Very tasty burgers and yummy fries.

Not your fault but the restaurant had made the wrong items. Mayo in my burger when I’m allergic was not cool so had to throw the burger away. The other burger was fine for the other person with mayo but I did not order it and got it.

Half the order missing. The other half soggy and lukewarm.

Milkshake came all spilt in the bag, absolutely poor

You didn’t deliver the 2 milkshakes (very disappointed children!) and now you won’t refund the cost, with no explanation. I’m extremely unhappy

Probably the best chips I've ever tasted! Can you believe this was my first time trying Five Guys!? Unfortunately, they don't do chicken burgers (and I don't eat red meat). However, the Cajun chips and salted caramel milkshake did not disappoint! So good lol. 🤯😆

Please bring back the option to to add extras to the original grilled cheese. Not the biggest fan of the veggie cheese sandwich as it’s not toasted

I ordered a cheeseburger and small cajun fries. The burger came soggy and cold and the fries did not come at all, even though i paid for them. Very unimpressed

driver didn't arrive with my order for the 2nd time. can you please not allow the drivers to be able to confirm that they have delivered the food without receiving the code when they know they full well haven't delivered it and have actually stolen the food or delivered to the wrong address. don't even allow the drivers to give the orders to people if they don't have a code to give no matter the excuse. it's not fair on whom has actually placed the order. a firmer system needs to be put in place

I don't know what happened, the food was cold, the packaging looked like it had been opened, I ordered medium fries and it looks like I was given a small and they were stone cold. never had an order from five guys like this. really bad

Order was all wrong. Consider the price for burger and chips for an established takeaway/restaurant, not sure why it was so hard to get right.

This is a hit or miss. Whenever I go cinema i go early and order food from here. Its really really good. But its not good for delivery for some reason. They dont secure their drinks. I ordered a cheeseburger and i came soggy, they put so much mayo i thought theyre taking the p*ss, there was mayo ON TOP of the bun🤣 barely any ketchup or mustard, the burger was cold ah.

Order was about 30 minutes late than the estimated delivery time.

The food was cold and items were missing. The phone number from JustEat didn't work and neither did the number for the restaurant, so it was impossible to rectify. very annoying

The prices are, of course, ludicrous, so if you aren't willing to spend £20 you wont be getting a satisfying meal, but then again everyone already knows this. With that said the employees have always been amazing, one of them even gave me a free drink one time which is cool.

Never received my order, told the driver to cancel as he called me and apologised yet he put it down as delivered? I’m in north London not east London

You guys need to learn how to read your orders properly. How do confuse pickle with lettuce. You guys need to teach the employees the difference.

Got an incomplete delivery, no milkshake which I payed for. When I rang them they said I should ask for a refund through the delivery app, they didn’t offer to make it right by sending me my milkshake, it doesn’t matter what delivery app I get the food from it still comes with their name attached to it. The driver didn’t care because he was using his wife’s account to deliver so he said, Who knows, maybe the woman whose account he was using on Uber is lying in a ditch somewhere but I am sure Dara doesn’t give F about that. That’s the problem with using these faceless nameless apps which are controlled from who knows where. When things go wrong everyone blames someone else and the person who has payed money is the only person who has lost out.

I get items get forgotten but then I should not get charge service charge coz of if I want to order the missing items I’ll have to pay another service charge for a mistake from the store

missing beer from cheeseburger meal

Got the order wrong. Had ordered two cheese burgers and one plain burger with lettuce but got three cheeseburgers. Not so good for the person who ordered the plain burger as they don't like cheese. Not the first time have had the wrong order from this branch. Won't be using again.

Always the best burger however just to expensive and the burger is not even that big. If they could lower the price between £6-£8 it would be the best burger joint in UK

My visit today at 5 guys Wood Green was amazing. The team that was today was so lovely , especially the blonde lady that was at the till!!! I really recommend this branch, also it was spotless, nice and clean. Thank you

Burger was delicious and warm thanks to the foil. Chips were luke warm at best. Second time in a row so I think Five Guys is best enjoyed in store. Was only sent one mayo despite asking for multiple. Not bad but not great!

I’ve been coming to this five guys for years and I must say it’s always up to standard! The food and service are 10/10. Cleanliness isn’t a problem at all and the restaurant is very spacious, lots of seating area. Staff are very friendly and attentive, every single one of them! I want to dedicate this review to Bianca as she always goes an extra mile with customer service, always smiling and charismatic when I have encountered her! If you have children, there are crayons and paper for you to keep them company whilst you eat your meal.

Delivery was great -very quick. But the burger was pretty average and was not like the photos - they forgot the lettuce & tomato. It was dry!

My large chips were missing from the order so we had to share a small between 4 people :( this ruined our meal and also one of the fantas were missing

Food was cold especially the fries portion was tiny dry and cold. I can tell they've been cook a long time ago. I know the taste of fresh fries from 5 guys and those were nowhere close to freshness it's a shame!

Only a few minutes later than the given window, but then I'd had updates saying it would arrive at the start of the window. The Hot Sauce was nowhere to be seen/tasted/felt but otherwise a pretty solid burger.

The food is great and consistent. It is just extremely frustrating for a loyal paying customer to see so many people stealing cups and then having free drinks. This happens every single time I have been in the wood green store. Simply keep the cups behind the counter. This is insulting to those of us that pay £4+ for a soft drink. Additionally, the place has become the picnic location for delivery drivers, and people that wish to bring their own food from outside. 5 guys really need to supervise the premises more professionally.

Really happy with our delivery. The burger, bacon dog and crispy BLT sandwich we ordered were tasty and the large chips were fresh and plentiful. Good to see Fiveguys is not stinting on portions for the chips anymore and being generous again . Early delivery and nice delivery chap too. Happy satisfied customers here.

The burger had a very strange taste and smell. I'm not sure at all the food was edible and was afraid to be food poisoned so I didn't even eat it. I tried to call several times the restaurant but they didn't answer.
