Very bad service and rude staff they never answer the phone and the quality of food has decreased slowly whilst price increased

I would not order food from this place. Chips were not cooked and it was oily and they were burnt Garlic bread were over done and they were so dry that thay would have bounced if I drop it on the floor Joke side, we telephone tham and we made complaint and they did not wanted speak with us and put the phone down. So me and wife drove and complaint and the one of staff very rude and he would not wanted lessons and rasing he voice and wanted fight with me so I gave it back him not customer service experience. All we wanted to do was have nice take away and have good Saturday evening. Let's put it this way, I will not be ordering anything from this place I wouldn't have not given 1 star if I had choice. Worse experience ever.

Great burgers and wings. Last experience service was lacking. No urge to get my food ready and happy to take other orders. 15 mins wait. Shop is on the main road. Parking is a nightmare. Tesco express is the closest place to park. You can only get ketchup for free not mayonnaise. Not everyone likes the red stuff.

Very very bad behaviour with customer. No sense of talking and very racist behaviour. I will take this matter to the upper level if you will not escalade issue resolved. I don’t know the person name there I just went and ask do you do strip meal or not then I share my experience that with chicken burger it may stay uncooked if it’s not properly fried or grilled. Suddenly he started having argument and really really disappointed behaviour. I wood strongly believe that customer service is defiantly worst ever I seen. And I will take this matter to court if I can. Very bad

I bought many times their chicken , they fry chicken wings again next day and sell that ones whatever left from last day. I’m working in a restaurant so I know how it’s look like when we fry the chicken wings again . Or their fries oil smells too bad because they are not changing oil . Bad experience

Is the 5th time in a row when i literally get my chicken wrap empty! I mean, one slice of tomato, one slice of cucumber and 2 chicken strips? You went downhill a lot. Is the last time i buy from here.

I’ve had cold chips in the past, but the food overall is 3 to 4 stars. However, on my last visit I asked from chicken strips and chips. They asked me if I wanted a meal, I said no, just chips. He charged me for just strips as he misheard. Upon finding out it wasn’t part of the original order I asked to add chips and was willing to pay the difference as I had not been charged for them. He wanted to charge me for a stand alone portion of chips (£1.50 when the original difference was £1). I disputed this and asked why. He blamed me, became aggressive and started telling me how oil is more expensive. Not sure why I’m being charged 50p extra for their mistake, and also being talked down to like I’m a 4 year old child. Shocking customer service which is why I’m giving 1 star. I will not be returning ever again and I will not recommend to anyone either. Rude staff and it’s not worth the food.

OMG the staff was fighting with customers and even he charged £100 more than what he should. The guy with thick spectacles was very rude and asked the customer not to talk in English. If you make a mistake you have to accept it not fight.I couldn’t believe this is happening in UK. Finally after all that chaos we ate a burnt pizza 😩

Very rude staff. Specifically the guy who was with spectacular. Not proper response when I ordered the food they didn’t send me that properly . Some of this missing. When I call and ask about that irresponsible reply. I am very fed up about your service. Sorry to say this.

Awful service. Chips were so salty and pizza burned. Even after phoning them and telling them the man on the phone just laughed. Then they pretend they cannot understand English. He thought it was a joke. Took pics of the food too - shame I can't put it up. Avoid this place. Stick to Fabs in South Harrow.

Ordered some peri peri wings after some time. Chicken was old and smelly the last time. Decided to give it a try again and the wings were delivered 1 hour earlier than expected. Some were raw in the middle while the others were cooked perfectly. Quality of food is inconsistent.

I placed my order via Just Eat. When the food arrived the driver did not have change (i chose to pay cash). I called the restaurant about this and they asked me if i would be willing to accept change "next time" which is just absurd. When you send a driver to deliver a cash order you should be ensuring he has adequate change. Then i took a bite into my chicken burger and it was still pink inside. Again i called the restaurant and asked if they would please send the driver back with my change and another burger. I advised this burger could be returned so that they could see for themselves that it was not cooked. The person on the phone proceeded to shout at me telling me they have never had complaints about their burgers before and that i was wrong. Rather than accept that sometimes humans make mistakes, the person on the phone was RUDE and disrespectful. I ended the call to avoid being rude myself and called back after calming down and asked to speak to a manager. I was told a manager was not coming to the phone and that if i had a problem i should call Just Eat. I have no idea how you can justify treating paying customers in this horrific way. I just wanted a replacement- not a refund. I will NEVER order from this place again and suggest people are careful if/when doing so in the future. Terrible food, terrible service, rude staff!

I dropped the rating. Had him at five stars. His food is good but today I noticed he does not care for regular customers. He charged me extra and he didn’t make the pizza I ordered. Plus the English is so poor that I may just drop the star one more. I can’t communicate well enough as he comes across as someone who can’t but I bet when he has to he probably can.

Disgusting awful food dry hard tasted bland oily.this place should close down.it was my mistake wrongly dialled this instead of regular takeout from piripiri opposite Tesco Aleander rd. Excellent food. One should try that NEVER this.food is really tasty there.

Rubbish food . Just order while ago chicken breast burger meal and wings . It was 14.17 and driver charge me 15£ . Food is not fresh and stone hard meat inside burger This fabs shop is doggy 100%

For me pizza means cheese and this place has one of nicest cheese. Strings hanging out creamy pizza hmm and you pick any 5 topings too so when I am around and feel like pizza then yes defo try Fabs.

Worst quality pizza, poor hygiene, late delivery, no taste. Paid for toppings but they were not in the pizza. Pizza was like on a toast someone has melted cheese.zero star

I normally order via justeat. Their delivery punctuality isn't great. I've rang saying the driver had left 20 mins ago, and still doesn't turn up after another 40 mins. Food is okay.

A bit unprofessional while taking orders as well as the service is slow. I wouldn't say the food taste bad but it's satisfied for the price we pay.

Hair stuck in my pizza this place is digesting I felt sick when I took a bite on the slice and there was hair in it. Also asked staff for sauces before food was delivered but did not get any when I called back I was told nothing can be done. Then after they would not answer my calls

Very slow service, they prefer chatting among themselves instead of actually taking/preparing orders. Also downgraded several "deals" (example: 2 strip burgers and 2 fries for £2,50, you only get one portion of fries now), disappointing...

Ive ordered 3 times from here each time the food has been 30+ minutes late. They constantly change the delivery time. Phoned up to ask where the food is and the guy was talking to me in a different language. Now sat in the shop watching them cook my order which i ordered 2 hours ago. Last time i order from here.

Friendly service, nice tasting fast food. Reasonably priced, they deliver to the local area but avoid peak times as the wait can be upto an hour, occasionally longer.

Fresh tasty peri peri chicken. Can not fault the pizza, superb when ever I order it. Make sure you ask for peri shake chips and pay 25p for the chilli sauce... Weekly lunch for me...

As I am writing this I am in physical pain. The food is so bad that It all came strait back up within seconds. I ordered a Half Chicken, Peri Peri Rice, Chicken breast and pita and a burger with two portion of chips, We also got some apple pies that the devil himself wouldn't even want them. The burger was okay. The chips tastes horrible, The oil tasted really old. The peri peri rice gave me chocolate rain. The chicken was all horrible with weird bits in it. The apple pies were fried in the same oil as that of the Chips and Chicken, APPLE SHOULD NOT TASTE LIKE 5 WEEK OLD ROTTEN CHICKEN!!!! This place is so bad that IGN wouldn't even give it a good review. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This meal was so bad that i have been left heaving and throwing up for the next few hours after this meal. As of yet I have thrown up a total of 4 times... Someone send a health inspector here.

We order chicken and chips from this takeaway an embarrassing number of times. At least once a week. The quality of the chicken is excellent. It's not the fluffy high water chicken. The chips are always plentiful and taste good and freshly made. Sometimes it takes a while for them to deliver but we don't mind waiting as we know what we're getting. The staff are very friendly and mindful of regular customers. Highly recommended.

Awful service. I was the only person in restaurant, sat down for 20 minutes before they put my order on the grill... 35 mins before I got my food. Tiny portions, a rip off for the price and not tasty at all. Avoid at all costs. They charged me extra for chilli sauce! The cheek!

Value for money. Spicy wings are crunchy and succulent, peri peri wings, speechless, forget Nandos... burgers are tasty and considering its a chicken shop the pizza is well nice. One of the best chicken shops I've been to.

Very poor quality food . Had some chicken wings and grilled chicken . They gave me re fried chicken wings . Also the grilled chicken was coated with some funny sauce which caused upset stomach .

The worst experience ever. Ordered through Houngry House. When still pending after 25 mins, called the restaurant, gave address and was told order willbe delivered in 5 mins (took 5 mins to find out something as a person on the other side does not speak english almost at all). Then called 20 mins later and found out that my order hasn't got through to them (took another 5 mins to understand them)... Was cut off a few times before found out something useful. AVOID! hungry House was extrememly helpful though! Even got a £10 from them as apologies :)
