Crystal House in Belfast

Went in to order food, staff very rude and made me wait whilst they took 2 phone orders and had a mishap with another order so that was 10minutes of waiting. Then eventually got my order after waiting 30minutes in the shop, I recommend if you order do it online. A customer also got served before me when I was already waiting for ages. Then the food was cold and unpleasant, I do not recommend these new owners of the crystal house. The old owners were amazing with lovely food but the new ones are awful!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Have used here for years. Phoned tonight - usual order not on 'new menu'. Got my order wrong and food was really not good. So salty and not even close to previous orders. Was told by delivery driver they have been taken over. Gutted!!

I've never been in here in my life, my regular one was closed, so as I was driving home, I decided to stop & give it ago, got a Chicken Curry with half chips half rice & French fried onion rings, I have to say, it's one of the nicest Chicken Curry's I've had in a long time, the Onion Rings were lovely also, I'll definitely be going back again & it be my new regular Chinese 👍🏻

Got a house curry last Sunday night and only ate a wee bit luckily enough and my husband had sweet and sour Cantonese that looked a deep purple colour..After a hour I was vomiting and diahorrea til the next day at teatime.My husband smelt my curry the next morning and it smelt like VOMIT.NEVER WILL BE BACK AFTER BEING GOING HERE FOR 30 YEARS ....

Parked up outside. Read the Google reviews but looked past the negative nonsense Bought the meal special salt and chilly chicken with half and half with curry sauce Was delicious, and only £6.40 As good a spice box as you’ll get. Ignore the haters

Been going here for years ! Started off when I was younger and now as an adult I’ll travel all the way up just for this specific Chinese. Amazing beef curry & the salted chilli chicken are both my favourite 11/10 definitely recommend

Pathetic sized portions for the price. Meal came in small plastic container which wasn't even full. More rice than meat.. Bearing in mind this was a full sized adult meal I also ordered a childrens chicken ball meal and asked if I could have the chicken balls in a seperate bag as child doesn't like gravy over them makes them soggy.. I was told it would cost an extra 60p to have them separate. I'll not be back..

I've tried alot of Chinese and have found the best one yet they give plenty of food which is of high standard definitely recommended

Prices up, quantity reduced,I ordered a sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style amount of chicken 8 really tiny pieces ,no longer value for money so I'll be taking my business elsewhere .

One of the best Peking chicken I have had.

First time I ordered from this place. The chicken balls where not cooked and freezing. I had to throw them out. The chips where also stone cool and it’s only a mile away. Now the prawn crackers where good and the chicken in the curry but never again.
