Delivered hot and within time specified. Tasted amazing. Chilli sauce is the best. We love hot food and most chillis are just not hot enough. Yummy yummy. Will defo be using regularly.

AVOID at all costs absolutely awful. Ended up with food poisoning and had to take time off work to recover.

Fantastic kebab. The pitta pocket my wife very much enjoyed and I. I don't usually agree to eating lamb, but my wife insisted as it was my birthday the prior week and a celebration was in due course. Crunchy salad, delicious mayo dressing and an all round kebab experience. The folks on the telephone were friendly and keen to take my order. Delivery was speedy as hoped. Fan diddy tastic.

Ordered over £100 of food. Then were overcharged by £25 but they refused to give any money back unless we returned the food already eaten. There was no extra food only what was ordered. Terrible customer services. Will not use again!

If you want to avoid being scammed, stay away from this kebab shop. I was overcharged by £25 and when I asked for an explanation, the staff just ignored me. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The best kebab shop in town, Very fresh food as always fresh salad here, Very friendly staff as a very busy shop as you can see why, Awesome place.

Ordered tea 5.30 after a day at work said it would be 40 mins, waited just over an hour (kids were getting ratty) they said it was on route would be 5 mins,happy days. Waited 10 still nothing rang again and they said the order hasn't even been started due to the system being down. Explained I phoned 5 mins previous (now 7pm my 3 Yr old taking himself to bed with no tea) and was told it was on its way, and she said no wasn't placed 😡 wouldnt give anything off the order for the 1.5hr wait, told them not to bother. Someone told me just eat orders get priory over flames website if u decide to take the risk

Used to love getting food from flames but last few times they let me get to the counter and then say they are shut and when they were open the food wasn’t up to much, definitely gone down hill since these owners took over. Not happy!!

The service here is good, ,the Donner I had I would not recommend, it was hugely over salted,, far too salty for my taste, and the "chips" were like cardboard. Shame really, as a nice change, and a treat after a good yomp round Nicholas Everitt Park.

We were very regular customers. Recently we placed our usual delivery order. Took over an hour to arrive. It was cold. We rang to complain and were told it was due to problems with driver and promised free product next time we rang. See copy of email. We have rung tonight seems no one bothered and told not to expect delivery.

Rubbish communication. Waited 1 hour and 15mins. Wouldn’t let me speak to manager. Rude and dismissive. The only thing going for them is the chilli sauce. Will find a new kebab as too slow.

Well I've been going to Flames for over 10yrs and today will be the end of an era. Cold food, rubbery garlic mushrooms, under cooked potato wedges and all round disgusting. Will be looking for a new kebab house I'm afraid....

I have problems with food that is cooked in dirty oil. I have been using flames for many years and their food has never upset me. The orders have always been correct when I've ordered food to be delivered

Always used flames. Last twice been awful. Gave them benefit of the doubt for second time. Order arrived with two minutes to spare of hour stated for delivery but was cold. Pizza not what ordered had cheese and a few bits of green chilli chips cold. Driver stated short of drivers and was delivered straight from shop. No way was this correct. Will not use again. Shame used lots in the past definitely not what we expected from what was a good pizza place

They are rude and think they can verbally abuse customers and after eating Donna meat from here I had bad guts next day was so ill from it thought the hole world had come out my back side avoid this place

Ordered food.Order was confirmed and delivery time set. Then to receive an emai from just eat explaining as themselves and these plonker people tried phoning me but because I didn’t answer they cancelled my order that I’ve been waiting for an hour for.Disgusting service.Tried ringing as soon as I had read email but they are now closed. Other number give for customers from just eat also was closed.Very poor service. Will never order from here again. Very disappointed and unsatisfied customer

Had mixed kebab, chicken kebab and pizza, all were fresh well cooked delicious, salad very fresh different too with red cabbage etc all so fresh. Cooked while we waited. My son said pizza best he's ever had!!

I went there to get some chips and chicken donner. I was the worst chicken donner I have ever had. It was basically pure grease. I felt seek after that. The customer service was so poor. I felt like i was having free food, no thanks or nothing. I recommend to everyone not go there!!

We ordered a selection of pizzas from this restaurant while staying on a boat on Oulton Broads. The pizzas arrived piping hot, with extra garlic bread thrown in. All the pizzas were very tasty and all cooked to perfection. Very happy campers indeed.

We had a take away pizza from here one evening and it was extremely good.

I was served within a few minutes and my food was ready in an acceptable time it just seemed very un organised with a lot of instructions being shouted to everyone for other customers orders and with a lot of staff just standing around, but not really my problem. Food was fine and hot and will defo return. Glad to see a 5 star hygiene rating keep it up

Flames clearly states free deliver,however I had a member off staff call telling me I had to pay extra! Then the deliver driver did this as well !! he was very rude....

Was a bit disappointed didn't get free garlic bread and also disappointed wedges were roast potatoes, strange. Chicken kebab nice though.

Nice quality Kebab, not as good as my favourite local Kebab but a very good 2nd.

Although our delivery was late, it was made up to us by the quality of the food. We always get Flames pizza when we’re in the area and they never fail us. Great food once again, thanks!

Chicken was under cooked and skin was soggy

we ordered our food and 45 minutes after our given delivery time it was finally delivered after having to contact the restaurant, when the food arrived it was cold and the chips were soggy. I am usually a huge fan of their food but tonight was a disappointment.

The food was really good and it came early (when asked for ASAP). However, the delivery driver charged me £15.70 when it was only £13.70 and when I told him to keep the change he did not say thank you, which I found very unpleasant.

Delivery was extremely loud, the driver was playing loud music @ 23:00. I've had neighbors complaining about the noise. Great food, really poor delivery drivers. If you care at all about your neighbors don't order. I will not be ordering from them again.

Received food on time but had no garlic sauce or coleslaw on it, so when I rang they said they'd send it straight out, however I'd eaten my kebab and half of the wedges before they arrived, shame as really enjoy the rice and coleslaw together with kebab...

Won't use again as 2 pieces of the chicken were so small I just threw them away rest of food was ok though overpriced

My family and I used to love this take away! They were always nice, hot and delivery times were reasonably speedy. How ever I ordered good tonight with the deal advertised say I'd get free pizza garlic bread with cheese. However when the food arrived it didn't. To then be told they no longer do this deal even though it's still being advertised as they're under new management. I then also find we're missing a potion of chips these items were both my children's tea. Luckily they had chicken nuggets and shared our food. Last week we ordered food and they turned up minus 3 pizzas. Kinda thought that was a genuine mistake as they rectified this. Well after tonight never again!

food is always lovely but add on 30 mins onto your delivery time as they are never on time! last 2 times i have been waiting 30-40 mins after they confirmed my delivery time!!

Seems since the new ownership has took place the standard and quality of food has gone downhill , burger warm , chips soggy and only lukewarm , fried chicken was greasy . Disappointed .

Everything was spot on, the only thing i was annoyed about was, we have ordered our kebabs with garlic sauce and all the kebabs came without, apart from that it was fantastic 👍🏻

one kebab missing and the coleslaw for the other. called and they then delivered the other kebab. forgot the coleslaw again. delivery driver said would return and didn’t. poor service, poor food.

Called to find out where my order was after a hour or so to be greeted by a stressed and apologetic lady she had to ask several times where our order was was told 2-3 minutes 25 minutes later I called again to be told it won’t be long on food arriving no apologises only to open being generous lukewarm food and soggy chips called up again spoke to the same lady again having to apologise for something that wasn’t her fault and told on my next order I would get a free garlic pizza big deal I won’t be ordering again big let down used to be a great takeaway if you like decent food do not order from here!!

Food was nice but cold I appreciate it’s a busy time of year and I wouldn’t have minded it being late but I rang them and they said it would be with me “ any minute” It took ages after that call That coupled with the fact just wat showed it as having been delivered mad for a disappointing meal.

Ordered garlic pizza bread without cheese for a vegan but it came with cheese so couldn't be eaten. Otherwise, good.

burger was ok, was 20 minutes late and chips were cold and soggy, not wrapped either just in a box so the cold can get in. first time ordering from here and probably wont again.

I know that flames has changed ownership ... they have also changed the quality of their food have ordered from here for years, ordered again tonight food was late, cold not cooked properly and tasted awful no idea why they have changed everything!? Will not be ordering again!!

I love flames although a little disappointed with delivery time this evening 😔 I ordered at 6.25pm and was given a delivery time of 7.05pm. When that time came & went and still no order I checked my just eat order and saw that another 10 mins had been added to my delivery time so now it was going to be 7.15pm. However my food didn’t arrive until 7.30pm. 😔

A group of friends and I decided to order food from Flames for a Christmas party night. we ordered at 8pm and were told it would arrive by 8:50pm. By 9:20pm the food had still not arrived. We rung the restaurant and they informed us it was on our way and would arrive within 5 minutes. By 9:45pm the food had still not arrived. we rung the restaurant again and spoke to an extremely rude lady who was very unhelpful. The food finally arrived just before 10pm (two hours after we had placed our order) we sat down to eat it only to realise that one of the kebabs was missing rice and that a whole pizza was missing (ordered by my pregnant friend who had already been waiting 2 hours for her food) we had to ring the restaurant again and once again the staff were rude and unhelpful however they eventually agreed to send the food out. By the time we were actually able to all sit down and eat together our food was Cold. The whole evening was completely ruined and the customer service was appalling. I will never order from here again.

Food was terrible! Nothing but red cabbage in the chicken Kabab! Burger meal was all a mess! Hardly no salad, beardy any chips! We all still felt hungry after spending £22 something! The lain burger was dry as anything!! Disappointed as we chose to stay in and get a takeaway! Wish we went out instead!!

we ordered a large and a regular kebab however both kebabs came with only 4 pieces of chicken. which i would assume is a regular size (ok for one) but not for the large.. the taste was lovely! but lack of chicken for the large was not satisfactory :(

Every time I order from this restaurant the portions seem to get smaller. We ordered a kebab meat tray and chips for 2 and there was no where near what used to be delivered, Pitta breads smaller, even the sauces are in smaller tubs, same with the kebab we ordered a few weeks ago. Their prices however have stayed the same.

Food is so fresh and tasty, arrived on time even with road works. extra salad is always included and kebab is packed full of meat. cheeseburger is tasty and onion rings are great with 10 in a box. THE BEST KEBAB IN OULTON/LOWESTOFT!

Found the chicken dry and not satisfying. It was all cut up from the bone, not skewered grilled chicken breast as expected. Disappointing. Simple note on order not to ring bell and so he ring bell waking kids up.
