I was so fed up with bad takeaways and had all but given up. Then we found Fongs. Brilliant food, amazing portions, great value and friendly staff. This is now our new Chinese finally a good takeaway!

Frequency Kings Cross saved my day! Positioned directly across from the Travelodge I was able to successfully get a proper morning coffee ☕️ and excellent free Wifi connectivity! The coffee house has a variety of imported coffee will appeal to your taste. Gaston was the Barista | Roaster on shift when I arrived. He was welcoming and friendly! Great location and superb coffee!

Cleveland StreetHidden gem near UCL! Portions are HUGE and prices super fair for central London. Everything’s freshly made — no pre-cooked stuff here. You can literally watch the chefs cooking in the open kitchen, full of wok hei. I tried the fish fragrant pork and was so impressed I came back two more times that week 😭 The braised pig trotter and dry pot dishes are 🔥 too. Feels like a proper Chinese “canteen,” full of students and regulars. If you're craving real, hearty Chinese food that doesn’t break the bank — this is it.
