If giving no stars was available it would be none. Waited 50 minutes for a delivery from these tonight 14/11/24 @ 21.40 placed order waited 50 mins to ring and ask where my order was he said they tried to ring me. My phone has no issues and didn't have no missed calls etc I simply asked why didn't They ring my door bell or knock the door!! Left me till 23.30 by time argued with them and left no food. Thanks empire your business is aporling. Your customer service is none existent. Sandwell council why is this business still operating.

Lovely food every time 5 stars, excellent pizzas and worth getting it every time.

Great pizza great prices, nice guys ! Always friendly and helpful ! The area is blighted though by aggressive homeless people who come out on the scrounge after dark !

Says they are open at 2pm on Sundays its currently 3.30pm and still closed same thing happens on week days always opening a lot latter then there posted times it's ridiculous sometimes and there new staff can't understand basic English and always get food returned after making the completely wrong things as to what was ordered still see some old staff in there sometimes and that's when things go good they seriously need to returne the new ones as they are letting the business and the customers down more and more.

*Disappointing Customer Service* I had a terrible experience with Empire Pizza Shop recently, and I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. I placed an order and had a simple request regarding my pizza, but it was completely ignored. When I tried to address it with the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a solution, they seemed uninterested in fixing the issue. It’s frustrating when a business shows no care for their customers. I won’t be ordering from Empire Pizza Shop again if they can’t even handle basic requests or treat customers with respect. Absolutely unacceptable!

Terrible website took half an hour then the restaurant declined the order. Time wasted. Then I went to Justeat and ordered with no issue from another Restaurant. The restaurant owner is loosing customers because of bad managed customer service.

A friend recommended to get a pizza from here and to try the Tikka Temptation. We ordered on Uber Eats and considering it was the night of the Euro finals, it was delivered within an hour which is pretty good. We had: Large veggie hot pizza 9 inch tikka Temptation 9 inch pepperoni special 2 x fries. Came to around £35 Inc delivery. Pizza was good, although I would still prefer my local pizza place as the pizza dough was a bit dry. Overall, I would order from here again and highly recommend the tikka Temptation.

My partner ordered food. Pizza had undercooked base, and was greasy. The burger was undercooked, and tasted vile. The mayonnaise was watery and tasted off. I will NOT be using Empire in the future. One Star.....WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYMORE!!!

I ordered food from here last night. The burger wasn't cooked and the meat was off, and the mayo in the bun was like water and sour. The pizza was awful, the dough was undercooked and the whole thing was so soaked in grease that it couldn't be picked up or eaten. I like greasy foods but the pizza was horrendous. I left a review about the food on Empire's section on Just Eat because that's where I ordered it from and it requested a review. Nobody has gotten back to me about any of this so now, I'm leaving a review here. Empire used to be amazing, now it's just absolute trash! Since eating their sorry excuse for "food" last night, I have been vomiting and having diarrhoea and its been nearly 24 hours now. Do not order from Empire anymore, absolutely vile and they'll just make you sick

Every thing was perfect and food was delicious and I got my my food hot and all people working in there are friendly

On my recent first visit, i have become impressed with great quality of pizza & good deals, My preference is always a hot vegetarian pizza, i enjoy veg taste much more, So next time i asked for 2 regular 9in pizza, just easy to carry on the bus, but they have a deal for one XL gets a free regular pizza, for just a pound on top, I will follow my veg taste here for some time to come.

Looking for a place with affordable delicious fast food? THIS is THE place to order from! It has amazing pizza's, how amazing you may ask? For a price of 14.99 you can get a great deals for pizzas that I personally would compare to being as good as Pizza hut and Dominos pizza's. I don't think of any fast food place will compare to it.

This food is really terrible. Soo Dry. No flavour. No vim. Everything is weak. As I can’t even finish it. I never wrote a reviewed before but for this to be my first should show you that it’s dead.

Underrated pizza shop. Delicious food sold here, fair prices... you wouldn't know it simply driving past on the Bearwood Road. Stop and check it out sometime, you won't regret it.

Some of the best quality pizza you'll ever have. Really impressed with the way the food is made with care and the flavours are perfect. Recommend the Tikka Temptation pizza. Definitely worth a visit you will not be disappointed. However the wings in my opinion were not the best and weren't quite as fresh, they had a strange smell and didn't appear cooked well enough.

Ordered pizza and chicken wings. The wings had hair on them and were not cleaned properly 🤮. Made me really sick.

Top1 in Birmingham the food is delicious and hygienic also they have a good costumer service and the delivery is always on time👍 The only issue there is bcs the chicken nuggets and the rest of the stuff made by chicken "Are never cooked properly" Still if we taking about pizzas this place is 10 out of 10!

Actual tandoori chicken which was very flavoursome and as you can see it’s not shredded pieces like what most places offer. The pizza base was very light so some parts of the pizza did feel a bit dry. & the customer service on the phone could’ve been much better.

We ordered a pizza and chicken doner kebab. Portion of doner was really big and very nice as they added a little bit of garlic sauce. Pizza was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend.

Empire Pizza is my preferred pizza place. They have a great selection of toppings, quality is second to none, their website is easy to use. Last but not least customer service is great and they offer reasonable prices. :)

My first impression of the cooked pizza when it came out of the oven was that it looked and smelled pretty good. The outer edges of the pizza were browned and crispy. The cook time seemed appropriate as the pizza was completely cooked through with a wonderfully charred bottom.

Prices are ridiculous, 2 reg pizzas a few months ago £5, a month ago £7, today £10.... Good luck with the buisness, you have onr regular customer less

The Pizza had mushroom in it which I did not request at all. And the delivery man asking have you paid for it when I ordered it through just eat which was very strange.

Complete rip off. I asked for a super size pizza to be delivered and they came with a 9 inch small pizza. He initially told me the delivery charge was £1(for a 6 minute drive) and then tried to change it to £2..its not about the money but clearly his attitude is to rip the customer off.

They had me waiting for 1 hour only to be told the food is not even made due to them not being able to get through to me when I was given an eta of 23:55 and now it is 00:09 and now they are saying another 45 mins to an hour and they want to charge me for dips

I find it surprising that an Italian pizza made by Persians in the topping fashion of a chicken could be so good - believe me it is - especially the coriander leaf garnish. Its a staple pizza I take back home to the family, a few cities over. Top three recommended pizza; firstly tikka temptation, secondly chicken supreme hot, lastly vegetarian hot.

I've accidentally wrote a bad review on just eat, as I thought the food was delivered to someone else as Just Eat app said so . But after 5 min I've got a call saying the food was here. I'm very sorry for this inconvenience. The food was fantastic and on time and we all enjoyed it .

Tikka temptation no mushrooms extra coriander is the best pizza around. Food absolutely smashes it everytime you could say it even gets better every time. Wouldnt waste money going anywhere else and delivery always on time.
