Fatburger & Buffalo's Express in Brent

Probably the worst review of trip advisor. Came here keen for wings and left angry and sad. Ordered 2 burgers, 6 wings, and some fries along with a bottomless drink for …. £30 odd quid!! Waitress was grumpy, the drinks machine didn’t work, the portions were small, and looked ridiculous, and worst of all, the place was filthy. See pictures. No toilet roll, no locks, and just minging. If I hadn’t of paid upon ordering, I would have refused. I had to rush to get to the concert so didn’t have time to fuss over money, but please stay away

We came last night the service was awful, the girl who served us was miserable and rude. We ordered the boneless wings which were just dry frozen chicken nuggets in sauce. The burger we got was served cold. Nothing was fresh. We asked for the blu cheese sauce that came with wings and she had a miserable look on her face when we asked for it even though she forgot. The restaurant itself was dirty, and the re-fillable drinks machine was bot working. My husband had to go up several times to ask for the sauces and straws that were not given to us. Definitely would not recommend this place and and the food was awful i would give this place a zero! Restaurants should not be open if the food, staff and cleanliness are not up to simple standards.

Awful. Stood waiting at the till unserved for around 10 minutes, no one came to serve us or let us know when we would be seen. After finally ordering our food it came out with the wrong order number so took ages to realise this was our order and no sauces or sides that are listed on the menu. One of the people in our group specifically asked for no Mayo (this was noted on the receipt) and unsurprisingly the burger was dripping in Mayo. After raising this with the staff they took it back and assured us they would make another (no apology might I add). 20 minutes later the staff started to clear away for the night, they looked at us and asked if we got all our food to which we reminded them we were still waiting on a burger they had promised to remake. Staff were rude and unapologetic, felt like it was almost our fault so many things went wrong. Food was okay, once they finally got the orders right. Would never return.

We have Fatburger regularly and they are tasty. The price is good with students discount. we recommend Fatburger

Thst was my first order by uber eats. Food cold and preheat burger with chicken breast dry. Wings without bones but hard dry inside. Not happy at all. And all in so much bbq sauce
