three visits the chips have been awful. Overcooked, hard, crispy and tasteless. I think they may have reheated them. Very disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting meal salt n pepper chicken couldn’t eat it as it was so over cooked, chips weren’t cooked and Sui mai swimming in sauce, never ever go back

If i could give zero rating that would be to much,absolutely disgusting food as you can see by the cremated remains,believe me DON’T waste your money disgustingly vile

Abysmal. Chicken omelette comes with no chips or peas, buy them separately and get ripped off. The omelette itself doesn't cover half the box, very small portion. Disgraceful. I'm appalled really, chips only warm ups as well, not fresh. Avoid at all costs!!

Best chippy in crosby. Amazing food only gets 4⭐ because it's cash only and no delivery. But well worth going

Fortune Capital lifted my spirits after a dull day watching the Everton beat my belovered Bournemouth. Belovered Bournemouth no more, it's belovered Fortune Capital after that scrumptious salt n pepper chicken accompanied by a diet coke. Gordon Green, you are an utter disgrace.

Great chippy, been going for years.

Just purchased 2 fish and 1 portion chips 8 pm Sun 4th March. Later eating it at home we found the fish batter outside was cooked ok but inside was undercooked fish with runny batter. Usually most chippys cook the fish front of house these appeared from the back. Never been before so will never go there again

Mi nana vive en Crosby, aunque soy de South London, y he ido a ella y conseguir comida para llevar china de Fortuna Capital prácticamente toda mi vida. Y es el mejor que he probado, mentira! El pan de gambas son los mejores - agradable y gruesas y no grasienta. Creo que soy adicto a ellos. El resto de la comida también, incluido el especial Chow Mein. Nunca tuvimos que esperar mucho, aunque es claramente popular. Seguir haciendo lo que estás haciendo!!!
