I always come here for food, I eat in and also get take always - I even use them for catering when I have family functions - and my guests love the good. I am a Punjabi so know my Punjabi food - and it is on point. This place is always busy with Punjab's (from India, saying this with respect) so you know this is authentic Punjabi food! Yes the windows need a clean and the toilet isn't the greatest however I love the food and have never had a bad meal. I even get a cheeky lunch from there and have converted my non punjabi friends who now also go to Flavours for food

To call this Punjabi food is an insult. I ordered the saag paneer & bombay aloo curry. The aloo curry tasted like pasta sauce and the bigger potato’s were RAW. The saag was bland and the paneer was also bland and tasted rubbery. Disappointing.

Very disappointed on the service today. Manager is so rude and did not greet us when we walked in and was not very helpful taking the order Plus he made mistakes, giving the wrong food to us and after speaking to us so rudely and behaving so rude towards us. I would never recommend people to go and eat in there because the food was not nice at all no salt and no taste in the food and taste is disgusting 🤮

Quality of food taste has gone down somewhat so doubt I will reorder again now. This is probably the 6th time we ordered from here but the last 4/5 times food has not met with expections so it is time to give up and move on elsewhere, i can only assume cost saving exercises due to pandemic have taken place. We ordered for delivery, starters - hariyali chicken and chicken tikka for 6.30p,m early in the eveing when food should be fresh still. Delivery was on time but - Both chicken dishes tasted old and left to get lukewarm affecting the taste - the punjabi word "behaa" is what we use for this. We ordered 3 currys - Butter chicken, Lamb Curry and Chicken Karahi. Butter chicken lacked the zing/sourness and was the dish that no one in the family of 5 adults liked and the one we chucked half eaten. Karahi chicken tasted okay but far too mild for us. The lamb curry to me tasted as it the lamb had been defrosted with so much jelly/fat on it for me. We also bought a papdi chaat that was already mush - really should thinking about separting that out for delivery not to make it warm as it should be served cold. Shame as originally we did enjoy the food first couple of orders but not anymore.

Ordered food last night takt way no taste in anything the Veg Manchurian and Garlic Chilli Mogo both had the same sauce poured from shop bought bottle. there was no taste of garlic or chilli in the mogo and no soy sauce flavour in the Manchurian. The non veg mixed Grill and was packed in a foil bag where all the flavour and sauce ran into the plastic bag so really tasteless lamb curry no taste of anything. And finally ordered Lachedar Prantha recived fat soggy prantha no Lache in there at all. Well disappointed never oedering from there again

If I could’ve given a 0 stars I would’ve, where can I start! Worst customer service ever, rude attitude don’t care attitude. Food taste like if it was cooked 3 days ago. The sizzler they used the chicken tandoori smelt like fish. Paratha was rock hard aswell as the naan bread. Tandoori chicken tasted stale and it was just reheated with onions on top, approached the manager and told him that the chicken tasted off, he’s answer was if you don’t like it I can’t do anything about it (disgusting) that wasn’t what I was looking for! Finally asked to pay and why I was still charged for the tandoori chicken. Then the manager got aggravated. 😡no remorse, no apology, no alternatives. They claim it is halal food but upon looking at other reviews the certificate is fake. Im surprised trading standards are allowing them to trade also the halal commission authority.

Great portions and food was full of flavour! Was definitely surprised by other reviews?! Took chance and it paid off so kudos to the chef :-)

Ordered a family meal delivery was early which was a good thing however aloo gobi uncooked frozen potatoes. Egg curry was pretty cold. The cooking was very rushed and the food was not enjoyable at all.

The glasses where dirty. My drink had limescale at the bottom of the glass. When I questioned it the waiter (poor english) stated its from my own food, making out its my fault as I backwash my food. It was lunch time, I definitely don't back wash, I'm a 36year old professional... I know how to eat and drink! I have etiquette. I would highly recommend you avoid this place. The atmosphere is poor and the staff sit there staring at you. They don't wash there hands after they've eaten and have no manners.

Very bad food, bland, tasteless, old, too oily. I phoned the restaurant to complain & owner didn’t want to help, said his food is always good, he never receives a complaint when many people also left bad reviews. I asked what can he do to help as am complaining and what customer service can he provide, he said nothing. He gave me one option, I can return/send the food back to him with my cost. The food was delivered but wants be to drive back to the restaurant to return the food. I will never order food from Flavours of Punjab and will advise everyone not to order, take my advise. Owner can’t even speak English properly which I understand but kept asking me too many times what I had to say to him which kind of annoyed me. He runs a restaurant to make money but doesn’t want to listen to any bad feedbacks, he only understands what he knows & thinks. Its like he’s thinking the weather outside is hot and sunny when the weather is cold and rainy. Dumb owner, definitely will loose customers now

Seriously Good! Third time visiting! The chaat is a must! Absolutely delicuous. We had the chicken tikka. Very very good! Fish Tikka ... surprisingly amazing good! Mango lassi .. equally good Also ordered tandoori naan and aloo paratha ... could not finish it all. This is a very simple, not presumptuous authentic food restaurant. Prices are very reasonable and certainly very good value for money !

A group of club members met for a summer meal at Flavours of Punjab. 10 of us had an annual evening summer meal. Generally the food was good, but the restaurant could have had better service systems. There was not a list available of alcohol served with prices. We declined the wine as it was not chilled and.would suggest that beer might be a better option for other diners. Starters were served at the same time as the main courses. We also found it hard to get the staff member to understand that we would not be paying for an item which was very tough and overcooked. ..
