Fairways Restaurant in Cookstown

Called in for dinner when passing, this is at killymoon golf club and is run by 2 lovely people, the place is clean and warm, the food is tasty and portion size in ample, would I recommend ? Yes no problems !

Organised an event for 36 friends on Wednesday 27th September and received great help and advice from Darren and his team. The event was very well organised everything we could have wished for. Food was great and the beef and Guinness casserole first class. This is the best venue in Cookstown for any event you may wish to organise. Thanks to all the friendly staff involved.

Visited here with a group of 40 people 19.04.17. Extremely pleasant atmosphere with beautiful views of the golf course. Easy and ample parking. Good access for our wheel chair users. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Service quick and very efficient. Meal was better tasted than talked about. It was excellent and plenty of it. even came with additional servings. would highly recommend to everyone but especially to group leaders looking for great food at reasonable prices.

I was here recently for a Sunday lunch with family. The lunch deal was very good value with a choice of 3 starters and main courses and a bigger selection of desserts. The portions were very big and came promptly. Staff were friendly too.

Nice simple food cooked very well, good service friendly staff. Even though the menu is not huge there's something for everyone, chef will cook up something for vegetarians too even though not on the menu. Worth a visit.

Attended cycle club dinner last evening, the turkey dinner was superb, very generous portion of turkey and ham. The turkey was moist and flavourful as was the ham the meal was complemented by stuffing, veg with roast and mash. It was a great dinner and worth a visit.

Been here now several times and each time we go back it never fails to impress. Great friendly atmosphere and the staff are a1. Will definitely be here again.

We went for Sunday lunch, and I have to say, we both really enjoyed it. Very tasty, great portions, and great service. Not well known to locals, and little chance of getting passing trade primarily because it's part of the golf club, but worth going out of your way to try it. Will be returning to try the evening meals as I hear they do a great steak.

We've been here a few times for Sunday lunch. Delicious food and great value for money. Will definitely be back!

I eat in the restaurant regularly with large groups and often with just my wife, no matter how many are eating the level of service or quality of food is never compromised, generous portions and a relaxing environment with gorgeous views of the golf course. We love it!

We had our daughters wedding here and cannot praise this enough. The meal was delicious and someone commented that the meat could have been CIT with your finger it was so tender. The cosy of the reception was unbelievable much better than any of the local hotels. Great service all day. Thank you Darren Stacey and Trevor for making a special day even more special.

Ive eaten here quite alot functions , with my family friends or just hubby and myself always the same amazing food service atmostphere bar staff always five star the menu is always changing and ive never had to be asked twice if i want to go the fairways restaurant inside killymoon golf club the views over the course are a bonus it has recently been refurbished and looks all the better for it well done darren and stacey and all the staff i just love it
