£20 for cold stale food. Refunded £4.58p.

Normally good service from here but fries came cold, burger was hot still and tasty and wrapped in tin foil. Shame the fries ruined it really.

Arrived in at 22:59 and the two guys were in the middle of clean up but still went out of their way to be so nice, friendly and accommodating. Whoever these two are (sorry didn't get names) should be held up as an example of great service. Made my little girl's evening.

No real issues with the delivery due to the weather conditions but the food was cold and the fries looked like they had been thrown in the bag. Very poor quality

Very nice burger and fries. But the cost was outlandish. Nice but not that nice. Very clean inside. Toilets left a bit to be desired.

chips were barely cooked. burger was a mess. who cooked this meal? £20 in the bin. wouldn't even feed it to the dogs.

I ordered food at 17.00 and did not recieve any food it is now 19.14 and saying food was delivered but it wasn't

Hi I ordered A BLT, chips and a coke. I have phoned Five guys and they said just the coke came through on the order. I have seen their recite and that was all on it. You are taking £9. I am to scared to reorder because I don’t want the dame thing to happen again!

chips are always well seasoned but not crispy. burger buns are wet from being in tinfoil but burger and ingredients are devine

Came in today for a family treat and was very happy with my experience, the manager on shift Rick was very friendly and helpful with explaining the menu and all the different toppings options as it was our first time coming. 10/10 would come again !!

Driver had 2 deliveries in opposite directions. After being driven around for 30 mins while driver delivered the other meal, my expensive, foil-wrapped burger was soggy and unappetising. All structural integrity was lost and so it couldn't be eaten as a whole burger - the bun was an inedible mush. Also did not get the can of drink I had paid for. In summary, very dissappinted; was not worth the money I spent.

I've never had a bad meal here, ever. The burgers are made-to-order fresh, the fries are moreish and I love the freestyle cocacola machine. What makes it better is the staff...they're always welcoming and friendly. It's really appreciated. The place is always clean too. You get what you pay for here. Yes, it's more expensive than say McDonald's, but it's unfair to compare it with places like that. it's more on par with a burger, fries and drink at any of the nearby sit-down restaurants but MUCH better quality!

not just late but never actually turned up and nobody answering the phone at the restaurant. been pushed back for three hours with no communication. absolutely useless

We've just waited over three hours for a delivery to be told it's arrived when it hasn't. No food and £30 taken for the pleasure of it. Tried to ring several times now to no answer. Really bad guys. Super sad.

Absolutely terrible food, and for the price was robbery. Sent feedback in to get a reply telling me how they cook the food. No five guys I don't want a lesson in cooking your fries. A simple apology for the poor quality would have been better. Over priced bad quality food

Wow, can't believe this was my 1st time at five guys, great experience, the burger was juicy and the chips were tasty, also good to get a beer at a burger place.

Our favourite burger place if we fancy a treat! Lovely staff, and 1st class service everytime! Our go to branch is the Ashton one, albeit about a 30 minute drive from home, it's worth it!

After being on the road for 10 hours and being stuck in traffic and so many roadworks! In the end, we decided to go to Five Guys for our tea since myself and my partner were tired and very hungry! We have never been Five Guys before so it was something new to us. We got in and the restaurant was very clean and tidy. We got served be a very charming lad called Rhys S who greeted us at the till with a smile and explained to us through the menu! He was very helpful and patient since we were new to Five Guys. We didn't have to wait long for our food that came warm and well presented to us! Turned out the lad that served us gave us extra fries and sauces in the bag which is nice of him. The food was warm and very good quality! Fries were amazing! Sadly, we couldn't finish all the fries. Customer service was very good and the store was kept clean throughout our experience, well done Five Guys on amazing food and customer service!

You can always trust a good burger. The fries can be a hit or miss but the burgers never disappoint. Better burgers in England are hard to come by.

everything was missing got given a bag of cold chips and they weren't even cajun and were just tossed loose in a bag vile never going back expect a dull refund and apology at some point

Me and my partner and child went in this evening and was met with such lovely hospitality and customer service, A lady called Alisha, Was very attentive, even explained the grilled cheese item for our toddler, She gave our child paper and crayons while we waited for our order and we left with a sticker and a smile, Thank you for making our first experience amazing! The driver was going to deliver our order to a different address until my husband went half way up the street to get it . Why do the drivers not look at the gps pin on the maps ? So annoying it’s as if none of them can read !

The food is excellent and with things like the fries you get a huge amount but it is very expensive. Could go to pub and get the same for about the same money and you'd be in better surrounds with waiter service. But price is my only criticism.

Ordered on Uber eats tonight. I am disgusted with the order, all of the burgers were wrong, had to throw away 2 of them, the food was stone cold, missing the fries. Absolute joke! Food cost £77 and it was vile and inedible and I never complain about anything normally! Avoid!

It may be dearer than McD’s but the food is excellent. The burgers and French fries are perfect and the banana milkshake is what it says not like the “other place” where it’s powdered and at least half of it is watery. I highly recommend this place - miles ahead of any competition
