Ordered a l fry and a coffee not much change out of 20 pounds but no coffee arrived they wont answer the phone to me bunch of kunts.

Never fails me. Love their cream cheese salmon bagel and iced caramel coffee with almond milk.

Great spot. Proper local business. Friendly quick service and every piece of my fry was perfectly cooked and free coffee top ups. Just wish I'd discovered this place earlier.

Can’t understand why order takes so long until i watched on the map. I’m off the knocknagoney road. But yet the drivers seem to always drive back down Ballyhack and then come the whole way back up Holywood road. 🤔🤔🤔. No wonder the food never the warmest. Up old Holywood road onto knocknagoney be here for n half the time and maybe get a hot fry.

Went for breakfast this morning got poached egg and sourdough but it made me have food posing and really bad Diareia and temp tire has went up service was great but food was cold and the eggs taste under cooked

Small portions and no cranberry sauce on £10 festive fries, falsely advertised. Disappointed to have spent over £30 on this place.

best breakfast place in Belfast. order all the time from here and I love it. knocking 1 star off though as the croissants used to be a lot bigger

Honestly was the biggest regret ordering here 😭 chips where like cardboard only the curry sort of salvaged them, my partner got a bagel that was that bland shed to go down and add sauce to it , croissant was unedible not to mention the butter was put at the very bottom of the bag and was melted everywhere , was a huge disappointment unfortunately

We ordered 3 different dishes from the breakfast menu and everything was perfect. We use here somewhat regularly as sit in customers, the delivery was great tho. Highly recommend!

Delivery driver had thermus bag lying open with lid open. Food was not very warm! Obviously not keeping food warm!

Food took too long to arrive. Everything was cold, no maple syrup and the bacon should’ve been in a separate container. For the price of just some pancakes I would’ve liked better service. Unacceptable.

Food was not overly warm when got here. I’m only sort 5 min away but when map loaded the driver headed to conswater first !! Another order pick up maybe 🤔. So not cafe fault I would say.

Order was missing the sausage but the rest was great, mistake can happen, no big deal, still a good review.

No delivery. Really sorry I am having to leave this review for the restaurant. Just eat delivery driver left us with the wrong order. Just eat have not refunded me. I sent them a ticket with the name and contact details of the person who actually got the order. Cannot get hold of Just eat. Only their out sourced call centre who can’t do anything.

food was cold and like a brick and missing a latte the food was inedible so had to be binned for a 31 pound orderr I received a good will gesture of 7 pound onto my account which is laughable AVOID

Having a lazy Sunday and just had breakfast (ulster fry) delivered. It was absolutely delicious and everything cooked to perfection.

We've eaten here several times and have enjoyed the food and drinks. Today unfortunately the soup was lukewarm, cutlery wasn't provided (I went and found some) and my scone was dry and inedible.

Soup been same for 3 days now. Bagel waa burnt. Think someone has lost their way.

Absolutely outrageous. The food was clearly prepared way before I placed my order before I placed my order & clearly was kept under a heat lamp. It was inedible because most of it was dried out & hard for being kept under that heat lamp for so long & because it was not freshly made, & just kept under a heat lamp, by the time I received it the food was almost cold on top of things! I used to like ordering from here but not anymore!

Chose here for a breakfast catch-up with a friend. Clean and comfortable surroundings, efficient and friendly staff, yummy food . Reasonably priced , shall definitely return.

The panini was lovely, other than the bread being hard at the ends. My partner enjoyed his fry & my daughter enjoyed her meal.. Only one problem, the tin of coke & the childs drink wasnt sent out..

Thoroughly enjoyed. Order was missing cheesecake, but was an error on the delivery driver. Contacted Treat Street directly and they well very apologetic and refunded.

Lovely food and arrived nice and quick

Ordered a full English breakfast for delivery via deliveroo so the 4 stars for atmosphere are just for completion. Very happy with my order. Food was hot and tasty. Decent portion and most importantly the eggs were still soft. Something that bugs me is hard fried eggs in deliveries because they've been sitting too long. Not the case here. Also, x2 eggs as standard is good. Too many places only 1 egg and therefore everything is too dry. Defo be ordering again and recommending to others. Salted chilli chicken is mild but really sweet and delicious and the chips are just crispy and soft enough to be fabulous

16 quid for a sausage soda and a milkshake. milkshake was half full of cream and sausage soda had one sausage cut in half!

The food was lovely just missing a fried egg as I ordered extra poached eggs with it.

Extremely disappointed today when we were told we couldn't bring our Guide Dog puppy in training into the café, the reason given to us was "allergies", no further explanation. Won't ever be back nor recommend. Didn't eat there but have had to choose an option for review to be accepted.

Need to update the opening hours just drove from newry to Belfast to get food arrived at 2:35 and they said they are closing. The opening hours say 3:30 but apparently they don’t serve food after 2:30. Waste of 20 quids diesel and 2 hours time. Joke.

I was supposed to get 2 fried eggs they I paid extra for scrambled eggs but that was an extra I still Wanted the fried eggs

2nd time ordering tasty food had the ham melt came with coleslaw and crisps now the crisps did come soft almost soggy because of the heat of the food which is to be expected maybe something to reconsider in the future and sub with chips instead, goujons were lovely nice portion cooked well really enjoyed both meals delivered in time and driver was also nice thank you

Every time I'm in East Belfast, I go there best on the street for food,for breakfast and lunch.

Regular fry is actually a mini fry, no beans, no mushrooms, no tomato, 1 sausage, 1 slice of a very thin rasher, soda bread as thin as the potato bread 🤔. Still hungry 😔

Delivery was on time but the food was not worth the money. It was overcooked and just OK, just massively overpriced for what it is.

Called on Sunday afternoon at 2.35 pm. Just stepped in through the door, and was promptly told that they closed at 3 30 pm !!! They werent serving hot food. I only wanted a coffee and a bun. Was offered a takeaway coffee. My husband and I were taken aback that we weren't allowed to sit in and have a coffee which would have taken us 30 mins. Will stick to our usual coffee shop in future!!

Fantastic experience this morning early for breakfast. We got a delicious omelette, crossant and wonderful tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly and professional. Can't wait to visit again soon.

Food was good, but delivery driver badly spilt my milkshake, the lid came off and it was all over the cup. He didn’t bother to tell me he had spilt it on the bag of food too, so when I placed the bag down to clean up there was milkshake all over my hallway table! Very annoying!

Paid £3.75 for delivery and it was obvious lots of deliveries were being done. I had to put it in the microwave which meant quality wasn’t as good.

Very generous serving and tasty. Nice delivery driver.

Food beautifully cooked and delicious. I have used this restaurant several times now and have been very happy with the breakfast. I will certainly use Treat again.

Out of all the breakfasts ive had from JE, this is by far the best! I had the American Breakfast and it was HUGE. Poached eggs which were perfectly runny. Cant recommend this place enough, its brilliant, thank you for my perfect start to the day.

My sister and I absolutely loved the food. The service was friendly and fast. The best experience of what great customer service is all about. The place is spotless and the food is fresh and beautifully presented. Every member of staff was smiling , happy at their work and so courteous to customers. I’d strongly recommend a visit for their reasonably priced tasty food. Thank you all so much for a positive experience.

Sandwiches are delicious but I have to agree the fry bread is always undercooked and soggy. It needs a hard heat to seal off the grease and fry in it, not soak in it.

Only thing I would say is I asked for a sausage instead of egg. Was written on box this wasn’t possible and was given egg. As my number is on the order would have been nice to be asked what else I could have instead of given the egg nobody wanted.

Was disappointed this visit. Usually get the soup& sandwich but decided to go for chips and chicken goujons. Frozen chips and goujons. Over cooked and dry. Back to soup I think.
