Great service this evening. All staff were very attentive. Service of the meat was steady to allow time to eat as well, just how I like it. They even got me more pineapple when asked, best thing on the menu!! Special mention to Alex, Katie and Gerson who were my main server and gave me the best experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves meat and pineapple!!

Very quick and easy to reserve a table, lovely service and stunning food. Lovely help yourself salad bar and multiple selection of sides. Meat amazing and good well, however some was to rare for husband but this can be changed if requested. my little lad loved the selection of meats and tried everything! Amazing and will defo be back!

Brusque greeting from server when we arrived. Servers with meat kept missing us, but friendly at least compared to the introductory server. Meat was chewier than similar meat places I go to often around the UK. Salad bar was excellent. But, the most annoying thing was at the end. They add on a service charge, so you have to ask them to remove it. This is not the USA. We have a minimum wage in this country. Yes I’m sure this establishment will say ‘the service charge is optional and we are happy to remove…’. No. In reality most people will be too embarrassed to ask for this to be removed and the establishment know that. Service charge should always be an optional extra - at the END. And it should be left entirely to the customer whether to pay or not. The second annoying thing at the end is a random £1 charge to a random charity. You don’t even know it’s a charity, it’s just £1 is added to your bill! No information, not even a leaflet. When questioned, the server said this a charity charge. Why is this OK for a restaurant to do this? Will my MOT garage this weekend add one on too? Will the petrol station also require me to opt out from donating to charity? Absolutely ridiculous and ethical questionable practice.

First time at this Town and this restaurant, not much to say just so good, everyone must visit this place, Staff who takes care of you are very nice and friendly.

Nos detuvimos aquí hoy, ya que estábamos en Durham y fuimos al Harrogate Estabulo con frecuencia antes de que cerrara. Nos alegramos mucho de haberlo hecho. La comida era increíble. Gran selección de ensaladas y las carnes estaban perfectamente cocinadas a lo que pedimos. Había por lo visto. de ella solo un miembro del personal en, ella estaba sentando a la gente, haciendo el bar, tomando pagos, limpiando mesas y sirviendo la carne y Katie hizo un trabajo increíble. La comida estaba saliendo a un gran ritmo, ella era muy hablador y amable también. Preguntó al final cuáles habían sido nuestras carnes favoritas y si queríamos más de ellas. Lo hicimos y ella rápidamente los compró. Gracias por una gran comida.

First time here and had an amazing experience, food and atmosphere is an amazing and our server Akki was great! Don’t fill up at the salad bar as they are not shy with their meat portions!! Will definitely be back 100%

Wonderful last minute walk-in dinner. Amazing salad bar and very high quality meats. I’d certainly say it’s better than Rio. Excellent service from Alex and gorgeous cocktails. All round..really impressed and will certainly be back.

Alex was lovely and welcoming he served us well and was even put a candle in the cake we ordered as celebrating a birthday. He wished a happy birthday and was so polite He talked us through the menu and what was available he couldn’t have helped us enough. We had such a positive dining experience Thankyou Alex we will return.

Great food, lovely restaurant and friendly staff. The only issue was the service. It was very disjointed. We were sat at our table by the host, who didn't explain anything to us. Then had to flag down a waiter to order drinks and get an explanation of the salad and sides bar. That was after waiting almost 10 minutes to get someone's attention. After asking for our bill and not receiving it after a 10 minute wait, we had to get up and pay with the host at the main entrance. There's seemed to be a lot of staff available on the night, but they were all moving chairs and tables, rather than paying attention to customers in their sections. Still, I'd definitely go again, staff were friendly and the meats were all delicious 👌🏼

Been 13/2/25 and have to admit it was amazing. My 3rd time here and never left a review before but they deserved it tonight. Food was amazing, staff where friendly and cheerful. Couldnt pick a fault if i had to. Minted lamb melted in your mouth. I could of grabbed the lot off him😄

ALEX WAS AMAZING!!! He talked us through the wine selection, and helped us make an excellent choice! He consistently made sure we were okay, and asked for our opinions over the food. The pork belly was amazing, and the lamb was really great too. ALEX DESERVES A PROMOTION. He provided excellent service from start to finish. I will definitely reccomend this restaurant an I will ABSOLUTELY come again. Thank you Alex for making this place our new regular.

My girlfriend and I arrived and was instantly shown great enthusiasm by the staff. Alex was particularly helpful when choosing wine. All in all it was a great time and great food. Pork belly is great.

Lovely service and delicious food with beautiful views. There was an issue with our vegetarian meal as they had run out of the lasagne but they were really kind about it and didn’t charge for any of the other vegetarian meals.
