Staff are very friendly and nice, food is normally quick and good, even when busy!

The food tastes bad. The kebab is just some chicken with plastic tasting pita bread and nothing else included. The price is high and the value is low. They do not accept card payment. Screaming child in shop.

I spent lots of money on food from them Big Mistake never order again, Flamingo Owner ordered from another company frozen food and sell like hi be prepared!!! i orded a pizza and a popcorn chicken deal and i saw a bug in my food and i've also been hearing rumors that you can order a "special pizza" and it comes with weed inside of the pizza box which is disgusting. And i have seen them drop chicken strips on the floor and still use them in their food. i wouldn't recommend eating there as you never know what you might find.

Lovely food available from 4pm till 10pm with delivery 5pm till 10pm.

This is our second visit. We came to hike Carding Mill last year and found this little gem. Absolutely shocked how good it was and have thought about it many times since. Went again yesterday and it did not disappoint. We live over 50 miles away but am tempted to come back to Xhurxh Stretton just for the kebab. Amazing. Fresh. Thank you!

45minutes late. Overrun and disorganised

They got the order completely wrong. The guy serving even repeated back on the phone but somehow they still got it wrong.

During uncertain covid times, the covid procedure is set out clearly before entering the shop. We ordered at the till, went for a short walk and 5 mins later our food was ready. Super quick service and the food was hot and well prepared.

Last night had roast chicken chips and salad. Chicken was dry chips were like they have been sat in the dryer for a week and guess what no salad. Great advertising!! on the plus side the pizza and chill bits were nice

The staff are unfailingly lovely, the pizza is my favourite and I'm not just flanneling here! Mozzarella sticks and mushroom burger equally my favourite. Honestly would recommend to everyone. And I'm a bit fussy with my pizza tomato base and they always accommodate me.

Just had the family deal and a grilled salad. The food was lovely and so much as well. Would recommend 👍

A small café in Beaumont Road that is run by a friendly and talented cook who takes pride in what she serves. Conveniently located just by a bus stop, this café faces competition from nine others in the town but do drop in for a seriously good coffee and home cooking.

We're on a mini break and ordered a take away, they couldn't find us in the dark but persevered and found us. Worth the wait.

Briliant pizza in here,taste like a piece of italy

What a surprisingly delightful place! From the kerb, it's a little confused - comes across as a small café, with lots of local businesses advertised. However, inside it's another world of glorious food and very tasteful decoration. The menu is big and much like a kebab house, offering everything from chicken and burgers, kebab and pizza to fish and chips! They appear to work in a small kitchen but they must be super organised. The food we received was prompt, great value and tasted great! Parking in the village is a pita and this is no exception here, however, there are a few bays at the front and if you're lucky, you might get one. If not, it's worth the walk. The staff are polite and evidently diligent and it pays off in the great service and quality of food.

Honestly amazing little place, was just visiting the area, came into this little cafe. The place was run by 1 person, doing the service, cooking, cleaning- everything. She was very welcoming and quick service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

They do one of the best full english breakfasts in church stretton, especially when it's cooked by Tammy!! Plus it's right by the bus stop so you can pop in for a sandwich and cuppa while you wait for the bus!! And they offer delivery during the evening too!!

Whilst staying locally we decided to have a Takeaway. What can I say the chicken donee kebabs were amazing, very different to the ones we have at home, but the chicken was tasty, plentiful and well cooked. The portions were huge, cannot fault them

Having visited Flamingo a few weeks ago I returned today. This time I took my niece with me. She has some mobility issues and I sometimes worry about access etc. There was no need to worry as there was no step as the owners have very thoughtfully adapted it into a small ramp. Again the ladies working in there could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food, service and experience was excellent. I would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great pizza from a wide selection on the menu. Plenty of choice for a vegetarian (me) and a meat-eater (my other half). We had the two for £20 deal, but then realized we were about a pound short, but the kind proprietor let us off. Would definitely recommend and will return!

Staff are very friendly service is generally swift.

Loads of choice, great chicken and chips but they do everything including full breakfast menu at 1pm, made my lunch time. You do need cash and have to use the public toilet on the corner but apart from that it’s a good old fashioned cafe. Perfect after Long Mynd!

Staff unfriendly, told could only pay by cash, I asked to use their toilet whilst my food was being prepared & they refused, I counted 17 seats plus several outside & no toilet facilities, just not good enough! Food was also saturated in tomato ketchup, needless to say I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Once we found it we went back 4 times whilst on holiday for a week. The food is top notch and well presented at a good price. There are spaces for about 3 cars on the street as there are other shops either side, but you can also park on the main road

Went in for breakfast, lady behind counter was not very welcoming and it was quite cold in there. Food was ok although sausages were fried and cheep rest of breakfast was fine.

Having had many a take away from Flamingo’s while in Stretton doing a few old jobs decided to treat wifey to lunch popped in only had a toasted sandwich but it was excellent could even become a regular thing

Well, we keep coming back. And back. And back. Ever since we moved to Church Stretton, 6 years ago. I’m very fond of a proper English breakfast and for a proper cheese smothered pizza in the evening! Church Stretton is blessed with several good places to have a hearty breakfast without breaking the bank but 9 out of 10, I come here. Best value of all and service is very quick and friendly without being intrusive. When my brother visits its his favourite too, quiet so best for good catch-up chat. A straightforward friendly, nice cafe with (to my taste) the best coffee in Church Sytretton. It gets the ‘thumbs up’ too from my brother’s partner who goes for the veggie breakfast but when the grandkids come we tend to do Berrys as it has a wider veggie range.

Rubbish food and staff very un polite, food is stored outside and in the outside toilet (which i have photos to prove if needed) where anyone or anything can get to it. Leaves previous staff unpaid and refuses to pay outstanding wages, delivery driver is rude and trys to fight children and swears at them, SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS

My partner and I popped in here for a quick bite to eat. He had a coronation chicken sandwich and I have to say it looked lovely. Proper crusty thick cut bakery style bread, with plenty of filling and a beautiful fresh side salad and coleslaw. I had one of the sunday roast dinners they have just started doing and to say it was beautiful beef would be an understatement. It was so soft it melted in your mouth. Lots of lovely fresh vegetables and yummy roasties too. I certainly didn't leave feeling hungry. It was a huge plateful and definitely good value! Will most definitely be returning. Food has never disappointed us here. And the staff are lovely. Thanks flamingo for another top notch feed!

We go MTBing at the Long Mynd and always call here after the ride for a breakfast. Great value. Mini breakfast and a tea or coffee for less than a fiver. Great value

After visiting here earlier this month and having a nice dinner while seeing friends I decided yesterday (Tuesday) while I was dropping Christmas cards to family that I would grab something to eat before setting off home,when ordering I was greeted by a very abrupt lady who seemed to lack manners telling me it will be done when she can as busy (no name badge but short blondish hair if helps)when my food came I wasn't overly impressed but think the service had left a sour taste in my mouth to begin with.

Un Salto a almorzar, tuvimos una comida realmente precioso. El servicio era estupendo y nuestro hijo pequeño (5) estaba bien cuidado. Él fue tratada con un batido con crema, sprinklers y hasta un paraguas que le encantó!

Hemos entramos en este pequeño y encantador café en muchas ocasiones. El desayuno ha sido siempre de primera categoría y el café siempre es preciosa (sin duda no instantáneo basura! Los precios son baratos) por la calidad de la comida y el personal es amable y servicial. Como siempre, sin duda nos alojaremos de nuevo allí!

We went into this cafe for the first time and it will definitely be the last. The staff were not exactly surly but definitely disinterested in their customers - there was no warm welcome from the sleet coming down outside and the cafe itself was also unwelcoming. There was an unremitting cacophony of loud (c)rap music coming from a tinny radio which was unrelenting during our time there and the staff were so disinterested in the needs of their customers that they never once asked us whether or not we would like it turned down. My full English breakfast was middle of the road to be generous but my partner's poached eggs were hard enough to challenge Dunlop and the whole vulcanisation process! This cafe is definitely one to miss if you intend to visit the glorious waikng country in these parts.

We are too fond of a really good English Breakfast and its too easy to pop into town to have one! Flamingo has become our favourite in Church Stretton, popping in at least once a week now. Friendly, its already become 'the usual?', very quick service, always well cooked and excellent value. We are lucky to have so many good watering holes here in such a little town. Coffee is a personal choice, I think Flamingo are the best in Church Stretton. Their pizzas are very good too.

Absolutely fabulous pizza, best seafood one ever and my children loved the magharita with the curly fries, something they don't get at home. Friendly staff, loved our visit. Recommend if you are looking for a snack in Church Stretton.

Tried their pizza on the way back and threw most of it in bin. Frozen bases and too thick. All in all waste of money. Should have stick to my local pizza shop in craven arms as these guys do fresh dough and made rite in front of customers

Flamingo Café (formerly Beaumont Café) has undergone a few changes by introducing a new takeaway/delivery menu that's dominated by pizzas and kebabs.It's great to have another choice of takeaway in town and Flamingo's food is very satisfying. It's a long way from healthy, of course, and you wouldn't call it a culinary delight, but then what can be better than a piping hot pizza on a Friday night?The pizzas themselves are very tasty (the best in town in our modest opinion) with a good choice of toppings. We do find the base a bit too thick at times (you feel stuffed after a slice or two) but the cafe's biggest shortcoming is that the items on the takeaway menu are too expensive, particular compared to the local competition.An extra 80p for a thin base?£12 for mixed kebab meat and chips?An extra £2 for half-and-half toppings on a Pizza?Ouch. We really like Flamingo's extra-large pizzas, but we no longer order them as a single pizza with half-and-half toppings on a thin base comes close to £20.They are admittedly tasty pizzas (and we still get tempted from time to time) but there plenty of establishments in town that offer better value.

Staff are pleasant and have the customer very much in mind. Pizzas are generous, tasty indeed and extremely more-ish! The only draw-back is the potential damage to one's health if one is greedy!

We got a few takeway pizzas. They were fine, but nothing to write home about. Bases were too thick for my liking (we ordered thin crust).They deliver within a 10 mile radius, which is very useful if you're staying outside of Church Stretton.

Tried their pizzas a few times now, and enjoyed a post-fireworks party there for a group of family and friends. Pizzas are very good, and the owners are good, friendly people. Fast service, and well priced.

What was Cafe Beaumont is now Flamingo Pizza. It still specialises in very reasonably priced breakfasts for locals, also tea, coffee and cakes, but it now produces competitively priced pizza to eat in or as a takeaway - with free delivery to a 10 mile radius.The cafe is small, snug and friendly: around 20 covers at a pinch, with basic cafe furniture, while all the food is cooked in the small kitchen behing the open counter. This doesn't pretend to be fine dining but portions are generous and the cafe is popular with its regulars.A central location by a bus stop & with a public car park and public loos a stonesthrow away. Friendly owners and good value.
