First Call Coffee in Swansea

Gran café y pasteles encantadores. El ambiente es muy relajante, un montón de libros y sillas cómodas. El personal es muy amable. Recomiendo encarecidamente venir aquí!

Cada mañana camino al trabajo, hago una parada en esta encantadora cafetería. La chica que trabaja allí es increíblemente amable y eficiente. El café es absolutamente delicioso y hecho a pedido. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Este es un gran café que hemos estado tantas veces que no puedo contar y siempre tenía una comida encantadora. Así que a un precio razonable no como otros cafés. El personal es encantador cada vez que es una necesidad sin duda.

My first time in first call. Had a "first call" coffee. It was divine. The best coffee I have ever had. Nice atmosphere and friendly efficient staff. Very reasonably priced too. I'll be back.

Stopped here twice, firstly for a take away drink then later to sit in. Great coffee, reasonable price, staff friendly & helpful, service was fast. Pleasant place to sit in, was able to get a Gluten free treat also.

Best coffee there always! My favourite, highly recommend! Often get a take-away offee from there on my way to train station. Never disappoints!

I was looking for an independent cafe and found this place. Food and coffee was excellent. Service was quick and they made me a toastie that wasn’t on the menu.

Was really unimpressed to be charged 50p extra for decaf and 50p extra for oat milk. I had noted the coffee shop earlier for having proudly on display all its alternative milks thinking this would be great on my way back from my meeting. On the way back went it to grab the coffee and didn’t expect it to be so expensive! I am not used to anywhere charging for decaf nor non-dairy. Felt like I was in Chelsea not Swansea! For sure won’t be going again - sorry.

Firstly I always hope anyone who has the courage to start a business succeeds and I hope this place does. But, I Passed by this morning and stopped for a coffee, given it’s claim as Swansea’s premier coffee houseIt isn’t. A flat white should be heavy, not a milky white. Also, some advice. Remove the divider with the books. When passing by car, if you slow down to look if there is space, it doesn’t look as big as it is and you could be losing customers.

Had the most beautiful panini and coffee delivered. My daughter is a fussy eater and she ate every last bite. Delicious and fresh. The staff are very polite and happy to help. Thank you first call coffee x

I’m guessing this is a fairly new place but hopefully they are around to stay - a great little cafe. Very nice decor and seating, food was lovely and their smoothies in particular were fantastic. Great customer service.with friendly staff - lovely to see somewhere with a bit of personality open up in Swansea. I will definitely visit again.

Received a warm welcome as we came through the door, even though there were other customers being served as we walked in. We were told of a special offer of cake with a hot drink for £3.45 which we purchased. One lime and courgette cake and one red velvet cheesecake cake later we were very happy! There was also an intriguing watermelon cake on offer. The cafe is small but comfortable with warm and charming decor. There are shelves of books everywhere for browsing which was great. My only constructive criticism is there’s no need for a TV screen as it detracts from the books somewhat. Some quiet music would have been better. Don’t bother with Costa on the train station concourse; come here if you’re looking for a good coffee in comfort.
