VERY WET CHIPS FOOD 3HOURS LATE AND SAID THERE WAS TRAFFIC BUT I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE THERE AND PICK UP MY FOOD AND DRIVE HOME IN EXACTLY 15 minutes THATS INCLUDING THE TIME I SPENT FOR THEM TO COOK IT AGAIN

DO NOT ORDER SPIDER IN FOOD NO REFUND AND THEY CAME AND COLLECTED THE FOOD

The chicken wrap was alright, however I still won't be ordering from here again...... Food delivered 2 hrs late. Attempted to call shop but the number wouldn't connect. Gave me not 1 but 2 wrong drinks, overcooked wedges that I had to give to the dog because I couldn't chew without my jaw aching. Both lemon and herb flavour Peri Peri items were hot flavour not lemon flavour. And chicken strips were also overcooked and tough to chew and ended up in dog's bowl.

They seem to have improved especially with their delivery times

Customer service was very poor, also they gave me only half of the food that I ordered and I had to wait for the other half for at least an hour

Took an hour to be delivered. Came incomplete. No sauces even though requested and food was overdone. Not using these guys again

I re ordered the same meal and it still did not deliver…. I ordered my meal at 3:45am and was still waiting till 6:41am… However it still did not arrive… Very disappointed and annoyed.. oh and HUNGRY!!!!!!!

The food took 2 hours to arrive. They got the order wrong. The food wasn't great and they literally gave us the worst pieces of chicken. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

AWFUL FOOD. Literally awful. I don't normally write reviews but felt I had too here. Waited an hour and a half, rang the take away after an hour for someone to mutter down the phone it was on its way.. Waited another half hour. The food was the worst tasting I'd ever eaten. Literally I don't know what they cooked it with but it was terrible. Never again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Did not deliver food. After an hour the order was placed, they called saying they do not have anything left. Was very rude over the phone saying I shouldn't have ordered so late even though it was over an hour before they closed.

I havent received my food and it shows that the order has been delivered. They have also charged for my food.

The quality of food was so poor, the chicken tasted like the oil used to fry with was WEEKS old and over used! Chips were powdery and cold. I did not even taste/eat the rest of my food which was the lamb ribs and hot wings. I also ordered 1.5l of strawberry mirinda and got 4 330ml cans of evoca strawberry which would have been ok if one of the two things occurred 1) someone called me to tell me there is no mirinda and would i like to try this funky drink or would i like another one? 2) If they didnt tell me but the drink tasted remotely the same as mirinda. in addition i paid 1.80 for 1.5l of drink and got 1.3l instead. when i asked about it they said they charge by the bottle and not the amount... but i didnt ask for four cans. again something that a simple phone call could have cleared up. delivery time was 100% aweful, over an hour for oily food, and changed order without asking. no apologises no remorse. and definitely NO RETURN!! if there was a minus rating I would their service a -5

Got order wrong, asked for plain cheeseburger & it came with all the sauce & salad. Burger buns were hard on one side & stale. Inside burgers were tasteless. Way too much oil, burgers & wings dripping with oil! We are regular users of Just Eat. Thought we'd try these out. NEVER EVER AGAIN, absolutely gross!!

We never get the drink asked for, regardless its only Pepsi which I don't dink (got two when asked for something else. The food was no more or less than expected and we never get a confirmation e-mail like they said, only a review e-mail! Just like visiting a chicken shop with less say about what you get.

App said food was delivered, it wasn't. Called up they didn't know where my food was and how long it would be. Getting a refund. Unacceptable service. Seems like I'm not the only person who has had problems with delivery according to the reviews.

I ordered nearly at the closing time and hence, "probably" the peri peri items were not fresh. But its cheap comparatively so will give it a shot one more time.

Do not order from this place! Extremely unprofessional, everything but one food order was incorrect! The so called "peri peri" wrap was infact southern fried well cremated chicken strips! I ordered a 2 piece chicken meal and received a chicken burger meal?! Also asked for a diet COKE ACOLA and received a Pepsi light -___- ! Let me not start on the sauces! Chill sauce and ketchup in pots with mayo squired in the middle?! What kind of service is this please? I definitely should have read reviews before ordering in a hurry! So disappointed.

I'm surprised this place hasn't shut down yet because of the bad reviews, but they have a college full of stupid students that eat here. My order was a large order which included; 1 tower burger meal, 1 Peri Peri chicken wrap meal, 8 chicken strips, 8 wings an 2 strawberry mirinda's. What I got was 4 frozen, dry and burnt chicken burgers an a bottle of Pepsi, stupid driver took over 2 hours to deliver the food and what's even more hilarious is that I live 5 minutes away. They charge you more on this app than what they charge you in the actual shop so they rip you off like a fool. If your reading this and have ordered from here even after reading this, shoot yourself :)

Ordered the food at 12.40am, took over an hour for the food to come, when it arrived the food was cold, and the quarter pounder burger that I ordered was burnt and overloaded with mayonnaise and lettuce. I had ordered from there, before and the service was bad then too, but as it was so many years ago, I thought it may have improved, how wrong was I... Definitely won't be ordering from there again, even if it is the only place left open that those hours of the night

Nightmare is a perfect word to describe this takeaway. Food was delivered after 2 and half hours, instead of 8 spicy wings they gave 3 chicken pieces, instead of coke they gave pepsi. they will not pick your phone or worst they will make their landline number busy so you cant call and chase your order. On the positive side, driver was polite and explained why it took so long, coz they only have one driver in night and they send him once they have 5-6 orders to deliver, hence delay. Absolutely disgrace. GUYS PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY!!

The overall wait for the food was 1,5 hours and it was delivered 20min after the estimated delivery time, customer service was quite poor when I called to check on timings. Instead of a bottle of orangina we got 4 cans of mirinda, while the spicy wings were not spicy at all, the zinger burger is advised for consumption only within close proximity of a fire extinguisher

I didn't try the food because they cancelled my order without telling me even though I had paid already....extremely disappointed won't be trying this again!

This order I cancelled because I ordered it at 6:50 the delivery time said 8:05. I called them at 8:20 and they said it was going to be another hour. It does not take 2 and a half hours to cook and deliver 3 burgers. Fast food? I think not

The chicken was good but it was completely the wrong order. Instead of ringing us because obviously there was no garlic bread they gave us extra chicken. We ordered garlic sauce and BBQ sauce and we received one pot of mayonnaise. The driver also called and made me come out to his car rather than coming out and knocking on the door. Pathetic service.

Absolutely appalling service!! I waited 2 whole hours for the food to arrive, had to call them twice. The guy on the phone didn't have a clue about customer service, he didn't even apologise once! The meal came a little late which was fine but the food was not edible at all accept for the salad. The cheese burgers are burnt, the chicken burger has lumpy stuff in it and the nuggets are hard on the outside and soggy in the inside. I'd like a refund. I have pictures. Food was not as described e.g I ordered 6 peri wings instead got 6 normal wings and chips. Also Zinger burger was just a normal filet burger with chilli source. Will not use again.

Peri peri wings wasnt grilled properly they had chicken skin on the wings which looked boiled,nasty and the wings went to waste.very disgraceful.
