Fallones Pizza & Treats in Belfast

If I could leave 0 stars I would, wrong toppings on pizza, dough tasted stale, absolutely no flavour on the pizza, the chicken burger was a weird consistency, worst food I've ever ordered in my life, it all got binned.

Waited 20 minutes for my order to notify me to drive down. Drove down to be told that they hadn’t stuck the food on as they didn’t know if I would show up or not. Absolute joke. I understand if they put it collect straight away or rang me but to make me wait 20 mins to drive down to be told to wait in the shop. Disgrace. Staff found it hilarious I was bothered by this

Pizza could do with more cheese..goujons very good..could do with curry as option for dip

Service and quality is good overall. Would be nice if the app showed the live updates on delivery.

Absolute joke phoned up for delivery and the girl on the phone said drivers on the way nothing to do with us, after waiting an hour, I’ll never use them again and I’ll tell all my friends the same.

Honestly the best quality food to be consistent and delicious every single time , deserts are top tier and service is always friendly and efficient 100% order again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We always get one of their party packages for events throughout the year. And they are great value, delivered on time, and always piping hot. Never anything missing from the order either. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

On the app it says delivery fee and total off food although when driver came I had to pay another delivery fee

The pizza wasn’t the best quality and I tried my first slice it was tasteless and the tomato sauce and toppings fell off as if the base of the pizza was undercooked . The garlic criss cross fries where nice though.

Chicken Fillet burger meal was top notch, quality chicken breast used. Served with a good amount of chips. However a warning for anyone who likes condiments with chips - bring your own tomato ketchup, barbecue, mayo etc as they refused me upon asking lol. Odd one to encounter a chippy that doesn't have red sauce: it's very cheap in bulk?? Assistant manager/manager(?) Replied "No. Not here sorry". I responded "No worries" while actually thinking about how it was my first encounter being refused sauce in my life. Good food, give them a try

Rang up to place order. I was flustered and kept making mistakes. Lady on phone couldn't have been nicer. Lovely girl delivered food. And what a feast it was. Our new fave for sure. We always get the milky bar waffles but now we've tried the savory food our new fave. Excellent customer service. See you again soon. Thanks Team Fallones!

Kids meal was nice, but doughballs were burnt black ... had to pick them apart requested a refund for them.

Honestly every single time I get from here it blows my mind how consistently good it is it’s my only treat that I look forward to and it genuinely never once disappointed

Second time ordering from here in fairness the first time I think was a very busy night so gave them another go and I'm glad I did food was amazing.

The worst fish I have ever had. Asked for a well done fish & was served a limp, pale fish. No way was it freshly fried & served with lukewarm chips

The criss cross fried were lovely!! The pizza was very meh it didn't have much flavour The chicken was dry and hard The pepperoni tasted cheap and way to much tomato on the base

Food is just not up to scratch for the price of it .. overly priced for nothing special , said food was on the way at 21:10 but didn't arrive for another hour . Tried ringing the shop twice and just eat it's self to see what was happening with the food. Won't be ordering again.

Food arrived within the time frame given but was stone cold. My side was put in a bag with the cold drinks sat on top so could see why they were cold but when I opened the pizza it was freezing too.

Ordered a messy chip and a chicken burger got a plain dry chip with 4 bits of chicken on top and a box of cris Cross fries and 2 bits of chicken. Absolutely shocking not be back

We had issues with our order. Absolutely disgusted. Messaged the restaurant directly with no response even though the message was read. I also emailed them and no response. Safe to say we won't be ordering again. Shocking service. Note - don't order the creamy chicken on a pizza unless you want soggy pizza. Wasn't out only issue.

My kids are obsessed with the curly fries, the pizza was great and the wings are big and the bbq is best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back. To top it off I got discount as it was a Tuesday! Bonus

Despite the low ratings, I will have to say the place is great. I am a local resident and I think the food is excellent. I usually get the chicken goujon meal which is lovely. However, once I did get the wrong order and what looked to be the manager was very polite and gave me the right order free of charge. Polite workers. Recommend alot!

We were those last order of the night people, where in my experience is usually not a good a idea. But our food from here was unreal! food was scalding hot and drinks were ice cold, the food was absolutely amazing too, with big portion sizes. Nicest food ever. my new favourite takeaway 100%!

Quick delivery. Mozzarella bites & pasta was nice, garlic bread was a bit dry though.

Ordered 21.12pm said the order would be there 21.55pm to 22.15pm. Received a text telling me it was on its way 21.58. Rang to check at 22.21 girl told me it was definitely on its way. Rang again at 22.27pm she told me it would be another 10 min finally arrived at 22.47pm. Pizza was soggy from sweating in its own heat clearly for 40 min. Pasta luke warm and dough knots were just cold. Actually really shocked as usually our favourite place.

Food was lovely really enjoyed it although I was double charged for my order?

£9.60 for a small pizza & they had the cheek to short change me 20p! It was only me & it took 20 minutes for bog standard pizza. The pizza toppings were expensive & the "Chicken" tasted / looked suspiciously like very dry Turkey. Also there's no prices displayed which adds to the rubbish experience.

Very tasty pasta! The delivery was 10 minutes early and was very shocked at how many extras we recieved. My children absolutely loved the cookies. Definitely love the place. Recommended 100 percent. Will be buying from here again!!

Everything was delicious and was delivered quick and 10 mins early. Word of warning on the dragon tongue though, it’s very spicy haha. More like hot chilli sauce rather than sweet chilli, still lovely though
