Burger King in East Lindsey

Slow slow slowwww even when there’s no one there waiting you can bet there will be a que because they’re so slow it builds up fast

Average burger king, fast service and no complaints here.

Restaurant can get very busy at times and I mean busy which means the orders start to rack up, and the waiting line gets bigger, you might be in for a wait, but the food comes fresh and hot, staff are good at what they do even when there's a crowd waiting for their orders, Restaurant is open till 23.00 so first port of call after coming out of Reds or centre stage with the kids.

Waited 40 minutes for luke warm food. Staff just herd you like cattle, they make the orders completely out of sync, so you have no idea when the orders are ready. The restaurant area is filthy too.

Really expensive and the burger was depressing

The young man behind the counter was complaining about what they hadn't got in stock to a colleague. I found him to be rude and not customer friendly. Won't be coming back!

it's crowded broken machines decent at service speeds prices are decent I presume because I didn't pay this time.

I recently stayed on resort, and last week there was a nice young lad who served me a few times at the till after the shows in Centre Stage. Like many others, I grabbed a burger on the way back to my apartment. He was so friendly and polite, and nothing was too much trouble. He provided the best customer service in a takeaway that I’ve ever experienced. He is a credit to Butlins and Burger King.

Rude staff when placing order and rude customer service overall

Customer service is almost non existent place was dirty and very very over priced

We order Howe food as we whent to get our order I asked for some mayo a young girl said you have to pay 30 pence for it I said I came here at dinner and had some chips I asked for mayo and the gentleman gave me it never said anything about paying for it she was very rude to use I work in customer service and would never talk to any one the way she spoke to us your staff need training in customer service not impressed at all won’t be going there anymore we go every year with about 20 of us so you have lost a few customers don’t normally do reviews sorry had to do this but she was very rude

It's a Burger King, which tends to be a rarity when compared to the typical choice of McDonald's, KFC & Subway. Prices are obviously inflated due to it being inside a holiday resort, but there's no visible price list outside of looking at the big menu above the counter. So if you want something light, like fries or a Krushem, you won't know the cost unless you ask for specific items and inevitably hold other people up. I tried to take a modern shortcut, I downloaded the app, but it said the branch was unavailable. They've got the fancy self service machines which most fast food joints now offer, but they didn't work either, so again no clarity when it comes to wanting one of the select number of items not displayed above the counter.

We're here for a 70s weekend, and have had burgers twice, both times were very good, hot and fresh.. On Sunday night we were helped by Kyle to join tables together for a larger party, he was so pleasant, funny and sociable with all the seated customers, doing his job of cleaning and clearing the tables, and entertaining us... A lovely young man who is a credit to the company... It was a pleasure to meet such a vibrant and respectful young man... Well done Kyle...

Butlins is beyond a joke, have a second hand burger King chain. Apps no longer work for this chain so there is no way of making this affordable. Military discount and nhs discount do not work. So for you guys coming, I would get an apartment and cook your own meals.

I ordered a triple mac sandwich and coffee, when come back for my drink oblivious even tho he told waiting for drink, poor service..

More expensive than Burger Kings in your regular city/town centre however the food quality is just the same and we expected to pay the increase with it being on a resort. Don’t agree with it but it’s now the way of the world unfortunately.

Always end the night here when we stay on Butlins.The food is always excellent and the staff friendly,big shout out to Karen for the brilliant service!👍👍🙂

food was good slightly dearer than normal ones but wasnt too bad to say inside butlins plenty people eating there as food wasnt good in other restaurants

The worst customer service I have ever received. Order not available after more than 50 minutes of waiting and others served afterwards. Several people were left standing about with no orders being delivered. To make matters worse, the ‘manager’ tried to short change us when we asked for a refund. Team seem completely incompetent and not willing to acknowledge poor practices.

Well done don't accept apps 12 in our party u just lost 200 this week end..familys here with kids charge as much as u can screw everyone get in

The food is good. Unfortunately the ordering machines can't process orders of more than 2 items. We had to divide our food into two orders as there was a long queue to the counter.

Oh dear. The fact that a budget uk family holiday destination hosts this disaster class of a second choice food chain is beyond me. Instead of hosting a more affordable and a better quality McDonald's or kfc franchise they host a burger King with awful prices. I paid £12 for a burger. Am I in a London restaurant or a Skegness fast food chain because what? Atleast the cheese bites where a nice snack but still quite steep on the price

Wasn’t allowed in. Wanted Burguer King but in Skegness Burguer King is private. The security proudly said: “The only Burguer King in Skegness is only for resort clients.” Don’t let sat nav fool you.

Got a bacon and cheese chicken burger from them tonight, for just a sandwich not the meal deal for £7.39 it was absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed for selling such rotten processed food I've ever tasted.

order 3 dinners costing over £35 arrived over an hour late was cold will not order again very disappointed as wanted to surport a local business x big let down not worth the money

everthing here is bumped in in price and so expensive. No need for it. Big burger meal is £9.99 goto mc ds on seafront for the normal prices

Terrible service this weekend! Queue a mile long and only 2 serving, service was really slow! Food looked nothing like the photo and it was cold! The queue was too long to return it. Very disappointed

Cold burger, and onion rings that seemed to have been a week old. Won’t try this again.

There was always a big queue but the food was the same as all the other Burger Kings. The staff were pleasant.

Ate hear because we gave up waiting to get into Ludo's, what can i say except standard Burger King food.

Not cheap, even for a Burger King, but options for eating were short at times, so had tried once, the burger was the size of a McD saver menu burger!!

Awful customer service. Been there 30 mins before closing time. I’ve placed an order and was waiting for it to be ready for collection. Spent about 15-20 mins in the queue to be informed by staff member that they’ve run out of BURGERS. The lady offered me a chips for equity of my order. I refused and requested a refund. The fact is that they haven’t run out of burgers they just missed the order and couldn’t be asked to make it.

Popped in for some fries, had top queue outside of outlet , then marshalled to your available queue, i did notice that anybody who tried to advance forward were stopped by staff and told to wait, well done Burger king staff

Better than other burger chains

What a complete joke. Members of staff leaning on the counter while serving customers. Hands in his pocket while there are people waiting to be served. Mobile phone in his pocket to. Slow service. The supervisor or manager looks a mess. Very unprofessional. The uniforms look dirty. Cold food. Paid for a large meal and got the same amount of frys as the small. Brown lettuce on my burger. This place has gone so far down hill but still cost a bomb to eat there. I was part of the first ever team to work in that Burger King 21 years ago and to look at it now is such a shame that all the hard work we put in has all been for nothing. It's a big big shame they have not kept upto the standards we set all them years ago.

Always a long queue as so many people go here in Butlins. It is very popular with People of all ages. I don't have the food here but my nephew and his friends love it.

Excellent, large building, ample seating, meals and desserts to suit all pockets and families or on your own. Amazing fries and good coffee.

Visited Burger King this week, it's as you'd expect. Fast food with helpful staff. Seems to be a bit with most at the resort. Plenty of seating and high chairs for little ones.

Does not accept vouchers or offers from their mobile app

It was better than McDonald's staff was helpful and food arrived quickly and it wasn't rushed 🙂

We visited burger king in butlins. It was very clean and staff were helpful. Food arrived quickly and was just as I would expect from burger King. I had a whopper and coffee. There wasn't many seats left due to the school holidays but we quickly found somewhere else to sit.

Sunday, 29 July 2018, holiday season. Burger King CLOSED at 11.30am and CLOSED at 5pm 🤔 Don't know what to say really but its poor customer service and poor business 🙁

Staff aren't very helpful and you feel like your being stalked by the staff cause they are too eager to clean your table

Having worked for burger king I can tell when they are doing it right and when they are doing it wrong. These guys were spot on. Good service and more importantly staff levels and quick turn around on food.

Nice place. Food was lovely too. Same pricing as all other burger kings.

My son found a black Hair ball in bottom of his oreo milk shake it was as if someone had emptied the contents of a hair brush screwed it up & dropped it in his drink!!!! the chocalate was so embedded in the hair it was if he had been targeted . He had spent a lot on these milkshakes till then he was too embarrassed to do anything but I am disgusted they have staff !!!!!!!!! That would do such a thing..... This happend around 8pm 6th September 2017

Staff where friendly and service was quick

Ok staff nice and friendly prices beyond a joke realise that we were in a concession rented space but £24!!!

I had a waffle and it was fantastic I recommend you to have one!!!

Rip off orderd two cheese burgers witch you get off the £1 saver menu charged me over £7 say they don't do it here so I said well I didn't know that can I have a meal instead but refuse to terrible people

Kids chicken burger really dry and not much flavour on the two adult burgers cost £20 for 2 adults and a kid could go to butlins restaurants for same

only accessible if you are inside the Butlins resort, can get busy just after shows at lunch time, same menus and quality as your regular burger king

Convenient and tasty but so expensive... They have you over a barrel because they know you're on resort at butlins and can't just go to another fast food place easily.

Food is always slightly cold but delicious none the less.. the price is rather expensive.. but then again everywhere is at Butlins..

A lot more expensive than other Fast Food outlets, service is not too bad but portions are smaller, and like I said more pricey.... they need some competition in here....and improved manners...

Beware! More expensive than other BK's. Food was small and was cold. Prices were double than other branches and they don't accept the vouchers they have in the paper even though it says that it said can be spent at a non drive thru.

Had a triple whopper super size very tasty no complaints
