Girls at the desk speaking such filthy is disgusting that's something I don't want to hear before I eat food talking about kidney stones in her bladder 🤮 and then recieving my food cold not at correct heated and safe temperatures my rice was freezing I had to just re cook it myself I have the right to recover payments for the labour

Stopped using it never known anywhere to get the order wrong as often as this place.🙄

After shopping around for a chinese that was opened last night Monday, the family members decided on Fei Wongs opposite Tesco's. Sadly the food hasn't improved any since the last time, But will never be back our family members agreed and said the chicken tasted old, like rubber. Got to the stage of chewing it for long enough, that i had to spit it out and binned the rest. Don't know if its under new management but the food was really bad, I/we will now never use this takeaway again. Can't give them a zero score, so had to use one star only. Very poor food.

Nothing special about the special fried rice. 99% rice and very little meat. Also drenched in the sweetest sauce which didn't enhance the look of it. Also chicken balls were soggy and covered in condensation as were the chips. This was cause by the cheap packaging in my opinion.

Chicken wasn’t cooked chips was cold and soggy took over 1hr and 30 minutes to come person on the phone was very rude

Such a pity about this evening. I have always found the staff here so friendly and helpful. This evening the person on the counter seemed to resent my arrival as it interrupted her cigarette at the door of the eatery. Then she asked what name and I said ‘you didn’t ask on the phone’. She listed 6 or 7 seven names. All the while not looking at me. As I said the name which I thought was me from previous calls, obviously not listening, she scowled ‘I’ve told you all the names’. I said “just forget it” and left. I hope that the people whom she was speaking on the phone to at that time, without even acknowledging me, got their order. Such a pity. Previously a very friendly and accommodating place. One star tonight because you can’t give no stars. Awful experience. Normally so different.

Was down in my parents and my father ordered from here on both occasions. Got the food and looked ok, following morning I was unwell. He swears by this place but no its not for me. Sorry

Worst steak and chips I've ever had. Asked for it rare, came very well done. Asked for 2 steaks with only one portion of chips got 3 portions of chips instead and they were not fresh. Gravy too think and too sweet. Very disappointing. I personally will not be ordering from here ever again.

Good enough Chinese though did wait a while. Counter staff nice and friendly with some of the food wasnice without being great but I'd have to say I'm not a big fan of bolied beef in a curry. Peking chicken wings wernt bad and the salt and spicy chow mein was good but wouldn't say it was somewhere I would ho out my way to go.

Unfortunately this was the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. The most disgusting slimiest beef curry. Never had anything like it. The rice was burnt. The salt and chilli tasted of the seasoning you get from Home Bargains etc. We ended up binning it.

Vile, worst Chinese I’ve ever had chicken chow main was the worst I’ve had. Tasted of cheap off packet smell very metallic it was absolutely vile had to bin it was that overwhelming didn’t taste or smell at all like chicken chow main. Won’t be returning at all £23 in the bin

Great choice of food and deals. Ordered in the shop for delivery which didn't take long for the amount of food we ordered (8 people, 3 orders)

Usually very good, but not this time. They got the order wrong and only noticed when back home, by that time it was too late. They also got the order wrong of another woman who was in the shop... Chicken was too dry, and rice was only half cooked. Don't know what happened, this place used to be great... Might not be back again.

As before, food nice enough but order is always wrong. Repeated order 3 times tonight and delivered incorrect. When you phone to complain it was like they were inconvenienced by it. 3 times now I've had orders wrong and over looked but as another review has said, plenty of other places to go to. Sadly this will be the last I'll use them. Shame as I don't think they will care. With so many businesses closing now, you'd think more care and attention to loyal customers

Food is always nice, staff are friendly and portion size is good.

I must be honest foods ok but staff are hopeless place a order you need to repeat it 3/4 times and still wrong . Then when you go in to collect they can’t really understand same got to repeat yourself. Old staff that’s up in Glasgow now was brilliant very most friendly. Best to just get a delivery the delivery guys are great . But fed up ordering over phone only to take home to sit down and it’s wrong or items missing they are not interested when you phone up to say just not interested best to call up and ask fir a number 23 and 45 that way can’t go wrong. Food good delivery good . But if you call in to collect you will understand what I meaning. Poor on the phone poor in the front of shop face to face . Loads of good take aways to pick from .

Very friendly staff. Takeaway spotless. But... Ordered beef chow mein, the beef was burnt, the noodles were very dry, so disappointed as we've used this takeaway before, we ended up binning most of it. Other food we ordered was absolutely fine. I was shocked that whoever dished up the chow mein never noticed how burnt and dry it was.

Lovely food, very nice and friendly staff, would definitely recommend eating from her or order a deliveri as it is always very quick.

Delivery was terrible told 30/45 mins arrived hour and a half later chicken curry was made with frozen cubed chicken which was dry curry sauce ok phoned to complain 2hrs after order placed & first thing said to me was my meals were on there way!! The chilli chips were cold the chicken curry was cold my wife’s meal was cold. Result hell will freeze over before we order food from them ever again.

We ordered a decent sized meal from here for our families Christmas Dinner. The order was spot on, everything we ordered was supplied. The price was very fair and my very fussy missus rated her food 10/10. Can't fault our food today and the previous visits were also excellent. Well done Fei Wong.

Absolutely delicious I usually feel sluggish and rubbish after Chinese food this was light and so tasty no grease at all. Chicken cooked perfectly will definitely be using this Chinese again xxx

One of the best up and coming Chinese take away joints in this town. Spotless clean and the prices are reasonable too. The food has flavour and isn't just greasy mush like some others. Keep up the good grub!!!

Bland and boring. Asked for lar chee chicken with extra vegetables. How hard can that be? Greasy sauce, frozen chicken and LOTS of green pepper!!! Yuk!
