Used these for a long time, the food is always good, there's been a few hiccups nothing major,today I'd paid for extra dinner meat on our pizza when it arrived they had not put it on when I rang them the attitude of the manager absolutely stunk I've never been spoken to like that before let alone from a business owner and over a mistake they made to be made out they I was a liar absolutely unacceptable I will never use these again I recommend the manager goes for training on how to speak to people because if I spoke to him in that way it would be classed as racist yet it was ok he spoke to me like that!!

Not available when arrived even though just eat said was ready. Took another 15 mins. Asked for salad no salad supplied

this takeaway is the rudest unprofessional service i have ever received in my entire life the owner is rude & misogynist very angry person and a racist i am the first person to praise for good basic service i have never complained or wrote a review in my life but i am in total shock of how this business is still standing i do not recommend this take to any one who works hard for their money to enjoy the luxury of a evening takeaway there is plenty more friendly fantastic restaurants & pubs & cafes & take away in guisborough

Gave me the wrong food and proceeded to see it was my problem on the phone

The garlic portions have shrunk by 80% will not be returning greedy

I have ordered from this takeaway on numerous occasions? In the past several months? I am so very much pleased? That i ordered something different this time?! I ordered chicken and chips. When i looked at the chicken? I rang the shop and i asked them very politely. Where do you source your chicken from? The guy on the other end? Was very apologetic. He said? I dont understand what you mean?. So i laid it out bare for him! He said? From the butchers!. I said which one? He said? The butcher's the butcher's!!. He didnt have an adequate answer?!!. He asked me to bring the chicken back? And he would make me a new one! On the understanding? I brought the rotten one back!!. I said?...Nooo!!.

Ordered 3 times from here and every time i didn't get what i ordered ,ether they don't understand English or they're just usless won't be using again !!

Utterly rude service thinly veiled in racism - absolute disgrace.. wouldn't even touch the food... How can this be tolerated

Absolutely awful food Was vomiting hours after eating it and was sick for 3 days Would have passed it as a one one off but orders for 8 people and all 8 of were I’ll in various degrees

Beware.....I ordered regularly directly with them with no issue for an order under £8 delivery as I'm on my own. They then decided after a few months I was a liar and they denied delivering for less than £8....no idea why even though I had emails to prove it......just bizarre!!

We ordered the spaghetti Bolognese and the lasagna both meals had been cooked to order and we're absolutely lovely very tasty the pasta was cooked to perfection the meal size was good it really was nice we will be ordering again

Rubbish service, took the order waited a hour then said it's to far away, it's ten minutes, utter rubbish

I have tried several takeaways since being in guisborough from late 2020. This is one of the best pizza shops . Bearing in mind? I am fussy!. The chicken is not pinkish! And the sauce on top is not greasy and runny!. Really nice takeaway.

Ordered through Foodhub, but that is not the problem, its the food. Sloppy tasteless Pizza, and Parmo.. really greasy Kebab meat, soggy, and undercooked weird tasting chips, and even virtually tasteless garlic sauce, not masking the non existent taste, or what little taste there was. Never, EVER AGAIN... VILE

Very average food set at a reasonable price, the only good thing about this takeaway. The worst part of the business is the management t that seem to have no idea about the concept of customer service. Very, very rude.

Barely no cheese on the chips and the pizza was dry as sticks. Poor effort.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and chips, chips arrived on the pizza which wasn’t as ordered. Pizza was soggy, pizza box was soggy/ greasy. Pizza didn’t taste that good, won’t be ordering from there again massive disappointment.

Literally never get an order right. Useless. Everytime something is the wrong size. Cheese missing. Sauce missing .Shouldn't have a takeaway

Got take away off their website. Had to ring because they forgot it. It came cold and soggy chips were brown. I won't be ordering anything from them again.

absolutely shocking customer service! my friend ordered a take away to my house and forgot to add a couple of items, when he rang the take away to cancel and 're order the staff were very rude, they said it was "already in the oven" I find this hard to believe as he had literally just placed the order. we spent far too much time trying to sort out what should have been a simple fix that we went somewhere else in the end.

Two hours later. Still no food. Pretty poor performance.

Pizza took nearly a full hour to get here and to make things more annoying the pizza was half stuck to the box which was dripping with grease

Ordered a meal deal from here and requested salad with the burger. However the salad was far from fresh. The lettuce was all wilting, with no crunch, and some bits were browning. Rest of the meal deal seemed ok.

Ok waited 1hour 20 mins and not even an appolagie food cold very disappointed

Ordered 3* 12 pizza it’s was DELICIOUS and ordered parmo to , its the best takeaway in Guisborough by far 👌

It's ok chicken isn't nice and dinner isn't great but Parmos are DELICIOUS
