Food Doc in Dungannon

So happy we found this little place. We stopped for coffee and cake on the way through. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was lovely as was the coffee. Would defo go back and try the main menu.

Lovely food here I had the club sandwich was very tasty, staff are very friendly and smiley and you feel a warmth sense of welcome when you enter regularly in the north through work and past through dungannon so will definitely return

Delicious breakfast and super friendly staff! Visited for a morning breakfast and a very friendly face greeted me. I don’t know Dungannon but this is my second time here and the food and service were first class! Would defo come back and will recommend to friends! Keep up the good work!🙌🏻

I love the Food Doc! Delicious fresh food that always has a twist of originality. From morning coffee with scones or tray bakes to a range of lunches with daily specials I have never been been disappointed. The staff are friendly, efficient, always welcoming and there's a fantastic atmosphere.

Excellent food, with a real focus on freshness and variety. We loved the smoothies and brunch menu particularly, and there’s also a range of vegan options plus baked goods for takeaway.

We stopped by The Food Doc today for brunch. We ordered two cappuccinos, one with regular milk and the other with oat milk. Coffee was really really good. We had the pesto chicken toastie and the poached eggs on sourdough with avocado and smoked salmon and a side of sweet potato fries. Both plates were very good and the portions were really filling. I would’ve loved for the egg yolk to be more runny in the poached egg, eggs were a bit overcooked. Great experience overall I would definitely go back again to try some of their other dishes! 😍🙌🏼

The staff at so welcoming and thoughtful and the food is top quality! Really beautiful menu that is obviously created with care Not to mention the uplifting positive vibes message with coffee… such a kind touch!

Visited around 9:45am, plenty of seating spaced out comfortably. Was approached with a menu within 15 seconds of sitting down. Waitress allowed a respectable amount of time to select the food before returning. Opted for the Food Doc Bap and the Lemonaid. Drink comes in two size options, opted for the smaller one which was sufficient in this case. The food was presented well, and hand delivered from the kitchen staff. Cooked good. Staff here are very pleasant and not overbearing. Would recommend.

This is the best cafe i have ever went to for brunch. The staff are amazing, the food is delicious and they keep the place clean. I love this place. Ceasar salad is amazing with the chilli in it.

I love the food in this place, always fresh and tasty. Açai bowl is my favourite and I haven’t had one anywhere else that compares and I have tried numerous so well done guys. Loads of fresh veggies and everything freshly made, soup, sandwiches, bowls are all delicious. Also have to say they have really nice coffee. Tray-bakes good as well.

I have been here many times and this is a great cafe but today after work i decided to pop in for a much needed snack.I got 1 acai bowl for takeaway and noticed it was way more liquid in look than from other cafés.And also they made it fresh which was weird because all the other places had them made with açai purée and froze them so when ordered they would just scoop it out. But anyways I decided to trust the process when i got it it was not açai usual colur it was pink açai is a dark purple and they used acai powder which left a very chemical taste and when i tried it it was ok but i ended up not finishing it and threw it into the bin. Quick answer do not order it if you dont like watery runny chemical tasting acai (DISCLAIMER THIS IS MY HONEST OPINION PLEASE DONT TAKE OFFENCE FOOD DOC YOUR CAFE IS THE BEST BUT THE ACAI NEEDS TO BE RETHOUGHT THANKYOU FOR YOUR TIME READER)

Enjoyed every second of it. Staff were very, smoothies were to die for. Keeping it simple, but smoothies were to die for. A place that was very unique. Love it.

Very unfriendly staff no vegetarian Hot options. This isn’t the first time I’ve been and this has happened .

It was a little expensive, but I guess everything has gone up in price. The raspberry and cream slice was delicious.

Love this place , tell all that ask for somewhere good to eat this is the place to be, healthy with lots of vegan/ vegetarian options also catering to other dietary needs. One friend is gf and other is keto and they loved it too. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Lots of great juices and smoothies to choose from and the buddah bowls are my fav, and they make one of the best vegan sausage rolls I've ever had , always get a box to take home with me. Looking forward to my next visit

Fantastic food and service 5star all the way

Each visit is brilliant, everyone is meet with big smiles and a welcome from all staff, each paying great attention to your order and nearly able to guess what you would like , food amazing great variety of choice. Nothing is any trouble when it comes to looking after their customers.

Fantastic food, friendly staff and beautifully healthy. Have been twice in the past week and will be back many more times. Recommend the salmon, cream cheese and poached egg bagel. Cappucinos are worth trying too!

Had a nice lunch here. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The flavours in the food were good and there were plenty of healthy options on the menu. I have deducted two stars for two reasons: I thought the quality of ingredients was a bit low for the price (seemed like very processed chicken). Additionally, we were put off from getting a sweet treat because there were flies walking over them - could benefit from having a cover on the staff side of the counter or mesh covers!

Unfortunately I’m unable to post a picture of my breakfast which exited my body 15 minutes after I’d attempted to eat what was put in front of me. Can someone please explain chilli flakes on eggs as standard? Waiting….because who puts chilli flakes on a tuna and cheese omelette? Oh The Food Doc does and when you point out cold undercooked food and the fact you don’t like chilli flakes the owners weak response is to point to a small insignificant caption on the menu stating all eggs are served with chilli flakes but wouldn’t it be prudent of staff members at the point of sale to state this fact out to customers that A don’t use your establishment and B because people me included don’t like chilli flakes so once again WHO PUTS CHILLI FLAKES ON TUNE & CHEESE OMELETTE

Only been here once and the food we ordered and received was brilliant, its abit away from where I live so it'll be a while before I'm back but definitely recommend this place if you live locally. Top notch healthy food.

Standing on the site of my first bank many years ago, I certainly could have a healthier relation with this splendid health-orientated cafe than my original bank manager who was rather taxed by my student overspending in England ! Broad based menu with an incredible range of smoothies what a great asset to Dungannon

I have been here a number of times and the every time the coffee is amazing and their food is delicious, has quickly become my go to. Atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff and very polite and helpful.

Excellent coffee spot in the heart of Dungannon Town. Staff very friendly and up for the craic. Place was spotless as well. Coffee was really good and the menu is very diverse. Everything I saw being served looked great. And my meal was nice as well. Excellent all round.

A beautful cafe right in the heart of Dungannon town centre. If I could give 6 stars for service I most definitely would. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel at home. The staff and owner are friendly, welcoming and pleasent. You can tell they love what they do. There are endless amounts of delicious treats on offer with a great variety of healthy treats too. I enjoyed a lemon and blueberry cake square and an "immune booster juice" . It was just what I needed. I was in Dungannon passing some time while my mother was attending a hospital appointment. Before I left to pick her up again, I asked the owner if he could recommend a juice for my mother, who had been fasting for 24hrs. I was upset and let my emotions get the better of me but the young male owner was just lovely. He was compassionate and understanding. It was just wonderful to feel like he cared. My mother enjoyed the juice he prepared for her. I will most definitely be revisting this cafe next time I am in Dungannon for sure. Thank you.

Delicious whole food and amazing coffee, the staff are all so friendly and the service is top notch. I eat here regularly and highly recommend the shakshouka, its great to have somewhere in town that offers so many nice vegetarian options 😀

Had a lovely lunch at The Food Doc Dungannon. I had the soup and sandwich combo and my son had a toastie. I also got a wrap to take away and was delighted to see they used sustainable packaging. We really need responsible retailers like this. As for the food, well it was just delicious. It is really clear that this place is run with love and care. Very attentive staff are keen to tell you about all the tasty, nutritious and healthy food on offer. It is really good value too. I will definitely go back and encourage anyone to pay them a visit. You'll not be disappointed.

Had an early breakfast here for 2 adults and a toddler. Nice seats. Beautiful tiled table. Cafe though was really cold. Didnt seem like the heating was on! Pancakes, sausage rolls, tea and coffee. Pancakes were very good but presentation was zero. Sausage rolls requested weren't available which was unfortunate and the ones I got instead certainly were not worth £4! Service was what it needed to be. We got what we needed with no fuss but it could have been far better. Despite informing our toddler would be sharing the pancakes..no additional plate was offered - it's the little things. Seemed a popular enough spot... but we won't return soon.

The Food Doc is really amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The Customer Service experience you receive from start to finish is always top notch. They always have a wide range off dishes to cater for everyone's needs including Gluten Free & Vegan which is fantastic. Me and my boyfriend would go here on a regular basis because its the only place close by to offer a wide range of Vegan Meals. So if you haven't tried it yet you are totally missing out. Thanks again for an amazing experience and we shall see you all again soon 😀

Not sure about the freshness of the salmon the day I was here had some brown edges an had a slight smell might have not been stored to well in refrigerator or on an ice pack.. I was assured it was it didn't convince me tbh

Brilliant whole food restaurant and coffee shop in Dungannon. It's independently owned and promotes healthy eating. It's a friendly and relaxing place to enjoy good food and coffee.

First time trying The Food Doc today - from the amazing smell and atmosphere when I walked in, to the really friendly, helpful and professional, enthusiastic customer service provided (eye contact, genuine engagement, helpful question answering) , and to top it off the different food and treat choices (gluten free and vegan available) , it was very impressive! The coffee was great, and the food itself was absolutely amazing, I will most certainly use again in future. A very pleasant expierience..

After my dentist appointment I went in to meet my sister in law here who was watching my daughter. They had food which they loved & I got a hot chocolate with a straw as my mouth was still very much numb. We had a little laugh about it with the staff, but they gave great care. Definitely be back.

I work in town and this is my go-to for lunch. Service is great and the food is absolutely delicious! My favourite is the chicken bake - tastes homemade and wholesome, not at all like "diet food". The freshly-squeezed fruit juices are also a nice treat! Would highly recommend!

Great food! Definitely for the healthy market but they do a great range of lunches and breakfasts. Smoothies are great too. A wee bit expensive but all healthy food is these days! Will be back.
