Alex was the perfect host and the food was tremendous, possibly a little too good as I'm dreading the walk back to the car.

Alex and Hannah were great servers. Very friendly and approachable. Never an issue and came to check everything was ok at convenient times. Food was amazing as always. Highly recommend

We were at the one in Durham and I very much enjoyed the experience, as I came here for a birthday celebration I ordered a chocolate chic, only to get that AND a chocolate cake. Which was fun, overall the service was great too (shoutout to Alex)

Life has been quite hard lately so we decided to go out and treat ourselves… we had a wonderful time, the sweet Chef Joe uplifted our spirits and fed us well! The restaurant windows were open and we felt so peaceful hearing the river flow just outside the restaurant while enjoying the view of Durham Castle and Cathedral! The amazing Barista made an amazing Caramel Latte see photo! All in all we left feeling far better than when we arrived x The service is amazing! They are VERY accommodating :) as always it was a pleasure x thanks for the lovely experience x

Very efficient, friendly and attentive servers. From the moment we arrived the service was brilliant from Katie. Alex, and Matthew especially lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and served promptly. All of the team worked well together and were knowledgeable about the food. We are regular customers to this venue and can highly recommend it. Staff are polite and friendly, the range and quality of the food is fantastic and the venue it's self is clean, modern with beautiful views of the river and cathedral. Service is amazing and all waiting staff can't do enough to help and accommodate requests.

We came here for our anniversary meal. The food was fantastic, with lots of variety. We loved the 'red/green' system for the meats and all the meats were delicious and well seaspned. The salad bar had a lot of variety and everything was fresh. Service and staff manner was top notch, we will definitely be back.

All members of staff were professional and courteous. Mainly served by Hannah absolutely outstanding service by this young lady.

Ethan and Alex have really looked after us, food was outstanding. I was recommended this place from work and what a great date night for me and my partner for the 1st time in 7 month after having our child.

We made a last-minute reservation and hoped for a table with a view. Thanks to Kacie, not only did we get a fantastic view, but her service was also outstanding. She checked on us frequently, ensuring everything was perfect. The meat and salad were delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

Estabulo Durham every time we've been has been exceptional. We now have our favorite table that looks out over Durham. Outstanding views. We often have a sangria which is probably one of the best we've tasted. The staff can't do enough for you. I'm fussy and ask for well done and they always bring me a little sign for the table & tell the kitchen. The music is soothing and such a relaxing atmosphere. Lovely restaurant. Great staff with excellent customer service, delicious fresh salad bar with so much choice & fantastic quality of meats being served.

Meat cooked to perfection and salad bar tremendous. Servers are relentless with meat offerings but you can say no thanks if you want. Everything seemed really high quality. I will definitely return.
