The pasta I had wasn't worth £10.00 very small portion! The pizza had an awful taste and had to throw most of it in the bin! First and last time will order from these people! I was very disappointed!

I have had the pleasure of eating at the restaurant with my son and kids and it was really nice, the food itself is great my son loved his pizza and so did I. The staff are lovely and very hospitable, the price is also not bad at all. I definitely recommend it. Ps, They made an error on my order, I got in contact with them and they quickly corrected and it was a home delivery. I am pleased with their service for sure.

Awesome place to go, glad I was taken there! Nicest pizzas in town if you ask me. All bits of it were wonderful from base to toppings (of which there's plenty to build your own with or choose one from the menu) Also would highly recommend the chicken strips especially honey and chilli ones. To top it all off the staff were really friendly, helpful and seemed happy we were there and to be there themselves that makes a big difference! First and last impresions were grear! Looking forward to going back regularly 😀

I love Fireaway. I order from the one in Ealing, Luton, Milton Keynes and Bedford. Quality is the same throughout. Pizza is fresh, hot and flavoursome. Not oily or greasy. Great service too.

They are some of the best artisan pizzas in Bedford town centre. The receipt machine broke and the dude from the parlour dropped the receipt down to our workplace an hour later, which we needed. A+ service from Fireaway!🙏🏼🍕

Fire away is a love pizza shop. I’ve had the best experience eating pizza from this store. Pizza is always lovely and delicious. The customer service is excellent. Did I mention that they make mad wings? Oh! Yes, they make this amazing wings with lovely presentation. Give it a try!!

They used to have nice pizza, I used to go only there, but a while ago something happend… pizza was burnt and very fat. Gave them another chance few months later, it was even worse- uneatable. I was feeling sick for few days after eating only few pieces

I requested 19:00, I got home from work at 18:42 and the food was sat on my door step, the pizza was already cold. It was still tasty - but not really the point. I’d still recommend them their food is nice but not if you are requesting a time

luckily a housemate was able to collect the food but it had to be eaten cold due to it being delivered 1 hr before the requested time

Very thin base, barely had bufala mozzarella and parmezan, little rocket salad on top...next time I will make one for the chef to try ;-) do not get offence, I have lived in Italy 14 years and worked in restaurants of different kind for the same amount of time...you wanted me to be honest right ...I am cheers

Pleasure being there, what fantastic food and service overall very good experience and it was all hygiene all over and it’s so pleasant atmosphere, loved it, recommend it for family and friends.

Just ordered a pizza from here and I don't know how people can find this pizza place amazing as the pizza and wings were the worst thing I have ever eaten. They even got my order wrong which annoyed me to start with but what annoyed me even more was how bad the food was. Please be careful when ordering a pizza from here and don't let the other 4 star reviews fool you like it did me.

Food was delivered on time (beginning of the delivery window). A good range of pizza options available, not just the usual suspects! Pizzas were very tasty, though they could have been a little more generous with the peppers. I'm not an expert on authentic Italian pizza, but I would say this is a delicious middle ground between a stodgy takeaway style and an authentic thin crust style, which was perfect for what I had a hankering for. The salad was also good, though again, they could have been a little more generous with the toppings if I am being critical.

The website says it is open and is taking orders. After an hour I had to drive to the store to find out it is closed

Lovely pizza as always. It’s such a nice crust. On this occasion there was a delivery delay due to lack of drivers. They called to let us know and sent some delicious cannoli as an apology. Next time will def order cannoli too.

Really lovely food, just wish there wasn't a single size for all pizza (except tiny kids size) as I found them to be a bit too small

Rang the restaurant multiple times, they only answered twice, and other than telling me that it was on its way, was less than useful!! They told me the food had been picked up and was on its way! Nearly half an hour later, it finally turned up, food was still warm, so clearly had NOT be sent when they said

Really lovely pizza and arrived very quickly. More expensive than I would have expected to pay for the amount we received but thankfully we had a discount code. Would need to think twice before ordering again, £40 for 2 pizzas and a portion of chicken is a lot.

Delivery was slightly late but it was a busy Friday night so understandable. Food was hot, fresh and absolutely lovely. It is nicely packaged and the food was of good quality. Chicken wings were amazing and the pizza dough was thin and delicious. Potato wedges were worth the money! We were all happy, our first meal in our new home. Would recommend.

Avoid. Terrible service. 100 minutes after placing my order it still hasn’t arrived. No updates from restaurant. Nothing. No apologies either. Won’t order from them again and will tell friends and family to look elsewhere.

Another excellent meal from Fireaway, only one thing was missing and that was Turkey Bacon on 1 of the Pizzas but everything else was spot on... Especially loved the Hazelnut Chocolate Cannolis

We are so impressed with the quality of the pizzas from Fireaway, they have a really authentic pizza base and the build your own option is fantastic value. My husband is a vegetarian but quite picky with what he likes, so most of the vegetarian pizzas have veg on that he doesn’t like, this option lets him have the pizza exactly how he likes it and without all the extra topping charges. We also had the Nutella Pizza with Strawberries and that was so moreish! Delivery was spot on, about 2 minutes earlier than the estimated time actually. Really happy with the service and will definitely be using again.

Delivery and service was great. The food not so. I did not get £32 worth of quality ingredients, cooking and attention to detail. Sides menu, the Garlic bread that wasn't. Was so thin it was hard and chewy, not what you could call a bread, salty cheese ontop. Chicken Wings poor, skin and fat not rendered, not crispy, bbq sauce is too sharp not sweet and smoky, rocket lettuce should not be in same tub as hot food. Chicken strips, don't need teeth to eat these, they were a breaded mush, bbq sauce not tasty as above, again wilted lettuce in the bottom, not required. Pizza I designed was thin crust, thin base, salty, too much parmesan perhaps? Tasty tho. However I did not receive my 3 dips. I did get a garlic dip which I didn't ask for. Chef has stopped tasting the food. Oh dear. Not value for money.

The nuttella pizza was rock hard and very small compared to the one in Biggleswade

First time ordering from here. Man was lovely when I called as took ages to deliver, he explained he was waiting on the just eat driver. Food was not hot on arrival but after heating it up, tasted good. Just a shame just eat didn't deliver on time.

I ordered twice, the 1st time I did NOT receive my order, I’ve been waiting for it 2 hrs. Nothing happened. Then I had to call in store to double check it cause it was strange that No driver came. So, after a long time waiting I finally got in touch with a lady, I’ve asked her to get me a refund cause on the Uber eats App all I could be able to see was just a bag floating instead of the drivers way. After it, she said “ Oh, sorry about it. We will give you a refund “ and hang out. No refund has been provided and I also mailed Uber eats with all the proofs, NOTHING HAPPENED. The 2nd time me and my husband ordered was yesterday. After we placed the order, same Floating bag came on display instead of showing the driver on his way to ours. So I called the store 19 times, After waiting 1h on the delivery. The manager ir whatever said “ Oh sorry about it “ and came to our door 15min after my 19th call. Definitely not ordering again.

Ordered at 7pm, eta for delivery was 30-45 mins 10pm and the same answer from the store...10 mote minutes...

We loved the burner pizza which had a decent amount of toppings, the chilli honey chicken strips were a great side. Strawberry milkshake was nice too

I ordered on New Year's Eve at 21:30 as Domino's wasn't taking orders and my partner was on his way home from work and I have to say, I will no longer be ordering from anywhere else. The pizza, chicken and dessert was fantastic. Not greasy, was a thin base and absolutely delicious!! I am very much looking forward to ordering again! What a fabulous Start to 2023

First time using . Pizza delivered slightly late but ok however on opening boxes found pots of dips (not ordered or wanted) which had popped due to heat and spilling garlic dip over the pizza edges. Annoying mess on some edges, pizza was very average and lacked taste particularly the dough base.

Delivery on time food was terrible wasn’t made properly horrible

I was looking forward to this due to the rave reviews but the pizza was paper thin, the crust was hard and difficult to the chew and overall VERY expensive. I paid for double cheese and the cheese was very minimal too. I wouldn't order again, especially and you get better quality and more for your money from flames and best pizza

delivery was massively delayed. Food was warm but lacking flavour. Milkshake was melted and not thick. Cookie had a use by date of the 18th November and today is the 22nd November.

Following our regular take away orders from Fire Away, we decided to dine in. As always my daughter and I really enjoyed the pizza there. It’s really delicious and this has now become our regular eat in or take away place. I would definitely recommend this .

The bbq chicken wings were so lovely and I absolutely loved The banana and Nutella was just sooo yummy and just what I needed…my hubby had pizza and cheesy garlic bread and he said it was lovely so we will definitely be ordering again..thank you

Food was hot upon arrival and tasted fine. Late delivery so was disappointed with this. Pizza & chicken was nice. First time ordering a calzone - not my cup of tea- too much dough not enough filling. Hence the star rating given.

Sent a burnt pizza, when I called the lady on the phone was very polite and understanding and sent out a whole new order in quick time.

It was so nearly there! However the pizza was a bit dry and covered in oregano which I really dislike, the potato wedges would have been lovely but way to spicy with no mention of spice on the description
