Yet another take away who started off great to lure in customers. Ordered two pizzas, ham was a frozen lunch meat which smells.. or tastes out of date. Donner pizza was a very tasty naan bread with a twist - a few burned crispy dry pieces of donner meat. 🙄 Chicken shawarma portions have reduced by half but still tasted very good. Overall I would rather get an average take away than tempt my fate and hope for the best.. £30 I Will never get back.

I order from heer all the time and there food is normaly top notch but orderd a pizza last night 06/03/25 and it tasted strange and not right to the point when i was half way threw i spewed it up. I called the restaurant and the responce was horrible, the guy basicly fobed me off and sed its not there food and nothing can be done, so the next day the pizza has been comming back out from both ends. So careful when ordering your food from heer.

Ordered 2 pancake rolls and a special chow mein. The pancake rolls had zero flavour or seasoning and the bean sprouts were vastly undercooked . Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse , we opened the chow mein. It smelled old and had a weird taste , just awful and pretty disgusting. We could not trust it so it went straight in the bin. 1 star is generous We will never be back

I was impressed with your " Red Elephant On Parade" meal. Had mine with chicken. So rich in flavour and spices, it was similar to Vindaloo but with the added sweetness . It is a curry I would want to eat more of due to the authentic flavours. It's delicious giving you 5 stars I now have to downgrade your takeaway from 5 stars to 1 star due to these reasons. Wow, what has happened to the food! Chicken Biryani was foul, too salty, and tasted of nothing. Butter chicken was terrible. Chicken is foul, not fresh. We contacted you directly last year, and you obviously have not taken on board what the issues were, and nothing has changed. Sadly, due to this, you have now lost 6 paying customers.
