Why is stale food being sold, we complained instead we just apologized, there was no menu change or fresher dishes, it was said to be cheap and the price was 25 thousand and above, how could bad food be sold?

Honest Feedback Very happy visit yesterday Sandwiches are very tasty and high quality ingredients can be tasted. Spices are just as needed no more and no less with nice balance of special spices- well balanced with salt and spicy flavours. I have tried all the chicken sandwiches and they are all great. Next time will try the meat/lamb ones. Coleslaw sauce is fantastic. Chips/fries are special here as well The gentleman (owner) is very friendly and a good listener so this is the place where you feel your feedback is welcomed Whoever knows Western sandwiches in the Levant, this is the shop that has mastered the subject, and you can order with the comfort of knowing that you will finish the sandwich and be happy - a great development from the beginning, and now we can say that we have a very good place for Western sandwiches, the Levant’s job. The food is good, the salt and spicy are very good, and the coslaw is very good and good. I tried the Supreme, fajitas, scallops, and Francesco, and it's all in order.

Don't be fooled by the location (although I find it perfect in park royal) .. the food is THE BEST. Literally THE BEST! My standard order: supreme & philidelphia And everytime I go I ask them to choose 1 for me to taste - last time they chose steak and it was amaaazing And surprisingly even when the food gets cold it's still as good 10/10! Recommend

The guy who is wearing gloves cooking a burger on the grill, flipping over by holding it with one hand and then using the same hand to take out raw chicken and putting those on the grill! What about cross contamination? I just walked out. God knows how many people who became ill didn't know it was this place

**Unhygienic**Exchanges cash and makes food using the same gloves. (Doesn't change gloves) Attempted again yesterday with friends, couldn't stop laughing when I witnessed the same thing. Person making the food uses the same gloves when making food and exchanging cash.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hidden gem in the North Acton / Park Royal area. I get the same thing every time - the cheeseburger meal. It's prepared so well and delicious and absolutely HENCH. Thick cut chips are a bonus too with peri peri salt offered complimentary. The food is prepared in front of you and the staff are lovely. What more could you want. Glad I discovered this place, I'm a local and it's great to have such a good option for munch especially in the later hours.

Ordered off Deliveroo: had the Mexican chicken filled to the brim I jus didn't really like the sauce too much, made the bread squidgy Philadephia and cheese was expecting it like an American one once again too much sauce like the Mexican. Chips even though the box was opened on arrival they were crispy and not soggy at all. Coleslaw really nice and packaged nicely. side note: I think you should cut in half its better than everything falling at the bottom when you try hold it as one

I bought fried chicken in a baguette I can’t describe it . It was just woww😍 You can enjoy crunch and all juicy flavours at the same time . Same goes with garlic chicken wrap . It was cheesy with full of flavour . But I like baguette more . Chips was good . Staff was so friendly . Overall worth eating here .

So, been to this place many times now. I have tried crispy chicken, chicken escalope, pepper steak and beef burger with cheese... What can I say! I'm delighted every time I go. You get a decent sandwich full of meat or chicken unlike other restaurants where you get a sandwich full of salad with little meat in. Amazing taste and I even get them to choose something for me to eat! Did I get disappointed? Never! I'm very picky and OCD with my food. Flames Express ticks all the boxes. The bread if fresh and tastes great. Those are the best sandwiches in London. Once you try them you'll get addicted! One of the best shops in London, if you’re feeling hungry that is the place to go to. Prices are cheap, food is amazing, the owner is very generous and the team is absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be back soon.

If you want a dry sandwich this is the place for you. After reading these fabulous reviews I thought I would try this place as it was in the area I was visiting however after ordering 6 different sandwiches let me tell you, it was a desert. Even the ketchup packets and drinks didn't help. The customer service is nice and super friendly, their prices are great too, however taste wise it was just not great for anyone in our group.

Came all the way from SE London to try the Philly steak sandwich, and my God I was NOT disappointed. The ingredients are freshly prepared and cooked which is definitely an A+, so it will take around 15 minutes to prepare your food. Therefore, I recommend placing an order on your way to pick it up. All in all, highly recommended, the service is clean, food is good and the chef is friendly.
