Great community spirit having been out walking my dog last night I asked the staff if they could get my dog some water to drink they went above and beyond to get him some thank you

The worse sushi experience ever. I order plater all of then were disaster no taste, thick rice, falling apart, they cut not same size, one is fat and massive piece, second wonky and skinny. Place is nice for drinks only

Booked a table for a suprise meal for 21/05/2021 and turned up at correct time of 6.30pm and was turned away. Wouldn't suggest this place for anyone. Had a conformation email saying we was booked in but turned up and was rudely turned away for a private party. Evening ruined for my wife and hope no one goes back to this disgusting restaurant again.

Went for dinner for the first time and would definitely recommend. Food was delicious, drinks were great and staff were incredibly friendly. Our group wasn’t sure what to order and the staff were more than happy to make recommendations, all of which were on point. Will 100% be back!

What a little gem in Waltham Abbey. Food absolutely amazing, staff helped us with the menu and were so helpful. Decor and music perfect. Tad expensive but Give it a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

Sushi was nice but disappointed with the service and the dessert. We ordered the mochi for £8 which transpired to be the little moon desserts you can buy in the frozen aisle in Tesco's (we literally had these in our freezer at home). We brought this to the waiters attention but his explanation was that Tesco must have the 'same authentic Japanese supplier as Farand'. All in all, the food was ok but overpriced and the service wasn't great. We won't be returning unfortunately.

The perfect evening! Lovely relaxed atmosphere and service second to none. We enjoyed a number of different cocktails, all well balanced and made to our own taste. The Sushi was beautifully constructed and presented and the flavours were fresh and tasty. We tried a variety of pieces including rolls, nigri and gunkan. Already planning our return visit.

Visited with a friend and the whole evening could not be faulted. Starting with the cocktails - we told the mixologist what we liked and our drinks arrived all evening with a little twist! We ordered off the Chinese menu and it was very tasty and perfectly spiced. We then tried salmon from the sushi bar and it was simply the best I’ve had in this country! It wasn’t just salmon and rice! I will definitely return as I couldn’t fault Farand.

Fantastic place for either a lovely cocktail and / or the amazing Asian food. The decor is stunning - you could be mistaken for thinking you are in a top bar in London. The music is the right volume. Please give this place a try. Would highly recommend

Great new bar with a great vibe

Great cocktail place, good music, restaurant, hosts very friendly. Went with 2 of my guy mates and treated very well, very swanky and great night out. Will be even better once covid restrictions by government have been lifted.

Visited this new venue for a gin tasting event. Tucked away off Sun Street, stairs take you to a very smartly presented bar with dining area at one end. Staff are very friendly & engaged well with customers. Great cocktails & atmosphere. Definitely go back and enjoy food next time. If you want a laid back , smart bar experience I would recommend

Very fancy bar and atmosphere for our little Waltham Abbey , which is uncommon as you can experience a fine dinning with a pre-cocktail menu that will blow your mind within the variety of refreshing drinks and mix drinks. Highly recommend as a full time customer for English people from all around London as well as any other tourist or just for a new commer.

DONT EVEN BOTHER, got there and food came before drinks. Food came cold and over priced, waited 10 minutes for the manager before leaving. Never experienced such awful service at a restaurant in my life. PHOENIX DOWN THE ROAD IS CHEAPER AND MUCH BETTER.
