Five Bites Driffield in East Riding of Yorkshire

Wrong pizza given when collected and too late to do anything about it when we got home with the order.

The pizza and kids food was hot but my burgers where warm like they been sat for a while

far too much chip spice to the point that they were inedible.

Lovely as ever. I did order 3 pieces of chicken with chips amoung other items, and got chicken strips instead, but tbh, I preferred what I got and will have next time. 👍👍

Food was delivered promptly, well priced and delicious, we were super impressed with the quality of the pizza! Ordered to the furthest possible location Five Bites would deliver (£5 charge) and I think there was a bit of confusion as they thought we were in Cranswick but we are actually 10 minutes past Cranswick down a back road. The chef himself delivered our pizza and realized we were a bit further afield than anticipated when he called me on the way, but he still made it to us super quickly and was friendly despite being a little flustered as it was peak time on Friday. We would absolutely order from here again! Though whether they would agree to deliver here again is a different matter, ha. In any case, thanks to Five Bites for the great service.

We had the chicken and bacon wraps, absolutely delicious!

I ordered 4 chicken and chips got 5 hot wings and chips

Ok food but they have stopped sending proper chicken fillets coated in a spicy coating, replacing them with plain goujons. The gourmet burger was too small for the bread bun and the bun was very dry. Going to have to give this place a break. Just isn’t as good as it use to be.

Every part of my meal was absolutely spot on, definitely ordering again!

food was absolutely appalling I wouldn't of fed it to my dog chicken was still pink pizza dough was disgusting as if its been sat for a week and the chips tasted like they had been sat nd reheated

We use this takeaway quite regularly as we always have an enjoyable meal compared to others locally but unfortunately this time was not the same quality as we have come to expect. the chicken wrap was barely edible and meant our daughter had to have other food. the chicken used was cooked but soggy and the batter was not crispy. unfortunately we have been put off to return. the order came with two separate drivers too which didn't help and was not hot enough when it arrived.

fivebites are bea,the gourmet burgers are to die for.The pizza's are absolutely bang on.Fried chicken coated on site makes all the difference. Its as good as kfc if not better

Honestly the best takeaway pizza I have had in a long time! I won’t be ordering from anyone it here again for a pizza in Driff! Sensational! Plus the chips were seasoned beautifully and the garlic alioli was just the cherry on top! Penggers!!

Chicken strips were old, soggy, greasy and smelt disgusting. Never getting chicken from here again.

Their chicken is as good if not better than KFC

Got told the food had left the shop 20+ mins before we received it we live about a 5 minute walk from the shop. Food was cold and chewy.

Unsure how we have not discovered Five Bites before but it is now definitely our take away of choice. Ordered twice now and both times the food has been so fresh and tasty

notifications state my order is delivered but I have had to phone the shop after my order was 30 mins late.

Wasn’t happy with the hot shots, couldn’t even eat them as they were dripping in oil. Usually good food from this place but this has put me off.

Food was 2 hours late, the staff were very rude when we called up. By the time our food arrived, it was cold. Not a happy customer and will not be ordering from you again!!

Fast delivery and food good however last time I ordered there was no salad on my burger and I couldn’t find an option for it this time I missed it somehow so left a polite note on the order notes asking for salad. A man from the shop rang me about it and was EXTREMELY RUDE ranting about it so much I could barely understand what he was saying - the notes bit is there for a reason and I was very polite so there was no need at all for his behaviour and this has put me off ordering from there again

food was near enough cold. a shame as when we collect and bring home it's still lovely! will never have it delivered again but will definitely collect from now on.

This place has gone down hill. It’s either new owners or a new cook. The chicken is now sloppy meat and has no crispy coating but just cold sloppy batter. The big daddy filet burger used to be amazing, it now always arrives cold. The hash browns were pouring with brown oil when bitten in to. Not nice at all, and a waste of money. I’ve asked for my money back and won’t be ordering again from a long time, if at all. I’ve noticed for a few weeks it’s been going down hill but I’m now convinced 4sure

Not great when I called to ask where the order was after waiting 1 and half hours

unfortunately the chicken and chips were cold and the coleslaw was not up to the standard of previous times

Order never actually arrived. Going through refund process. Called to ask for an update and repeatedly told it was “on its way” and that he had checked with the driver even though he was on the phone to me and thought that I was stupid enough to believe that him being silent breathing down the phone for 10 seconds would trick me into thinking he was actually contacting the driver.

The service from 5 Bites is always good 👍

Everything was good apart from the drinks. Rather than receiving 1.5l Pepsi max I got 4x330ml Coke zero (obviously less than 1.5l total). Besides this, this is still the best takeaway in town

Food wasn’t hot pizza was well made but lacked tomato base no garlic butter so the taste was very bland disappointed in the calzone very flat more like a pastie enjoyed the chicken and the chips so unfortunately it was first time and will not be trying again

The chips were only just warm and soggy. The rest was average. Not their usual standard.

Sort out your delivery times guys!! Ordered at 18:35…received food at 20:25 food was nearly cold! I stop ordering from here due to delivery times, I was always let down. I thought I’d give them another chance! However, the girls on the phone were very friendly and helpful when I called to ask where my food was. The chips were great, the burger had too much mayo in. I liked the chicken wings but they were just warm, and they started going soggy from sweating in the box. I think I’ll stick to Preg

Ordered 4 slushies which took an hour and a half to come I rang up to see where my order was and the customer service was a disgrace

Delivery service was impeccable but the food although it looked nice didn’t taste it The burger I ordered was lovely but the pizza was cold and I honestly didn’t think the chicken was cooked properly so I put it back in the oven but then darent eat it

Wrong pizza came so I rang. They said they’re now making the right one. Waited 45 mins and rang again and they had forgotten about it. I wander up having to drive there to get it. Still charged me for delivery.

Can’t fault this place. The food is lovely, best in town. The loaded chips and amazing and the service is fast. Never had any issues and the staff ( delivery drivers ) are always happy and polite.

I rang up the restaurant and asked why my food was taking so long( I was very polite in asking ) the man on the phone screamed down the phone at me and said he is canceling my order . So unprofessional

I had a take away and ordered online through this shop own website which was easy to do and arranged a delivery. The food was really lovely, I loved the milkshake and the delivery driver was very polite. I would definitely order from this place again.

they sent the wrong burger and then sent out a new one but the burger was burt to the point you could chew it and the bread bun was black so went in the bin

One of the meals was incomplete. Missing salad and sauce, rang and they sent another. The other arrived STILL MISSING the sauce!

The burgers were lovely but came without salad and gherkins. I rang and they sent a big portion of salad out which really made the difference to our burgers

Specified delivery time was max 65 mins. Actual was 2 hours and it was cold. This is my go to pizza shop and the food quality is usually great. But not this time

An hour and 10 mins of waiting we called to be told there’s no delivery drivers so had to pick it up. Food awful, burger salad was a single slice of onion and tomato. Pathetic excuse of a meal and waste of money.

Always liked the food from here HOWEVER when an order takes just over 2 hours to be delivered and is stone cold on arrival it is completely unacceptable. When I called the shop they simply said they were busy and had a lack of driver. Fair enough BUT then don’t take my money and agree 1 hour max at the time of placing an order and deliver stone cold food. Abysmal.

Great food, but missing free garlic bread and one sauce. Also took too long from put for delivery until it arrived. Almost an hour.

Unfortunately the chips weee cold and soggy when they arrived- none of us enjoyed it as we have done previously.

Pizzas really good. Generally quality in town is poor, but these were very good. Chips decent and well seasoned. Garlic bread good, nothing like the cardboard offerings of other places. Driver really pleasant despite coming in a storm. First time order, will be back.
