EL&N London - Heathrow T3 in Hillingdon

Really cute vibes ! This spot is something out of a barbie movie . Very instagrammable ! Alas ,its more show than substance we ordered cake from the display and they made us wait 20 minutes to just get it out of there . Extremely soggy and not at all tasted good . Definitely not worth the price or wait .

Arrived at start of lunch but most items not available because they are closing down next week. Best avoid.

I was looking forward to try the brew bar that they advertised on their website, but they did not offer it at terminal 3. I ordered the Flora “Flowering tea”, hoping to see it bloom in the glass, but it came already fully opened. I was extremely disappointed with their lack of attention to detail. To make matters worse, I saw them refuse seats to a family who had ordered something from the take away counter, even though half of the restaurant was empty. They explained they wanted to eat-in but ordered from the wrong counter, still got rejected. They had to ask for their food to be served on plates before they were allowed to sit down. This was an absurd and rude thing to do, and it showed no hospitality at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great spot for a quick bite in the airport! Service is quick, staff are friendly and responsive. The food is decent. I had the cappuccino, the Super Green Smoothie and the Full EL&N Breakfast. The cappuccino was better than I expected. The green smoothie was okay, lacking a bit in flavor and probably wouldn’t get it again. The full breakfast was a good option and in my opinion reasonably priced for an airport meal. The poached eggs were a little overdone with the yolk mostly being solid. The turkey bacon, halloumi, roasted tomatoes were good. The sujuk sausage was not my favorite, nice strong flavor but weirdly soft. Will definitely come here again when looking for a quick bite at Heathrow.

Very good place for coffee plus some

First of all, Dija was our server and she was very sweet and lovely. This review is aimed at a manager/greeter who was a woman with red henna on her forehead and wearing tall black boots. Please get rid of her because she has no place working in an environment with other people. She did not speak when I asked for a menu to order something else and just dropped a menu at our table and promptly walked away. I asked her for a glass of water and again, total silence and then dropped the water off and walked off. She had a condescending look on her face whenever I asked something and never once asked if we needed anything. Whenever I got Dija's attention, she was friendly and polite in comparison to this other slimy character whose only facial expression seemed to be a scowl. Food was decent, not amazing, and atmosphere was pretty. This restaurant will not see me spending money here again until this rude person is gone!

The staff is very bad, especially the Asians. They do not have any etiquette in dealing with customers, nor do they have the least good dealings. A bad experience!

Pink colored American style coffee with nice cakes that needs to put one staff member aside for cleaning, you dont need 7 persons serving, you need 6 serving and one cleaning at all times because this is disgusting. in my opinion.

Delicious full EL&N breakfast! Allan looked after me. He was super friendly and attentive. I always come into EL&N when I fly.

This restaurant at the Heathrow T3 is one of the best finest place to eat in. Outstanding ambience, food to perfection, very welcoming service, and a very amazing experience!

One sentence. Service is bloody awful. If you don’t like your job that services people, then choose a different profession! Anil is the one that served.

atmosphere is very pink & cute! i got the spicy tomato pasta w a side of sweet potato fries. I wasn’t a fan of the pasta (it was very oily), but the fries were great! Lastly, Allan was a great server who brought wonderful energy :)

Akshitha from terminal 3 is amazing. Didn’t realise it was my time for the flight. And when I went to the gate it was closed. When can I came back she made she I was seated comfortably and got me all o wanted. Even though the manager was unpleasant. She was extremely kind and helpful Thank you akshitha

What a gorgeous surprise in the airport!! I enjoyed a veg full English breakfast and cappuccino surrounded by beauty. Kahina greeted and seated me and checked on me mid meal.

Wonderful way to relax during a layover. Food is delicious, aesthetics are slvery satisfying, and Kahina provided us with top notch service coupled with pleasant hospitality. 10/10 and would highly recommend.

Great menu and fun vibes! The upholstery and some surfaces could use a touch up, but overall the space feels like a cut out of "Marvelous Mrs. Maisel," midcentury modern bubblegum diner / candy shop atmosphere. Not too crowded, as it's situated in a corner off the main drag. They have outlets for working if need be, which came in handy. I enjoyed my vanilla latte and eggs benedict, though the toast could've been cooked a bit longer. And the menu did mention pomegranate, but there was none on my plate, unfortunately. I did appreciate the uniqueness of the dish, however, and it definitely satisfied. I have my eye on so many other things I wish I could try today, but I'll have to have a go next time instead. I like a menu with variety, and they definitely have that - everything from brunch, to burgers, to pasta! My server Alan was very friendly and kind as well, and I appreciated his good energy. I would definitely recommend this spot to any of my friends looking for a place to eat and/or get some things done before a long flight.

Title: Unpleasant Experience with Manager Kakina Review: My recent visit to EL&N left me deeply dissatisfied due to the behavior of the manager, Kakina. She was incredibly rude, and the experience was uncomfortable. Not only did she give us the wrong burger, but she also responded rudely when we explained our time constraints. Throughout the ordeal, she walked up and down near our table, making unpleasant faces. This incident stood in stark contrast to my previous positive experiences with the rest of the staff, who have always been lovely and kind. I hope the management addresses this issue to maintain the welcoming atmosphere EL&N is known for.

Hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had at an airport. Outside of an airport it’s still a solid 8.5/10. Appreciate the decor and overall aesthetic too.

The dessert and coffee was fantastic and the experience was best topped off with a fantastic server named Sanam Basu. Highly recommend family and friends to stop by for a great bite!

I wanted to grab a quick bite and a coffee before my long-haul flight, so stopped into EL&N after seeing it had the shortest line (and more reasonable airport prices besides Pret). I quickly realized why the line was so short - people kept leaving the queue because it simply took too long. It took me ten minutes to get served even though I was the only one in line (for takeaway, mind you). Baristas were chatting, not serving any other customers. I made my order and stood to the side to wait. I got my croissant fairly quickly (makes sense, as it’s already ready) and then I sat down to wait for my coffee. I had ordered a coffee on their menu (Alex’s Coffee with maple syrup and oat milk), so nothing complicated but was waiting for over 20 minutes. Having worked in hospitality before, I’m not usually one to nag, and I had some time to kill. But at the 10 minute mark, I prompted someone about my coffee. They said it’d be out in a minute. 10 minutes later, still no coffee. I’d also been the only one standing, waiting, so it was kind of clear I was waiting for something. No one came to ask if I needed help or if I’d been served. Slow service is not ideal at the best of times, but at an airport, where people’s time is a precious commodity? Why open a coffee shop in an airport if you can’t keep up with the demands on your clientele? I wouldn’t advise anyone to come here before a flight. You’d be better off stopping at a WHSmith or Boots to grab a meal deal.

Lovely way to start my journey this morning. The Spanish pistachio latte and the shakshuka were really tasty. And the service was really great. Thanks Kahina for dealing with everything so quickly even if it was really busy.

Very nice cafe definitely unique with colourful pink theme decor which looks very smart. Ordered 2 Cappuccinos and 2 Alex's Coffees as we only went in for a a drink before our flight. I did like the panda milk art on one of the cappuccinos, very creative. Very good drinks and I will go again on another visit to Heathrow Airport Terminal 3. It want to have a hot drink, a light snack or lunch I highly recommend this cafe!

I had a great breakfast at this restaurant. The English breakfast is a full meal and a great price. Kahina, the host and waitress, was super kind and gracious. She welcomed me and walked me through the menu. They really take care of their guests at this restaurant. And the food and treats are top notch.

Mediocre coffee and stale cold pastries. I thought the pastries looked delicious, but they were so stale they must be days old. The croissant was cold and the pain o raisin was over done but also cold. No smiles from the staff, they weren’t that busy but didn’t seem to care. Ah well, I’m just passing through anyway.

Had the eggs royale which looked really nice and tasted alright. However, the hollandaise was quite blend and the portion was really small. The muffins were smaller than the center of my palm. Since it's priced similar to other cafes which usually serve larger portions, it's relatively over priced. The coffee was not bad.

Tadas is very helpful and he provided top service! Sweet potato fries are nice 😊

We stopped in before our flight to Denver. The staff was friendly. The food was very good and reasonably priced. We tried the Açaí bowl and the French Toast. Great way to start the morning.

I spent about 8 hours at El&n Heathrow terminal 3 as my flight was delayed. I stayed from 7am to 3pm and honestly I had a blast. Not only the brunch was just what I needed to cheer me up but the whole team helped me had a great time. Special thanks to Grace for cheering me up and for her kindness! They let me work and stayed at my table despite the rush hour and I finally stayed for lunch as the dishes looked (and actually were) so delicious. I highly recommend the place, be sure I'll stop by again when I'll fly through Heathrow.

attracted by the feel of the place vaguely french and not over crowded but unfortunately they have a very rude Paris attitude to service (i used to live in France) the pastry was way too dry to eat .....on mentioning this to the girl clearing the table she simply scowled and completely blanked me. She returned a second time and I asked her why she hadnt responded - her response was quite aggressive and accusing - very rude attitude and said I should have spoken to the Manager. My response was shouldnt you have done that for me? No! apparently. On leaving I spoke to the manager and she listened before launching into 'I respect your opinion but' at this point I intervened and said I dont think you do and left. What an awful way to conduct business. £9.20 for a cinnamon and brown sugar swirl pastry with orange juice. Staff attitude is so important - you can forgive a lot if the attitude is good.

I have been to this little gem 3 times and all three times have been absolutely phenomenal I can not express enough on how the staff are they are kind and friendly. kahina the hostess who greeted me is an amazing person. Stopped by before our flight to Detroit for a quick breakfast. We were thrilled about the food options. Everything looked delicious! Was very excited to be able to try a version of the traditional English breakfast without pork. We also ordered the Shakshouka. Kahina is a wonderful host who made sure we were able to get to our gate on time. Definitely stop by if you have time to kill before your flight!

Went on my way back to the US. It was a really pretty restaurant. And the food was really good. I left them a great tip. Even though they forgot about me and took the orders of two people who came in after me. since I wasn't in a rush, I didn't mind.. But then they bought me my food ;then my hot tea two minutes later and so I ate my food and my tea got cold. They did not offer to replace it or heat it. But on a good note, the French toast was delicious. so that I did leave them a tip. So food was good. Customer service was awful.

We stopped in to eat while waiting on a flight. It was busy but the server was doing her best and though we had to wait a bit we didn’t feel ignored. The lotus French toast was amazing, and the dishes my husband and son ordered were also a hit.

Probably the best location at Terminal 3 to have breakfast pre departure. Delicious food and also very quiet compared to other cafes in the terminal.

Allan, our server was really lovely and so helpful. Offering extra milk for our tea and ketchup for our delicious wrap, which didn’t need any extra sauces. He was quick and efficient too. Table 2 Thanks Allan

After waiting 20 minutes for the staff to make me a piping hot cup of coffee, I lost the will the live. Pathetic service.

Decided to get a quick bite there before my flight on a Thursday afternoon. The restaurant highly ornated restaurant and the busy, fully packed restaurant formed an ironic contrast between a picturesque Instagram post and the reality. I had the chicken schwarma, which was tender, juicy and was bite sized which made it perfect. My waiter Om was especially kind and was very helpful answering my questions. Definitely will come back
