sold out of everything and took 20 minutes on giving me one waffle

I have ordered two dessert but only received one. The bag only contains one of the dessert but I have a received one and the bill for two items. If don't believe it I heve cctv recording what shows everything. I called the store and they were not answered a phone multiple times. 😡

With latest technology there’s no need to serve customers with frozen cakes at extortionate prices. Very disappointed. Cake top is frozen and is tasteless.

I Got a waffle with strawberries , the strawberries were cut so thin that there could not have been more than two whole ones in there , and they were manky , and found a hair in it too, Total Waste of money , not to mention cleanliness !

I really enjoyed the Strawberry Indulgence Crepe from Cream Kafe! Those sweet, fresh strawberries paired with a soft crepe was delightful.

The friendly faces and quick, courteous service at Cream Kafe make every visit a joy. I personally taste the banana and strawberry waffle which was amazing.

Visited this outlet tonight along with some friends. I am really impressed with staff and their cooperation. They have a very large sitting area with quiet ambience. Tasted their 2-3 varieties, I really liked their ice creams. They have some new flavors which I got different than other ice cream parlors and it was good. There thick shakes has so many varieties, and the taste was also good.

Got some ice cream from here. Literally received a teaspoon of ice cream. I thought they were joking with the amount I received. I get cost of living but it’s literally offensive to be giving that little. Can’t be charging almost 3 quid for a scoop with those portions. I expected better.

Went there tonight, google says it was open until 4am. Arrived for my mother-in-law’s birthday at 11pm. The server said we had 15minutes to order and had to take away as it was only for delivery after 11pm and that we couldn’t eat inside and had to eat outside. 10mins later 5people walk in??? Honestly, total mess. The ice cream balls were the size of a small pebble, the waffles were smaller than my hand (considering a 6” tall man), and the manager served us with distaste. Terrible customer service and food - the kitchen staff (1guy) had the door open and kept saying for us the manager not to take our order. I do not recommend this branch.

Whatever you do don't order a milkshake and waffle to be delivered to your house from this place. They don't know how to package a food delivery correctly for delivery. The milkshake I ordered had spilt all over my waffle so had to put everything in the bin. Attached is a image of how my food arrived. Next time I will stick with my usual favourites in Wood Green to order waffles from as they do a better job, it's my first time ordering from creams as the other waffle houses where closed.

Just awful, the ice-cream is pure sugar and tastes very artifical, service is terrible, person from the till goes to make waffles with her bare hands after touching the till. Just awful honestly avoid!

Ordered cookie dough waited for ever for it to come it finally comes and it is burnt it’s been over cooked they take it to the kitchen put a spoon in the middle of it and bring it back out to say it isn’t burnt cookie dough is supposed to be soft it was hard and over cooked then said they can not do nothing also the plates are dirty as well as the cutlery the staff are rude to the customers to

Ordered some food today, waited over an hour only to be told by just eat that the order has been accepted but not even prepared, this is not the first time you have messed up. Reading the reviews from other customers it’s a surprise this place is still open, can you please review how this site is being run because frankly no checks or standards are evidently in place.

I came for first timee and l ask for own topping ı just toping 3 topping they charge me a 10£ l won’t go there anymoreee plus l ask for nutellla they just little bit nutele was on top never go there just waste in yours many l’m so sorry but is what is thanks.

Really poorly Creams Wood Green. I do not recommend this dessert restaurant at all, the price quality is very far from each other. The kitchen was quite dirty and disorganized.

Undercooked deserts, smaller portions, no contactless payments which staff blame on management. I WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN! Horrible atmosphere. Avoid if you want value for money and don’t want to be ripped off by budget cuts!

Extremely shabby unfortunately. I've been in this place with my wife before, and actually alright. This time, we go in and are treated absolutely disgusting. The attendant was rude, saying something along the lines of "is that for him" in a disgusting attitude like I was somebody who isn't a human. When paying, he says that they didn't accept payment by phone (which is rubbish). There was no "sorry, the phone payment is down" or anything. My wife asks for two cups and ice, where he gives us one to claim they don't have any more cups or ice in a dirty attitude. Luckily for him, I was too tried to actually kick up a fuss at the time. Maybe the shabbiness is showing by the lack of customers in the place. Absolute dire

Went with family and children. Had to order 3x as staff getting confused ordering for 12 people on one bill.Freshly made deserts were good (cookie dough, crepes)..ice cream had a stale taste. No crumble or custard.

Got in and non of the employees were bothered. They were all slouching in the seating booths mumbling about. The one not to far from Barnet Southgate college is much better (60 Chase Side, London N14 5PH)

The atmosphere is horrible, don't go to eat there if you want to avoid a headache from the noise of the disrespectful teenagers who always go there. It also took more than half an hour to bring me the crepes I ordered, and it seemed like I was eating a piece of cardboard. I will never return.

Great ambience and location. Staff is supportive, and especially manager Mr Nil helped so well. The food was super delicious, and music was on with great background and lighting. You can find multiple kinds of shakes and waffles and combos from the menu choices. 😋 delicious food with great staff service.

Bought a cheesecake and it was rock hard

Everytime I order a dessert it's either cold or dry. Just received an caramel apple crumble with custard & they are both cold not even abit warm , I waited nearly an hour for it . Makes sense why they have a poor rating! Waiting for a refund will not be ordering from here again and definitely would not recommend

when i came in today i was given burnt cookie dough am a regular customer i always order online but my order is always wrong on Uber , so i came to the store today and the skinny guy with glasses was so rude and unwelcoming i will defiantly not be coming back and will let all my family and friends know how disgusting the staff and the manager is , after finding out from one of the staff member apparently he is the manager . either change your staff or close the shop .if i could give half a star i would .

What an absolute shambles. I have been to other Creams cafes which have been lovely, but wow this place is a joke. Go in and sit and down and no one even acknowledges you. So we help ourselves to menus and place an order at the desk. Mukhtar was serving us and didn't seem to understand a single thing I was ordering but hey we get there in the end...or so we think. So we take a seat and we wait and wait and wait while others come and go with their orders .... bearing in mind we only ordered 2 milkshakes, 1 cookie dough and 2 scoops of ice cream. We finally ask Mukhtar why is our order taking so long and why are others receiving their order before us, so he says it won't be long. Finally our order arrives in a tale away bag and looking like a complete mess!! Hmmm we didn't ask for take away. Well Mukhtar clearly states I did although no one else in our group who was there when I ordered heard him even ask at any point. He had a very rude attitude and was clearly a liar...mforbthat reason we took our refund and left... complete and utter joke ...better taking your money elsewhere, maybe even McDonald's because the service was a joke as was what they attempted to serve us !!

we went to 2 adult and 5 kids there yesterday .we have ordered waited too much time we ordered same time everything but they bring us nothing come same time and we ordered cappuccino they give us normal coffee we order 4 waffle they bring 3 and too slow we just eating waffle and spend good time but no and they just look your face my son is cry for waffle he shared his brother and they charge 4 crepe and table service too slow everything we never went again my experience is nogood this shop no responsibility for their work .!

it is not possible to make a crepe with your hands and in the meantime see that you touch the waste bin and then touch up the crepe with your hands!!

Really disorganised, guy jumping from kitchen to till to giving out food, tables dirty and not cleaned either they were really short on staff or this is just their way of operating in woodgreen.

I'm always a big fan of Creams Cafe especially their ice cream and cookies however yesterday I went for their wood green branch with our family and babies but it disappointed me and my family. The ice Cream was creamy but The salted toffee was so hard I felt like I was biting the rocks. Service was very poor and the service person should be more attentive. We called the services person they don't have a runup as we run the desk and get the stuff what we need. How Ever The toilet Area is full of ants and around the corner a looked so disgusting. I didn't put these pictures because of your company's reputation However on shift people have to look over to. Because customers are a priority and the clear & clear is the most important and safety for all of us. Hopefully, the management team have to look into and improve their things too. Good luck

Never go there! I made a mistake when ordering and ordered something I didn’t want, because the assistant at the till was too bored to actually help me and point out exactly all the different parts of the menu or at least show some interest in me trying to make a choice from the menu (which is part of her job btw). I was served something I didn’t want and she insisted that I need to keep it and she cannot bring what I actually wanted. I spent £8.95 for nothing, really pure ‘air’. It’s not really about the money, but about their policy that refuses to at least refund mistaken orders or replace them with what the customer actually wants. Keeping your customers happy is no.1 rule of customer service. I am guessing that it is not their priority!

The Cookie Dough Royal my daughter (10 years old) was so waiting was burnt. Clearly, they knew what they were sending our way. She was really disappointed and so am I after paying almost £10 via Uber Eat.

Today I had an amazing experience at creams Wood Green. I was helped by a Portuguese man because I was struggling to explain what I wanted and because we speak the same language he was able to help and get me the best waffle ever. The manager was also very kinda and made sure we felt at home.
