Eminence Lounge in Oldham

Lovely atmosphere and quick service. Shisha smokes really well and lots of flavours to choose from. Staff are very welcoming and cater to all your needs.

shisha over priced took ages for coal change would never recommend this place to anyone the young staff are very rude and arrogant

Must try Shisha especially the dark leaf flavours is my go to. Service and atmosphere is always great. Mocktails and the desserts (I’d recommend the brownies) are a must try!

This place is way over priced. Shisha’s are good but still does not justify the price. The seating is actually uncomfortable. But for the price it’s not a place to go regularly.

Honestly the best lounge ive been to. The workers were super helpful and very cheerful unlike other lounges that have depressed looking workers that dont want to work. The shisha flavours are to die for. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel comfortable, chilled out and have amazing shisha with delicous mocktails. My personal favourite shisha is eminence special with a passionfruit moctail.

Nice small shisha place. Great service. Im used to going Manchester. Sheesha was brilliant, tasted fresh and clean. However shisha is over priced in my opinion. Our flavour was £22 which is mid range. Cheapest is £18 which is still over priced. Mocktail (pinacolada) was delicious and priced fairly. We ordered 3 mocktails twice. In total we spent £22 on sheesha and 6 mocktails £24. However it was very busy so clearly its popular!

First time coming here, was very nice, staff all friendly and welcoming, only things to improve is fix the water guns in the bathrooms, fix the wonky tables haha it wobbles so much as some points i thought the shisha was going to fall off the table, and thats another thing add some more tables as 3 people on one small table was a pretty hard fit especially when shisha was taking up a huge chunk of space, also shisha was pretty harsh at first but when guy came and changed coal it got much better so thank you bossman, overall very good i enjoyed it will be back in future.

From first entering the lounge it looks great, the decor and seating looks amazing. The tables and seating area is clean. Staff are brilliant and friendly. The shisha was alright, we ordered 2 pipes between 4 of us. Maybe a different choice of flavour next time to choose instead. As the shisha flavour was alright for taste. We was always offered coal rounds when needed so the staff are always there for you which is great. Overall had a great time here. Would definitely come back again.

Eminence is one of the best shisha places I have visited in oldham. Staff are always so warm and welcoming with great customer service. They have a large selection of shisha flavours to choose from and when i try something new I’m never disappointed. I would highly recommend this place, plus the atmosphere at eminence is enjoyable & relaxing. 5*

Eminemce is truly a 5* shisha experience. The shisha is top quality (my favourite is blue lychee) the staff are extremely accommodating and the mocktails were delicious. A lovely evening and will surely visit again soon.

Been a smoker of shisha since 2007 and have made shisha at home myself. I tried places around the UK and abroad. The experience I have here is in a league of its own. The guys here are so polite and the shisha's so smooth. Well done guys you make it an experience

Having been here many times over the last few months, I must say that the quality of the sheesha and their flavours, namely 1971 and blue lychee are some of the best that I’ve ever tried. The overall service here from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave is top notch consistently.

Cute place. Fast with service with sheesha but slow on everything else. Would recommend going to the desk and asking for forgotten items than asking the staff that walk past as your guaranteed fasted resolution

The best lounge in the north west by far. The hospitality and customer service is impeccable. Very nice people and atmosphere. This place has great potential and is definitely upping the shisha game in the North but... The shisha taste was completely ruined by the taste of the coals. At least that's what I assume it was, we had a dark leaf mix that we have at home every day so knew we couldn't go wrong with the flavour mix. Eminence has good equipment, Alpha X with decent bowls and HMDs therefore the only variable it could possibly be was the coals. But that was all we could taste was a chemical coal taste. If you're investing in decent equipment please pair it with decent coals like One Nation and make sure they are properly lit otherwise it ruins the whole session. Other thing that was very strange is they use provost heat managements but do not allow yoy to use the lid. Therefore this erodes the majority of any benefit of using the provost. We asked multiple times if we could have the lid and were told no. Overall, would give 3.5 stars but with an improvement in coals and the option to have the HMD lid would give 5 stars.

Has become the only sheesha place we go to now, the staff are extremely friendly respectful and polite.Sheesha has always been on point everytime we have been, received great customer service by sajid who made sure we had fresh coal throughout the night didn't need to ask once..All round great place 😁

The only shisha place that does dark leaf in the North West and the brothers that work their takes pride in their quality. I travel from Manchester to eminence every day, that's how good it is. Definitely recommend.

Customer service on point & good shishas

Excellent shisha and top tier customer service. The brother at the counter gave us 2 free mocktails because the pipes took a bit longer than usual, without us saying a word to him. Very good of him to acknowledge this and not brush it under the carpet like 99% of other places would do.

Decent shisha, not much food or drink

I’ve tried a few different places in Oldham but Eminence delivered a different experience and level of service. The array of flavours available is unmatched.

Oldham has some really good options for good quality Shisha! Food and pipe market improving regularly. Boys at Eminence have definitely put the work in, can tell they’re using good quality flavours and they haven’t gone cheap on the venue either. Well looked after, properly hosted, brilliant for out of towners. Special thanks to mixologists getting the flavour bangin. Love to team eminence.

Wow! Went to this shisha place with a couple of fat friends, some regular shaped ones and a short one. Wasn't expecting much but hands down best shisha I've had ever. The first inhale I took blew my mind as it was incredibly smooth and it stayed that way until the end. The staff are very friendly and professional and the decor is excellent also. Way better than any of the shisha lounges on Wimmy Road.
