Delicious desserts. The best place for quiet eating. Tasty delicious desserts. My favourite is the warm cookie dough with ice cream. It is so tender, creamy and delicious

Went with family and children. Had to order 3x as staff getting confused ordering for 12 people on one bill.Freshly made deserts were good (cookie dough, crepes)..ice cream had a stale taste. No crumble or custard.

Got in and non of the employees were bothered. They were all slouching in the seating booths mumbling about. The one not to far from Barnet Southgate college is much better (60 Chase Side, London N14 5PH)

The atmosphere is horrible, don't go to eat there if you want to avoid a headache from the noise of the disrespectful teenagers who always go there. It also took more than half an hour to bring me the crepes I ordered, and it seemed like I was eating a piece of cardboard. I will never return.

Great ambience and location. Staff is supportive, and especially manager Mr Nil helped so well. The food was super delicious, and music was on with great background and lighting. You can find multiple kinds of shakes and waffles and combos from the menu choices. 😋 delicious food with great staff service.

Bought a cheesecake and it was rock hard

Everytime I order a dessert it's either cold or dry. Just received an caramel apple crumble with custard & they are both cold not even abit warm , I waited nearly an hour for it . Makes sense why they have a poor rating! Waiting for a refund will not be ordering from here again and definitely would not recommend

when i came in today i was given burnt cookie dough am a regular customer i always order online but my order is always wrong on Uber , so i came to the store today and the skinny guy with glasses was so rude and unwelcoming i will defiantly not be coming back and will let all my family and friends know how disgusting the staff and the manager is , after finding out from one of the staff member apparently he is the manager . either change your staff or close the shop .if i could give half a star i would .

What an absolute shambles. I have been to other Creams cafes which have been lovely, but wow this place is a joke. Go in and sit and down and no one even acknowledges you. So we help ourselves to menus and place an order at the desk. Mukhtar was serving us and didn't seem to understand a single thing I was ordering but hey we get there in the end...or so we think. So we take a seat and we wait and wait and wait while others come and go with their orders .... bearing in mind we only ordered 2 milkshakes, 1 cookie dough and 2 scoops of ice cream. We finally ask Mukhtar why is our order taking so long and why are others receiving their order before us, so he says it won't be long. Finally our order arrives in a tale away bag and looking like a complete mess!! Hmmm we didn't ask for take away. Well Mukhtar clearly states I did although no one else in our group who was there when I ordered heard him even ask at any point. He had a very rude attitude and was clearly a liar...mforbthat reason we took our refund and left... complete and utter joke ...better taking your money elsewhere, maybe even McDonald's because the service was a joke as was what they attempted to serve us !!

we went to 2 adult and 5 kids there yesterday .we have ordered waited too much time we ordered same time everything but they bring us nothing come same time and we ordered cappuccino they give us normal coffee we order 4 waffle they bring 3 and too slow we just eating waffle and spend good time but no and they just look your face my son is cry for waffle he shared his brother and they charge 4 crepe and table service too slow everything we never went again my experience is nogood this shop no responsibility for their work .!

it is not possible to make a crepe with your hands and in the meantime see that you touch the waste bin and then touch up the crepe with your hands!!

I'm always a big fan of Creams Cafe especially their ice cream and cookies however yesterday I went for their wood green branch with our family and babies but it disappointed me and my family. The ice Cream was creamy but The salted toffee was so hard I felt like I was biting the rocks. Service was very poor and the service person should be more attentive. We called the services person they don't have a runup as we run the desk and get the stuff what we need. How Ever The toilet Area is full of ants and around the corner a looked so disgusting. I didn't put these pictures because of your company's reputation However on shift people have to look over to. Because customers are a priority and the clear & clear is the most important and safety for all of us. Hopefully, the management team have to look into and improve their things too. Good luck

Really disorganised, guy jumping from kitchen to till to giving out food, tables dirty and not cleaned either they were really short on staff or this is just their way of operating in woodgreen.

Never go there! I made a mistake when ordering and ordered something I didn’t want, because the assistant at the till was too bored to actually help me and point out exactly all the different parts of the menu or at least show some interest in me trying to make a choice from the menu (which is part of her job btw). I was served something I didn’t want and she insisted that I need to keep it and she cannot bring what I actually wanted. I spent £8.95 for nothing, really pure ‘air’. It’s not really about the money, but about their policy that refuses to at least refund mistaken orders or replace them with what the customer actually wants. Keeping your customers happy is no.1 rule of customer service. I am guessing that it is not their priority!

The staff obviously don't like working here they are all unbothered and ignore you unless you directly go up to them. The food was ok though.

The Cookie Dough Royal my daughter (10 years old) was so waiting was burnt. Clearly, they knew what they were sending our way. She was really disappointed and so am I after paying almost £10 via Uber Eat.

Today I had an amazing experience at creams Wood Green. I was helped by a Portuguese man because I was struggling to explain what I wanted and because we speak the same language he was able to help and get me the best waffle ever. The manager was also very kinda and made sure we felt at home.

Came in tonight 30 minutes before closing and didn't get given a menu or was seen to by anyone, only people that I saw being served were the uber eats people. I did as the sign said and no service, ended up walking out

This place is so friendly . The staff are so welcoming and kind yesterday especially these two young girls . The food is delicious and arrived promptly and they really made sure we were satisfied and the art on the walls is very cool and my kids loved it so we all had a laugh . Highly recommend visiting for your desert you won’t be disappointed 😉

I came into creams on the 14th of October and have experienced THE WORST! customer service my friend and I were not greeted at the door, we weren’t even acknowledged at the door step, the did girl couldn’t care less and the team here really need to fix up on their own customer service skills and take this into consideration.

Disgusting service. Got the order wrong. Twice. Then tried to say we had eaten items that were still on the returned plate and was apparently doing us a favour rectifying his mistake. Complete waste of money.

I was the only person inside. I was waiting 15 minutes for "a member of the staff", and I still did not get the menu. If you want people to come to the till, do not put a big sign telling them they should wait at the table (photos attached). One star for not respecting the customer's time.

£13 something for the cookie dough milkshake and ice cream I only got 3 tiny pieces of cookie dough that I could’ve went and made myself the order took 30 minutes to come and I live really close to Wood Green only about 10 minute drive the ice cream was completely melted.

Just needed 8 ounces of milk x2 for my children, told the advisor I am willing to pay. Was shocked at the fact I was charged £5.90 for JUST MILK. Also took over 10mins to be served. Staff where to busy talking amongst themselves. Was only served due to customer in front of me kicking off. 1st time customer and last time as well.

Today at the Wood Green Creams Café 140 High Rd, London N22 6EB the food and the service was horrendous. We ordered 4 items a Bubblelicious 2 hot and cold choc fudge volcano's and a chocolate obsession waffle. We waited 20 mins for the first item to arrive what was the bubbleicious what arrived with no wafer like was advertised so the man brought it with his bare hands and shoved in the ice-cream. 10 minutes after that the 2 hot n cold choc fudge volcano's arrived with cold cake but on the menu the cake states it is hot. And roughly 10 minutes after they arrived the chocolate obsession waffle arrived and the waffle was cold and once again, the cake was cold when it is advertised as hot. I am really not impressed with this service and for the amount of money it cost.

I had a Waffle Royale and I was over the moon!!! So good compared with Kaspas. The girl at the desk, I think was called Anum was lovely and she really did the extra mile to advise me on my choice. Definitely coming back!

Ordered banoffe ice cream through Uber eats THEY GAVE ME BUENO??? very dangerous if u have nut allgeries please be careful when ordering and creams woodgreen train your staff properly as this is atrocious and completely unacceptable. Would have appreciated if they made the effort to contact me and ask for a banoffee gelato replacement if it was out of stock and not just pick a random replacement flavour. Also strawberry and a banana crepe had no sauce whatsoever and they also forgot to give vanilla gelato that supposedly comes with it. Unhappy never ordering from here again.

The waffle was okay. However, two times prior to this I walked in and waited too long for a member of staff to take my order, so naturally I left both times. This time, right when I was about to walk out, someone came to the desk and I ordered. The time it took to bring my order to me was nice and short, however the table I sat was not fixed in place and it was moving so I changed, but the one I moved had the same issue.

Not too big but seats dinner style and floor above. Staff is kind and waffles are delicious. You have to order at the till and it's brought to you afterwards.

Had no vanilla or chocolate ice cream, milkshakes or sundaes on a hot day if u didn't have these things, which most people get when they come to this cafe, why open. Asked for 2 ice cream cups and instead gave me 1 big cup. Other than that it was fine. :)

Poor. The customer service it’s so bad. The last time when I come the staff was eating in front of me while she was taking my order. They take too long to make the food and they forget to put the ice creams or toppings that we already paid.

had a real bad experience of this Franchise at wood Green. I am usually not a person who writes bad reviews, bu this couldn't let it go. My friends and I have to wait for two scoops of ice cream each for 40 mins. This is even after we reminded them that we have been waiting for a while. The staff sucks at customer services and the place is filthy with uncleaned tables and disgusting kitchen area. We said we wanted to see the Manager and no one came for another 10 mins. A Manager came to us at the end with a disguting story which as a woman I am to embrassed to say, giving us too much info on why no staff

I ordered a vegan chocolate waffle through deliveroo and added peanut butter. What arrived was truly horrendous. I have emailed the company before writing this review to give them a chance to explain what happened, but no reply.

Poor customer service. Waited a while for a seat on a empty sunday afternoon. Woman behind till didnt acknowledge us, young gentleman in the kitchen saw us and came out to help seat us. They delayed half our orders even though some were the simplest ice creams. Asked for water before being seated, didnt receive it. You have to pay full after ordering but then receive your desserts half heartedly. Wouldnt recommend.

Crepes were so good, much better than kaspas. However, the service wasn't good at all. Paying at the till the guy seemed unbothered and unhelpful. And our crepes came at different times, so it was cold by the time my friends arrived at the table. It's common sense that if you bring hot food with ice cream on it, it won't stay hot for long, so they should arrive together.

Overpriced for quality, waffle undercooked and soggy. And asked for chocolate Ferrero ice cream with whipped vanilla, got vanilla ice cream no cream. £12 for this, I’ll just make it myself next time.

Don't bother to order from here online. Second time in a row my order came as a mess. The milkshake opened all over my food. The poor drivers couldn't do anything but apologise. Just eat and Uber eats had so many similar reviews just like mine

Mediocre. Whip cream tasted off, the last time we went and last time it will be. 4 chef in the back, 2 customer in the front...yet 40 min wait... Does it make sense? Lovely waitress, trying her best.

Creams is not great at all but this branch in particular is really bad. The staff are nice but the actual ice cream and food is really bad quality. Would definitely not ever recommend to anyone.

Worst staff ever never coming back

Like last year also this year we celebrate my birthday with my kids and waffles ice creams and sweets and after all took peach bubble tea

The place was a lot bigger than I expected with a ground, 1st and 2nd floor and the service was really good

They are too slowly with the order , and they are not answering to the phone when you are calling them . I think the manager is for doing nothing there . I’m waiting for my order for more than an hour and I’m a pregnant women in 8 months! Is missing the professionalism totally!!!

Today I went to this shop with my husband and my father-in-law but only 2 of us had exemption, the guy(wearing glasses)ask for my husband to wear a mask but he his also exempt and he left the card at home, we try to explain that to the staff but he got angry and just start to raise is voice. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour and according to government website it's ILLEGAL TO ASK CUSTOMERS FOR PROVE OF EXEMPTION so please get your staff to read the right information about days we living at the moment.

Found this and honestly didn't know there was one in wood green. Ordered 2 sundaes and paid cash. Service was quick with polite staff. Tried the new moulin rouge sundae, sorbets are lovely. My son had his usual oreo overload. Looking forward to lockdown lifting more to enjoy on the premises.

Made an order this morning at 1am for a sticky Banoffe cookie dough and was extremely disappointed with what arrived. the quality of of cookie dough was disgusting and not what was advertised online. I would never again recommend from ordering from here. tried to call several times to inquire about this but I got no response I ordered cookie dough but instead got over cooked biscuits and a pile of rubbish

Ordered donuts and sent them via Ubereats to my best friend for Valentines and requested a little valentines note on a napkin, and they went above and beyond with the request! Thank you so much to the staff member who did this for me! 💘 I really appreciate it!
