Not sure what's happened to this place, but it's certainly not the same quality it once was. My battered sausage was softer than a wet noodle, yet the batter was like glass somehow and I'm sure scallops are supposed to come battered, but between the shop and getting to me, it buggered off somewhere because I received a partially "glass battered" potato scallop that tasted completely dry and flavourless. A year ago, I would've driven out of the way for this place, but I certainly won't be ordering or picking up from this place again.

The fish at the shop was really fresh, and the staff were super helpful

We ordered the food worth £50 and we don't received. I call to the Bar and I heard is my responsibility to find my food, they blame the driver and they dont want to give refund for my order. Do not order from that fish bar.

Ordered in store fried chicken, chips and a tikka naan. Fried chicken was great, way better than KFC. Tikka Naan with chilli, mint and mayo and it was delicious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately they keep missing food off orders happened 2 out of the last 3 orders

We love the golden chips. We stop and buy here every time we visit family and friends in the midlands. Pie, chips and mushy pea special, great value.

The batter on the fish was stodgy not cooked yet the fish was really dry couldn't eat it chips where OK and mushy peas where nice. Just a waste of money to be honest.

Not much tikka meat on large mixed meat and chips, double cheese burger was nice.

The last 2 Orders we have made there has been items missing or incorrect order. But normally on point so hopefully next time all will be correct also the cold drinks need to go in a separate bag not with the Hot food. Food is always amazing tho and great portion sizes.

The food was lovely and hot and the value for money is brilliant. The portions are very generous and the chips are delicious. My only problem is that there was a lot of scraps of batter in with the chips and the batter on the fish was too thick.

A bit disappointed kebab was dry and hard. Wanted salad and got hardly anything. Food arrived cold. Expected better been as I paid £10 for my meal

Very nonsense, rude behaviour, misbehaving and non professional staff I have never seen before. Never ever recommended. Shameful.

Curry sauce was too thick and far too much which is a shame because it was too over powering which spoiled the fish and chip in the past we had fish and chips and curry sauce and they been amazing feel a little let down with this order

Really good portions. Best battered chips, the large was absolutely huge to share between two people. Curry sauce was the best one I’ve tried. Will order again.

Nice fish n chips but said it would give a sauce - when ordering it didn’t have an option of choosing - thought it would come on the side. After ordering and receiving no sauce, checked the other options and saw it was there for other options!

Had diarrhoea after a visit here was bad all nite disgusting

My disabled father went to chip shop and ordered 2 large kebab and chips got back home to find he had two trays of kebab meat called store and they said he didn't ask for chips £15.80 for two trays of kebab meat that isn't even fully cooked .. what a joke called up and I was told he didn't ask for the chips !! Why would you pay £15.80 for 2 trays . The person on the phone was rude and unhelpful said nothing he could do. My parents go once a week this will be the last time rip off

Can't fault the food it is nice but it's expensive for a chipshop I know everything as gone up in price but it's £4 for a bag of chips and £1.80 for a pot of curry sauce which is definitely on the high side

cheese burger didnt taste nice bun felt abit frozen the pastry on the pie very soggy and the batter on the scollops was very greasy the kebab wrap was just ova loaded with salad and the wrap wasn't even a wrap it was an open mess

The worst kebab and chips i ever had, had it ordered it came you csn obviously tell that the chips and meat was reheated a few times was cold and warm vile thrown it away dont want food po3avoid

Our go to Chippy when we get paid. More expensive then most chip shops but the food is also one of the best around so you get what you pay for.

This chip shop had been recommended to me, and didn’t disappoint. Easy to be put off by high prices, but the portions you get prove good value for money. I had a Doner kebab in pitta, couldn’t finish it, easily feed two ppl. A regular bag of chips was like a large bag at any other place, loads of batter bits and not too much orange coating. Again would feed two ppl. Would recommend and will use again

Ordered my meal. Delivery driver couldn’t find my flat even tho I repeatedly told him where it was. Kept demanding I come and get my food from his car parked down the road. Phoned chippy to be told I never ordered. Then they hung up on me.

our usual chippy was closed so we used this place based on reviews we usually spend no more than £34 on exactly the same thing we ordered from here but it was £45!! and was less food! chips were nice my fish was very chewy curry sauce was a chinses sauce and extremely thick it went in the bin. every thing else was ok but don't think we will use again. Will stick to shockers in future
