Food is amazing as always, sfc is the best about. The sfc double trouble burger was so good. One drink was out of stock so they brought 2 options of juice for us to choose from, great customer service thank you ☺️

Ordered for the first time here and the goujons special was class! Proper goujons and portion size was unreal! Very impressed and will definitely order again in future!

Order was missing drink with meal

Very disappointed. The menu stated Tarta sauce with the scampi meal. I received no sauce. I had a very dry meal. tried to call the shop but got no answer.

arrived early but not the best, there was miserable cheese on the hotdog, it was laughable and the curry and pastie where so soggy I couldn't eat it quality was awful and the chicken wings weren't the best either

Delivered very early but the chips weren’t cooked. Had to put them in the air fryer before I ate them. I wouldn’t have minded waiting for delivery for the chips to be properly cooked

Rang twice to remind them to put salt and vinegar on my food. No salt or vinegar. Rang back to tell them. Told me they did put salt and vinegar on but if I would like to bring the food back they will put more on 🤦🏽‍♂️🤣🤣

Very disappointed with their customer service. I asked for an item to be wrapped separately as it goes very soggy if not. They refused. I could understand if I was asking for something extra but literally it would be an extra piece of paper to wrap it . I have ordered out of here plenty and always recommended to family/friends. I will now be finding somewhere else that is more customer focused. It’s a shame in today’s climate they are turning away customers for something so simple.

Arrived late absolutely freezing a waste of nearly £25 and the pepper sauce wow it was rotten after dipping a chip in it disappointed asked for cheese on burger and arrived no cheese on it

My wife talked about this place for a couple of years and we eventually went recently, I don't think I'll ever need to go to a KFC As long as this place is open, unreal tasting chicken, great chips, dips and sauces everything, couldn't fault it

Goujon Neal packed into box so was soggy whey delivered, also has a stale taste. Pasty was really good tho.

Meal was late and not very warm onion rings were rubbery which is ashame their food is lovely

No curry dips. Every time we order we never recieve our dips and food was cold

We where very disappointed in our order today southern fried chicken was very dry as if it had been sitting for a while under heat chips where very brown and crispy as if had been reheated, battered mushrooms where full of oil, usually out food is usually lovely Chicken burger and kids meal where fine

Wasn’t impressed at all. The chips were overcooked, dry and the potatoes were definitely on the turn. I expected a chicken fillet burger but instead got 2 thin burgers piled on top of each other, definitely frozen & soggy old lettuce. Wouldn’t waste my money on this again!

Ridiculously overpriced and portions are atrocious. Used to be beautiful and well portioned. Definitely won’t be going there again. Food has got tasteless seems the owner is cutting costs at every opportunity. Southern fried chicken is like nuggets now and the fish is just ridiculous. Honestly spend your money in a takeaway that doesn’t rip you off and gives value for money.

Lost appetite after seeing the food wasn't packaged correctly. The chips weren't wrapped at all, looked like they were opened!

Food was absoutley rotten the chips were like cooked hard as a brick the fish was about 3cm wide and full of greese the onion rings were greesy and hard also £23:10 for 2 fish suppers and a portion of onion rings avoid this place the food its rotten waste of money

Food was of a very high standard. Chips were perfect. The wraps are delicious and very good value for money. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Would highly recommend. Nicest chip shop in the area.
