Never ever eating from here, food was very nice. But after 5 hours exactly me and my girlfriend started with a sore belly, after that resulted in vomiting had the worst night of my life. I have never had such a sore belly on my life

My order on Deliveroo wasn’t delivered and it’s horrible that I haven’t received refund and the restaurant marked it delivered even after me calling them and they saying it was cancelled from their end Horrible customer service You yourself said the order was cancelled on call then why would you mark it as delivered Please don’t cheat around and have the guts to accept your mistake

Never ever ordering again, never even received the pizza. They lied and said the order was delivered, I was stood outside waiting. No one turned up, and when I phoned they said ‘it’s been delivered, nothing we can do, £30 down the drain. Don’t waste your money they’re scammers

I love these pizzas. Consistently great. My kids ordered chicken strips on the side. Either the restaurant or courier forgot them. Not a huge issue, but when both the courier and the restaurant failed to pick up my repeated calls, that is an issue. The courier called me to say he had arrived so I had both phone numbers. Just Pick up and get it resolved!

The yummiest, most inviting pizza I have ever had in the UK. I was attended dearly by the staff who proved to be not only meticulous service providers but design artists making a pizza not only loscious but also artistic. Definitely recommended to all who look for quality and eye-catching pizzas

The state the pizza came in was a joke!! I opened the box to see a big slop of pizza toppings on the corner of the box while half of the pizza was just a soggy dough base. Made a complaint to just eat and they said they’re could do nothing about it, even with the picture proof I took of the pizza. Appalled by both the lack of quality and customer care and will definitely not be ordering from here or on this app again!

Food is average. Staff lies. Just make sure you check before taking delivery. They change order according to their convenience and lies about trying to call you to confirm.

Ordered from uber eats last night and got the "buy one get one free" margarita pizza deal (so our order was just two pizzas). We payed extra to add hot honey to both pizzas but I couldn't see or taste it at all so I wonder if they even added it. We live about 5 min drive from the restaurant but our order took 1hour 10mins to arrive from being placed, absolutely crazy. The driver who delivered our order was also incredibly rude. I told him on the phone that my boyfriend was outside ready to collect but he demanded I come down to get it?? He proceeded to ignore my boyfriend and refused to roll his window down to speak to him. Overall bad experience which is a shame as its our first time ever ordering from this chain, won't bother in the future

my order was 50 minutes late and when it arrived the food was cold. I tried asking for a partial refund on my order but they declined and tried making out as if there were ‘heavy traffic’ at 3:00am 😂😂shocking

Disappointed that for the first time ever I’ve had to mark Fireaway down from 5 stars. Nobody’s fault, just traffic but the pizza was lukewarm & 20 minutes late. Otherwise a fantastic gluten free, low lactose cheese (cheddar), pesto base instead of tomatoes. I still think they’re the best in Cardiff. The driver was very apologetic & so were Fireaway when I phoned them.

Hot and fresh - consistently excellent

Not sure what they did this time, but my pizza was lopsided. There were a few slices with no toppings. When you pick the pizza up (for both pizzas), all the toppings fell off. Then after about 10 minutes later, the base was soggy. I assume they put too much oil. Really disappointing this time round.

Pizza is always great from Fireaway. It arrived fresh and hot and was delicious as it has been every time we've ordered from here.
