Incredible experience for takeout tonight! Everything made to the usual high standards. Shout out to Lawrence, great customer service!

The burger wasn't up to standard the patty was dry. However, the bacon was crispy. The cajun fries were well below part. 95% had no crisp bite and the portion size was well below what was expected. The customer service was great, I just feel the low footfall location has made the majority of staff lazy. Hence the sub par quality food

obviously long waiting time because the place i ordered is far away but the deliverer and the food was great!

Worst five guys, absolutely no grease in the burger at all and it wasn't smashed. Very disappointed. Edinburgh and Dublin are waaaaayyyyyyyyy better.

The food was amazing, service was incredible and the cashier Ella was amazing and very helpful as I have never had five guys. Overall service was excellent.

Unreal double bacon cheeseburger is amazing

unfortunately disappointed. The milkshake was like water and tasted awful. Straight down the sink. The burger also didn't taste like it normally does . 😣😣

food absolutely inedible, hot dog was burnt to a cinder with thick black grease on one side as if it had been scraped off the frying plate and purposely put on the dog. Burger was abysmal and about the size of a 2£ coin it was that shrivelled up and overcooked. bacon missing from both dog and burger which you pay more for and out of the several free toppings selected only brown coloured lettuce and a slice of tomato on burger. Avoid at all cost

Great burgers, better than the other burger places...but not cheap, your looking over £20 for burger, chips and a drink...but they are good burgers!

Missed my kids fries so she only got a hot dog,no fries. I put a report in that they were missing and nothing has been done.

Food was delicious, but took much longer than first estimated

Gutted they don't have caffeine free diet coke anymore but otherwise an absolute win for burgers and fries. (Often a bit cold in this branch though)

Thank you to the outstanding manager who dealt with some nasty teenage girls who were harassing people, we were able to enjoy our yummy burgers made my lovely chefs and would definitely be back.

Disappointed this time they forgot the bacon on 2 of the burgers and so heavy handed with the Cajun spice on the fries couldn’t see colour of fries and was like eating powder so couldn’t eat most of them. Apart from that everything else was great and delivery was so fast!

Fries, costing £6.45, were cold. Some ingredients in my burger were missing. No whipped cream on the milkshakes. Very disappointing experience.

I only gave a 3 for atmosphere as it was only me and wife in there and the constant fryer noise in the background. Having never eaten at a five guys before (and very hungover) me and my wife took the plunge and we were not disappointed, burgers were massive, chips were plentiful and the milkshakes...out of this world! Why I've never popped my five guys cherry any earlier I will never know, needless to say; we WILL be returning customers. I have no pictures but we both had the bacon double cheeseburger, my wife had a strawberry milkshake which had little chunks of strawberries and I had the peanut butter milkshake with actual peanut butter in it and OMG, divine!

Me and my partner went in for a couple of burgers today and was served by, I think it was a guy called Lawrence (apologies if the names spelt wrong!), what a pleasure it was! Made sure food was correct and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy with our meals. Thank you so much! Credit to the company and how you treat customers is excellent! Great food with an American feel

The order is completely wrong. The toppings are now what we asked for and some are also missing. Very disappointed.

This is the 1st time I've ever ordered five guys and it will be the last. The food was cold, the bread was so soggy it was inedible. The only reason it has got 1 star is because the milkshakes were nice.

It was a lovely visit today, I was on my own with three children and as you can imagine it wasn’t easy, but a member of staff there named Alisha, set the children down with paper and crayons and got them excited to create a picture for a board, when leaving Alisha helped me tidy up and gave each child of mine a sticker, she made my life easier and I just wanted to say thank you for that, definitely will be coming again!

I ordered my food around 7pm it literally took them over an hour to deliver the food, I understand sometimes they can be very busy but I think waiting for your food for an hour it’s completely inconvenient!

It was 20 minutes later than the second time given. While tracking my order it picked up other takeaways from other food outlets, it was then taken to a different address. Everything was freezing cold on arrival, that was after my son went out to try and find him.

Went in to Five Guys, and was delighted with a service from Mariusz. Explained how the menu works, and was very energetic and enthusiastic about it, when explaining to my Girlfriend. Amazing and bubbly staff!

A really tall boy served me i think his name was beginning with M he was really un professional and made me feel uncomfortable at the till and when i asked for a banana milkshake he said extra banana in a weird voice then when he served me my milkshake he said extra banana just for you and winked i felt really disturbed and i will not be returning until you get rid of this member of staff as i am a regular customer

Probably the best burger and chips from a 'fast food restaurant' but it's not cheap. We knew that before went in , it was a treat for our youngest granddaughter and her sister. They both loved the burgers and milkshakes big thumbs up from them as well.

Great venue with friendly attentive staff. I tried a milkshake for the first time and was really impressed (it made my cheeks ache 😁) Needed the loo and it's always good to see nice clean toilets. A few more fries in my regular portion would have been nice, I got less here than other Five Guys I've been.

Great place, staff are really nice , friendly and welcoming. The burgers are extremely nice. Service was fast too in and out in 10 mins.

Over priced and poor quality food Iasked for ham burger and got beef burger themeat was very bland and no taste to it never again you have just replied saying you only sell beef burgers that is rubbish I got that off your menu board in the restaurant so I say it's down to false advertising false advertising than because my nephew was with me and he changed his mind from hamburger to beef burger even the beef was tasteless

Honestly don’t know how you can get such a simple order so wrong. 2 bacon cheeseburgers 1dbl 1 single and Cajun fries. That’s it. Half the toppings were missing off 1 burger and we didn’t get the large Cajun fries that I asked for and paid £6.45 for! I want my money back it’s appalling!

I come here more often than I'd like to admit 😂 I have noticed the portion sizes for the fries have gone smaller.

Normally good service from here but fries came cold, burger was hot still and tasty and wrapped in tin foil. Shame the fries ruined it really.

Food was perfect, staff were extremely friendly, even put tonnes of jalapeños on mine and even gave me a pot with more in, 100% recommend, staff should get a raise

Arrived in at 22:59 and the two guys were in the middle of clean up but still went out of their way to be so nice, friendly and accommodating. Whoever these two are (sorry didn't get names) should be held up as an example of great service. Made my little girl's evening.

No real issues with the delivery due to the weather conditions but the food was cold and the fries looked like they had been thrown in the bag. Very poor quality

Triple burger, Cajun fries, job done

Very nice burger and fries. But the cost was outlandish. Nice but not that nice. Very clean inside. Toilets left a bit to be desired.

chips were barely cooked. burger was a mess. who cooked this meal? £20 in the bin. wouldn't even feed it to the dogs.

I ordered food at 17.00 and did not recieve any food it is now 19.14 and saying food was delivered but it wasn't
