Was waiting a hour and 20 mins when we was told our order would have been 20mins. I would have left it otherwise. Then they forgot to put the sausage in the bag and give us the wrong wings. Spend £48 such a waste

Tonight we visited here as I’d seen loads of good reviews on TikTok.. on the counter till it says download the app and get 50% off your first order, we was told we couldn’t do this, we had to pay full price. Okay! So we placed our order and was told food would be 20 mins, 50 minutes later and we still didn’t have our food! We asked for our money back on many occasions, said if we knew food was going to be this long we would have come back another day. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Portion size was small, spend £29 to sit in my car and wait an hour for food to be made! People coming a going and we are still sat waiting. And then to make matters worse they didn’t give us cutlery like we asked! As we wanted to eat in the car as we came from Bolton to try here.. When I tried to contact the company, surprise surprise the email wouldn’t send

Just had flaiva Korean popcorn chicken box and salt n pepper chicken wings for tea, shared between 2 of us it was just the right quantity and the quality was exceptional. Never ordered from here before but I know it won't be the last. If I had to some up in 1 word it would be WOW. Well done and thank you Flaiva for a scrumptious tea

Tried Flaiva for the first time after watching a recent review. They even offered a 50% discount on the first order you place too which is really good and shows that they obviously back their food and are certain you will come back for more...they aren't wrong. I tried 2 boxes (the Peri Peri and the Jerk box). The Peri Peri was the clear winner for me out of these 2 but I'm definitely going to try some of the others. The Peri Peri chips were a delight (the Mrs even dipped into those and said how good they were). The rice was flavourful and the chicken was nice. I actually preferred the jerk chick over the Peri, but the dumplings were just OK, the rice wasn't as tasty either. The jerk one came with jerk gravy, but again, nothing special there. It was good but it wasn't great like the Peri. Even my kids dipped into these and they won't normally touch anything that looks like it's been anywhere near a vegetable or sauce other than Ketchup... I would recommend you give this place a try especially if you can use the 50% off offer which makes the value for money unparalleled.

Usually order from here regular but out of the last 5 times 4 times I've had soggy fries and not much sauce on the wings. Put a complaint in. Won't be ordering again.

The steak and chicken mix dish was a flavor explosion that left my taste buds dancing with joy. The perfectly grilled steak was tender and juicy, seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of herbs and spices. The chicken was also cooked to juicy perfection, with a mouthwatering smokey flavor that paired perfectly with the steak.

This place has been on my doorstep for a while, but I never really fancied it as i just thought it was your standard takeaway that produces bang average food, but after several recommendations, I gave it a go ... the food is amazing ! Massively underrated the place, staff are very helpful the only downside is they always seem to give you a time of 20 minutes when it will be ready but its usually double that! But it Is worth the wait! If you haven't give this place a go yet your missing out !! (Highly reccomend the pirri steak box 🤌)

Used to be really nice, but the last few times I've preferred the food has been burned. The chicken wings taste burned, and the burger is so burned it's black and hard.

I ordered the Jerk chicken & rice with dumplings. They had ran out of dumplings and kindly subsidised that with chips and a surprise box of brownies. I was so happily surprised and they were so delicious. Top service honestly !

Steak burger still one of the best burgers around

After waiting 2 hours for my food I Can’t believe I’ve spent money on that food. Disgusting. Burnt wings, cold soggy, chewy chips. Chewy popcorn chicken. Gave it to my dog. And they missed off my milkshake. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again. Used to be good, now it’s rank. Girl on the phone didn’t even apologise until I said ‘I wish you could just say sorry’.

Just ordered from Flaiva and we know they are changing the menu but I can honestly say the food is amazing!. We ordered Korean chicken burger with chips and peri peri chicken rice and chips box plus two milkshakes (bubblegum and jamming dodger) both food orders came was big portions. And the quality and presentation of them was amazing. The Korean chicken burger was really good. It was bigger than the bun and the seasoning was on point. The chips had seasoning on each one, was Crispy but fluffy in the middle. The peri peri chicken box was lovely, the chargrilled peri peri chicken was 10/10, the rice was great and again every chip had seasoning on. Infact it was like sitting in a restaurant kind of meal! The milkshakes was a huge hit too. The bubblegum was amazing and tbh its made me want another. The jamming dodger again was 5 stars too!. Both of us are pretty much in a food coma now and are really impressed with the quality and quantity of the food from flaiva. I really would recommend this place within a heartbeat!

Where to start really, Service impeccable. I’m still unsure how they cooked the chips cause I’d 100% sell my foot for the recipe. That box you get chicken mint, chips savage, rice oh Jesus the rice ? Nah no need for the flavour. And if you’re in there and you’re like ‘oh will we get the 3 little brownies ha ha might be nice’ get them. The chocolate mixed with the light brownie just honestly my mouth nearly handed in his p45 to my body to live in there. Insane if you read this and don’t get it. Walk to closest mirror and have a long hard look at yourself.

Food was delicious. But not worth the price they charge. Not enough chicken. £13 for chicken, chips and rice is a bit steep and I’d expect bigger portions for that price. But it was really nice.
