We ordered a family size meal around £30 (40%) on Justeat deal, never tried their (Fireaway) food before and was a bit of a gamble (Justeat can be a bit hit and miss lol). It was a takeout order delivery. I have absolutely no regrets. A fantastic, authentic, tasty hit, with my family. Quality was on point, three 12 inch pizzas, and garlic bread with a dessert as well and a bottle of soda. Cooked to perfection, absolutely no concerns of potential food poisoning. Seriously it's hard to find any decent takeaway places that takes the right precautions when cooking take out. Everyone wanted more because it was so tasty. And if the food wasn't enough they also threw in a sweet freebie of what I believe was a strawberry milkshake with a really sweet message on it. I mentioned this last because seriously -even without the milkshake- it would have gotten a good review just because the food was on point. But a milkshake never hurts! I am a huge fan and definitely keeping this place on my go to list for that craving of good pizza for special treats. Thanks Fireaway! Great service and we were made to feel very special! I didn't take photos sadly we ate it too quickly!

I have returned to this place for the third time because Pizza and Crispy Chicken Strips here are great! I don't have to wait too long and the food is always hot! Especially the staff here are very enthusiastic. Both of the young female staffs I met every time I came back to the shop, Thuy and Tuoc as I asked for their names, have very good service attitude. They enthusiastically suggest the dishes after hearing my hobbies, because I always find it hard to choose when standing in front of too many options! Extremely recommended this place!

I ordered a mushroom & pineapple pizza with wedges, the pizza looked enimic the cheese was weird and the wedges was basically an uncooked jacket potatoe slices . With no flavour won’t be ordering again. Waste of £20

Best pizza shop in Nottingham I would recommend every one to try pizza here at least once and you bee addicted to taste. Your taste buds enjoy the flavours hot pipping pizza. Customer service by Sayedq is excellent. And knowledge about menu and topping she has is incredible and chef here is funny and make nice pizza highly recommended place. 10 stars!!!!

The place is clean and has such a nice, fresh vibe. Everything looked so good and tasted even better. We were in the mood for something sweet, and were recommended the Nutella pizza by Sayeda. Terrible staff members. There is one lady who is always there, I have seen her sneeze and cough in her hands, not wash them and handle food. Another time I asked for vegan garlic bread to which she offered if I wanted cheesy garlic bread. I said no but that led me to ordering it next time because I assumed that it was vegan cheese, as they do have a plant based pizza. The next time I go there I discover that there is no such thing as vegan cheesy garlic bread, and so I consumed dairy. If I am ordering a vegan meal, why would you offer me a meal with cheese? Another time she put a vegan sticker on a non vegan meal and was insistent that the non vegan pizza was vegan, when it clearly wasn’t. And today, she made cheesy garlic bread after my boyfriend ordered vegan garlic bread. As always. I was also on the phone another time 😁 as you can see, there are way too many times - I was on the phone to my boyfriend whilst he was ordering vegan garlic bread and this particular lady asked, ‘Do you want cheese on it?’ ??????? What is the obsession with cheese? This is either incompetency or some hateful intentions at work.

Uber delivery driver picked up wrong order, so I called up restaurant and Sayeda helped to resolve the issue straight away. Fantastic customer service. Food is also very good.
