No more the quality and flavour of food they had before the change of ownership. FABRIZIO'S on Higate Hill is as good as ever

I am a fan of the highgate branch but thought I would try the Crouch Hill branch. The quality of food is the same and so is the service. Great pizza's and buffalo mozzarella salads. Overall great Italian food!

Great discovery - friendly staff made us feel welcome, relaxed and special from the moment we entered the restaurant. The starter and pizza were best we've had in London so far and wine selection was very good. It was a real pleasure to eat authentic Italian food and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. We were too full to eat the desert, but the staff offered us a little - free - taste of their special pannacotta. Fabulous :)It was just like eating in a restaurant in Italy - we can fully recommend it!

Fabrizio looks so like yet another pizza takeaway, that it's easy to forget and pass by. The problem is the dreadful decor which is brown paint with dark chairs and tables plus an attempt at an orange rag-roll effect. It's not pleasant. Fortunately the food puts a lot of that right. They've got a good wood-fired oven, so the pizza bases have a wonderful puffed crust that's crisp and just slightly charred at the edges. Less good are the toppings that ooze too much fat from the cheese. With bases this good, it'd be good to see them doing a lighter pizza that concentrates on flavours and textures rather than tomato sauce and cheese. The tiramisu we had was the best we've had for a very long time.

If you're looking for absolutely delicious italian food in a little local restaurant, look no further. Fabrizio's food is absolutely outstanding. My favourite and what I'll be recommending to others was the gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce - the pieces of gnocchi truly melt in the mouth. And lovely friendly service from our waiter. On a cold winter's day, being welcomed in to a warm, cosy restaurant with wonderful food couldn't be topped. Thank you!

Best pizza in Stroud Green / Crouch Hill. Eaten takeaway here in the past and wanted to sample the real thing.. Even better of course! Such a shame the place is empty on a Saturday night.

I had been told the reviews were brilliant - and I can see that the 3 or 4 on TA are good.I was very disappointed. I had a steak which was too red ( I had asked for medium to well ) and a poor quality salad - a lot of space filling tired rocket. The staff were very pleasant.. I left feeling I had not had a good meal. I will not be going back.

SUBLIME!!!!Wow - this resturant is beyond belief! The food is to die for. The flavours and tastes are EXACTLY like the amazing food of Italy cooked in Italy. My favourite places to eat are in Sardinia. The ingredients - oh so tasty food and freshest is right here in Crouch Hill a complete surprise and I saw nothing of Ryanair going about doing so. People - get behind this one. Don't let it slip through the net. Try it once. You will never regret it. I live in Crouch Hill and feel soooooooooooo lucky! Yum yum! Ahh!

This restaurant has a great menu with some classic Italian favourites on it as well as some more unusual dishes. There were a good selection of specials too. Went at lunchtime so the place was quiet, but that didn't detract from the experience as the waiter was excellent and provided what I would call proper, friendly, genuine Italian service. The experience reminded me of dining in Italy (apart from the windy weather outside!). Risotto and mussels were delicious as was my steak Diane - cooked to perfection. The 50% off the food offer we used (from Toptable) made it incredible value (the bill came to £29 - we had starters and mains, shared a dessert and had one alcoholic drink each). Free limoncello at the end of the meal topped it off.I imagine this place could be as popular as the Highgate fabrizio's and I hope it gets discovered by locals.
