Late night order to hotel. Food was never delivered despite follow ups form both myself and deliveroo. Restaurant refused to cancel and refund and hung up the phone on me. Avoid at all cost

Pizza was never delivered despite follow ups from both ourselves and deliveroo. Restaurant refused to cancel order or refund us. Staff on the phone was rude and hung up when we tried to resolve the issue. Please avoid at all costs.

very good value for money, pizza was just £5.99 only. milkshakes are so thick and creamy ,kids loved the milkshakes the most.

Ordered via under eats. After being advised of a 15-30 minute delivery time it finally arrived stone cold after 1 hour 30 Minutes. Called the restaurant and was told after 35 minutes the driver was 3 minutes away. Then called after 50 minutes and told he was outside. Finally after another 20 minutes the delivery driver came. Threw the pizza at me and left. Terrible.

Ordered a Roma lunch special - great value and a lovely fresh pizza. Friendly staff and really clean and tidy inside. Cannot recommend enough. Lush!

Southampton, The Marland Centre branch was where we discovered Fireaway Pizza. Looking at the other food options on offer we decided the pizza outlet had it. What a delicious pizza, freshly produced and with a reassuringly acceptable wait, instant isnt a good criteria for a good pizza. For £10 a delicious pizza large enough for 2 hungry shoppers was served after around 10 minutes, excellent ! Highly recommended and in my opinion better than their other mainstream rivals which we have tried. No comparison to any of them, much much better. Dont visit West Quay Shopping area without going to Fireaway Pizza in the Marlands Centre (just next door) - you wont regret it !!
