This place is your typical greasy donner and tikka was not very nice found grisel in the meat just seemed abit dirty would not visit again much better food elsewhere.

Made me some tarka daal especially for me since it wasn’t on the menu. The lady serving us was amazing and the service was very, very good. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going again.

Come to this place every year the women with the hat has been very polite every time and her customer service keeps me coming back year after year. The food is amazing my favourite is their chicken madras with rice.

I highly don’t recommend this place! if you guys want to try some food that taste like nothing feel free to try it! we did order some 12 pieces of chicken which was like a chewing gum and tasteless. we also ask for some watery ketchup which they costs £1 each. and we did also ordered some chicken korma which tasted like coconut milk that wasn’t cooked at all, the chicken was pink from inside and we ended up binning everything that we bought. we didn’t wanted to take the risk to eat this poisonous food. 🤮🤮 also standard wise was very low, i saw all this workers wasn’t even wearing any PPE, from the customer’s view we can see them eating with their bare hand and continuously cooking with filthy hands. on top of that, there’s this racist owner just sat in front of them watching the staff and doesn’t really care on what’s happening. This is very unprofessional on behalf of the owner as also when we just ask for extra sauces immediately asked us where we from and just guess we from china. This restaurant needed to be under investigation as they could eventually kill someone by serving this worst quality of food! Hi ordered a fresh chicken tikka fresh nan kebab it was full of salad next to no chicken no fresh chillies and the few peace's of chicken I did get was well over cooked very disappointed as I have had lots of better kebabs else were don't waste your mony 0 stars for me

Ordered 2 biryani’s & kebab & burger TASTELESS & OVERPRICED One biryani came half empty & the other was jst over half so i rang up the lady passed it over to the “chef” who after listening to my complaint asked me “where r u from” asking my ethnic background ???!! as if to say am complaining coz of “ethnicity” not to mention the rude attitude on the phone not apologetic at all!!! Not sure why this place was missing on Google so far. However, this is probably the best place to buy food when you are in Fantasy Island theme park. The food was great. Especially, their 'pulled pork with fries'. I couldn't take a photograph of this place, therefore took a few screenshots using google street view to remember the name of the place.

Awful, gone downhill since we last used it. Ordered veggie pizza and when we got back to the caravan we opened it to find a pizza base with garlic and tomato purée on. Also ordered a chicken and mushroom pizza that didn’t have one piece of chicken on!! Also had the tikka on naan which was rubbish hardly any salad or sauce. Definitely won’t be going back. I did go back and complain and was given a refund for the pizza after they said they would give me a 50% refund which I told them not a chance I want a full refund to which I got.

Ordered to the butlins caravan park .. got the delivery and the charge was absolutely ridiculous they way way over charged for the items I ordered.. they must of thought I was some drunk as an example £5.50 for a Nan bread and it was vile .. ain’t joking order and I guarantee you don’t like it and get ripped off

Went to go and get food but then did a double take once I seen a man washing his feet and face in a cooking bowl outside of the kitchen door! Yes he did work there and no they did not care🤢 would rather not have my food seasoned with crusty feet before hand thank you.

Not even worthy of a star! Disgusting business. Ordered through Just Eat while staying at Butlin’s, paid upfront for our order and left a message to contact me when they were at the front. After time was up I rang them to see if it had been sent out I was then told they apparently had rang me to arrange delivery but I had threatened to call the police if they ring my phone again 😂😂 absolute liars and the man on the phone was absolutely disgusting. Luckily managed to get my money refunded from just eat

Went a few weeks ago, guy stared at me constantly I was quaking in fear, pizza was like a frozen one, garlic like Dulux paint

Very dirty inside I watched them clean there tongs in a bucket and I’m from Bradford and it’s shocking and they can’t swirl sauce on your pizza extra crust given for free only 12” pizzas

If there was a 0 star option I would of pressed that, this place is VILE! The staff are very rude after waiting 45 mins for my food with no one elts in the shop and when I got my food they decided to tell me that they can’t cook a rice and I asked why and they said they haven’t got time or I would be waiting longer. Got the food back to the caravan to find that items we ordered was missing and wrong I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy

After working in skegness for over 20 years and trying most of the fast food restaurants around skegness and Ingoldmells I have never tasted food currys and pizzas like fantasy grill and balti very friendley staff and the food is cooked fresh while you wait it's just a shame that people have too much to drink and don't respect the staff if thay did the place would be a lot nicer place I know we all like to enjoy ourselves when we go out

New owners and very pleasant. As a local I've only been a couple of times but will definitely be using it a lot more. Food was amazing..

If there was a 0 star option i would give it. Ordered pizza and chips from here. Pizza came flat cold and chips warm. Phoned the shop to complain they answered phone then hung up and refuse to answer the call now after trying quite a few attempts to contact them back. Never order from here again. Definitely wouldn't recomthis place place and their customer service is worse than the cold food. £20 wasted 😡🤬

We had a take out curry and a take out kebab and chips from here today. I can only describe it as being the poorest food I've ever tried to consume (the curry mainly). The chicken in the curry wasn't tikka, the masala was so thin and tasted like a warm plain yogurt! The naan was out of Asda, you know the type. The kebab meat was nice, the salad was nice and the sauce was nice but I had a fingernails worth of salad and a thimbles worth of sauce to go with it, leaving a very boring on its own meat. The chips was half full and all for over £20. I am so unhappy & disgusted that people eat this and pay this sort of cash tbh ;-(

Ordered 3 pizzas meat tasted like plastic or else was out of date, completely Unedible.

If anything I would give a 0 star rating, the service is disgraceful, waiting 45 minutes for a pizza when no one was waiting. A few more turned up and was served before us, the curries are extremely greasy and the naan breads disintegrate. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I have attending this venue since start of the year, a lovely lady keeps welcoming me into the venue and is always happy, her hats are beautiful! The food is always delivered in an appropriate time and always prepared we'll. I'll be back again tomorrow:-)

The big lass is rude to every customer. Literally threw our food at us with a face like thunder.

Food was wrong. Asked if they could re send to be told they’re to busy after, admitting they was wrong. I was told that I could get some free food next time I order to my reply was I’m on holiday and leaving the next day. I was passed over to a so called “manager” to be told “my friend, you have called the wrong number” then hung up the phone. I looked them up on social media and I’m not surprised they don’t have anything apart from an old Facebook page with a complaint of being rude. I understand that things can be missed but this was shocking with shocking customer service. Order at own risk.

Late delivery 1 hour late and to top that we got some bodys order not impressed will not use again

Absolutely shocking. Rang up at 19.15 and ordered for delivery. Told me 1 hour 30 mins. Told me they couldnt complete most of the order (keema naan) because our order already had a plain naan that you got with the meal.. ok.. but didnt even turn up! Rang them after 2 hours to see how long food would be and they said oh 20 minutes (obviously hadn't even started it) ..still not here nearly another hour later. Dont waste your time.

Worse food ever. Received raw fish, undercooked chips and pizza. All the packaging was also split or damaged. All had to go in the bin. Restaurant was also quite rude on the phone.
