Avoid at all costs. Family of 5 totaling just shy of £80. All you can eat buffet but have to wait almost 30 minutes to get any food due to the terrible service. The food is arguably some of the worse I have had. Two options of dry stale tasteless pasta. The pizza was almost un edible. Luckily one of the managers arrived due to three other family's all complaining of the same thing. We received a full refund Luckily which allowed us to go elsewhere for lunch. Avoid this place like the plague.

Avoid at all costs. Charging £15.95 per person for sloppy pasta with no flavour and no meat in it. The pizzas are overcooked Chicago Town frozen pizza!!!!

Wasnt the most atmospheric place and i do remember having to queue but i went on holiday to flamingo land 3 years ago and it was the best part of the holiday the pizza was freshly made and it was all you can eat and it was delicious. I actually found myself wishing we could go back to the pizza buffet place as i miss the pizza so much and my family looked at me blank faced and i said the one in flamingoland and suddenly they all remembered too and said it was great so i googled to see if it was still open and was shocked to realise i forgot to leave a review. So here you go a well earned review 3 years late

We had an excellent meal here for 10 people. Beautifully made pizza dough with delicious toppings, tasty pasta and fresh, crisp salad options, all at a reasonable cost for a theme park. PS it is OPEN ON THURSDAY. It has been recently taken over by a new owner so ignore the old bad reviews. The owner was friendly and working hard, also taking care of his staff which was great to see.

Just what the gcse star wanted. Disappointed that it was apparently closed, but FALSE INFO on flamingoland page. IT IS OPEN Wonderful welcome from the new owner. Good choice of well cooked pizza, lovely fresh salad and hot and cold drinks included. Our pre teens enjoyed mixing the fizzy choices.

Great food Great price front of house staff very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Also nothing too much trouble.

Good little restarant.. all you can eat and drink.. fed a family of four for under 50 quid.. cannot conplain

Absolutely awful food!! Pizza was undercooked with raw tomato sauce on it and the cheese was literally like a plastic! I thought it would be honestly an oven baked pizza but it was just a scam! I won’t be even starting on prices. Go get some donuts instead!!!

Was supposed to open at 12 didn’t open until 12.36 then there weren’t any pizzas ready. Until 12.55 also no where to heat baby food! Customer service by the girl that takes payment is shocking face like a wet fish!

Rotten pasta, overcooked. Stingy with the pepperoni on the pizzas. I had a slice that was literally just margarita. Hot chocolate was just hot water. Horribly overpriced. We could have had a dominoes feast each for that price. Severely disappointed. Pizza was nice but not worth the £14.99.

Arguably the worst food ive ever had. Shame because the place it self and staff were nice and friendly. Just because you have supply in demand, doesnt give an excuse to serve such slop.

Ran out of salad, ran out of garlic bread, and broken hot drinks machine, good job it was an eat out to help out day and cheap, or I'd have wanted my money back. The service was so slow 🐌 Son burnt his hand, no one come to help, just give me water out the soda dispenser. Awful experience, you have to pay beforehand, if it was after I wouldnt have paid full price. It was a joke.

Good value for money and choice of pizzas and pasta, but what made it was the customer service, the chef was helpful and made 2 pizzas to order. Most importantly, however, was the help of Riannon, was brilliant to get an outdoor table so we good sit with the dog and then help by making sure he was cool when we ate. She is a genuine credit to the company.

This was amazing if you like cold pasta and only pizza there was no other foods, I dont know how you call yourself an Italian resteraunt when you serve nothing but pizza , you're are a pizzeria!!!! Will not be coming again.

Wasn’t an ‘Italian’ more a pizza bar with cold pasta. Prices were high and £70 for 5 people was a waste. Will not come here again!!!!!
