Cute interior and food is delicious and satisfying. The staff are so polite and I love the menu as well ! I always come here for a full English , highly recommend

Was really looking forward to coming here for breakfast, but got my hopes up for nothing! Service was slow, food came cold even after waiting a fair bit for it to come out. There was also an odd smell when we sat in like something was expired. Definitely overpriced, 100% regret going. Would have addressed the issue at the time, but all workers were in back and hardly attended to us…so we just walked out after we had finished.

Sadly, I had an unpleasant experience I wouldn't recommend Elana cafe the food took over an hour to make by that time had to go. An option was given for a refund due poor service!!! and lack of staff members not turning up on time!! hence for the delay, I kindly requested a refund I was advised that 3 working days, however elana cafe didn't process the refund & 5 days later. I contacted elana cafe I was informed that they will not be able to refund the money back in my bank account. I asked to speak to manager to escalate my complaint I was told point blank that manager wouldn't speak to in regards to the complaint & is refusing to accept responsibility. The explanation I was given which was pretty diabolical that food served after 35 mins According cctv footage, I kindly asked for the cctv footage I was refused point blank!!!! Bec the manager is fully aware took over an hour! & the only way to prove with out doubt is by obtain the cctv footage. Which the manager is refusing to show the cctv footage. ******Poor customer services***** No acknowledgement. No customer service. No escalate process in place. No one to raise a complaint too. Manage refusing to speak to customer. Manager is was fully aware the situation shows no empathy. I find it shocking its matter principal therefore I will be taken this matter further. Lol, your own staff member admitted it took over an 1 hour, aggressiveness that's funny! your own member of staff seemed scared of you! She seemed petrified of you! For your information have a witness to the events that unloaded that day. Please stick to the facts not fictional story kindly.

Absolutely delicious. 100% recommend this place for the BEST desserts breakfasts ever!! Cookie dough is bomb and the teas and cakes are nice. Very kind and nice people.❤️

Edited review : Visited again. Delicious breakfast and desserts . I got the breakfast with halal chicken sausages & husband got veggie. Then I got food poisoning and was hospitalised . Was away for a couples air B and B weekend totally ruined it and wasted my money. I found it hard to believe it was elenas as it’s such a clean and good quality food place but they must’ve had a bad day / batch of chicken sausage . I hadn’t ate anything except elenas that day and I was so shocked thinking it can’t be elenas cafe but the consultant asked many questions about what I ate, calculated the timeframe of projectile vomiting to when it finally ended after what seemed like a nightmare that wasn’t going to end and confirmed it was food poisoning as it was in line of when symptoms start and end. Also the vomiting started in line with how many Hours it had been since I ate only elenas cafe food . The consultant asked the last time I ate before that and confirmed it had been too long of a gap to be food poisoning from any previous food. Not giving one star as had previously good experiences but that was dessert experiences. The only one time I had the breakfast was when I got food poisoning unfortunately and my husband who had veggie sausages did not get food poisoning. Wouldn’t go again and haven’t been again. A shame as it was one of my fave places . Also it’s put me off cooked breakfasts permanently Previous review : Although bit more expensive than other dessert places it’s definitely better in taste and quality so it’s worth it . Had the concrete cake which tasted fresh and was a good large portion. Would be better with more custard but comes with standard small jug which I understand why it is pretty for the aesthetics. Aesthetically the place is very pretty and very clean which is always good. My partner said the pink tea was really nice and he is definitely fussy! I had the pistachio latte and that was 10/10 very nice , loved it and different menu options to places I’ve been before. The presentation is also 10/10 . Also like how they aren’t blasting music like most places do , you can actually have a conversation here ! Would defo go back when in the area

I ordered on Uber eats from here, the pancake is rock hard. You can hear it when you hit it with a knife. I spent £1.20 extra to be able to have some more strawberries and they gave me five baby strawberries. if it even adult strawberries … and like no fruit for the actual meal. My total bill including the delivery was £14. for just this… it literally taste like cardboard. And that is not the box it’s come in… Wuite poor and a waste of money :( i am quite sad ( photo of crepe including extra strawberries )

Elena Cafe has a beautiful floral interior, which gives it a luxury vibe😍🌸🌺. We had a few hot drinks, which unfortunately all arrived cold/lukewarm. The breakfast was very average, the beans were cold. Great place for instagram pictures but the food is ok and the service was very slow ☹️

This is definitely a gem of a find. There should be a bunch of Elena Cafe branches across Staffordshire ! Lovely clean, friendly environment. There's a good selection of familiar cafe food and drinks along with plenty of a more exotic style of choices. We went for the exotic. The chilli spiced crushed avocado and (scrambled) egg was delicious. I'd never had a Karak Chai tea before, but it's suddenly my favourite drink. Amazing taste!! My wife tried the Mango Mocktail ... ohhhhhh ... lovely. We're definitely coming back here when we're in Longton. Highly recommended.

Lovely place, waffles are amazing

Very nice and clean had a few tables... cake tasted extremely good I had a purple latte that also tasted nice. Brought pink tea a latte waffle and a slice of rainbow 🌈 cake total was £18.

We heard fantastic reviews for Elana cafe and wanted to try it out for ourselves! We glad to say they didn't dissapoint from the decor to the food to the service. What we got? Pink kashmiri tea Classic hot chocolate with cream & marshmallows Pistachio rose cake Pistachio loaded croissant Will we revisit? We deffo will very soon!!!

Visited Elena Cafe last week after hearing many lovely reviews. There were a range of desserts/drinks which looked appetising that we were spoilt for choice! We were really happy with our experience and loved how welcoming the staff were. Can't wait to visit again soon!

This place is a hidden gem! Easily once of the prettiest cafe’s I have been too. Loved the decor and the attention to detail. Desserts and drinks were also amazing. From the presentation to the taste, everything was perfect. Milk cake was my absolute favourite! The milkshake was also nice and thick which I loved! Virgin colada Mocktail has to be one of the best I have tried. We also tried the brownies which were so delicious! The staff were very welcoming and super friendly. Can’t fault anything. Everything was perfect would give this place a 100/10. Would defo be recommending to all my family and friends. Will be back soon to try out more from the menu! Already looking forward to my next visit.

I want to start by saying Customer service is lovely! 5/5 However, desserts are not all that. It's like short cut desserts that do not taste the best but are priced as premium competitive desserts. First time we bought milkshakes from here - wasn't the best. But gave it the benefit of the doubt and went again and placed a larger order to try Abit of everything. Wouldn't go back. Maybe desserts need a tweak here and there, with imporvement perhaps you can achieve alot better...but decor and customer service cannot be faulted. Wish you all the best 👍

We went to Elena Cafe 2 weeks ago,at first glance the place was very inviting and the decor was on point. Tira was very friendly and couldn't do enough to cater for us,came over a few times and we felt so comfortable with her. We were not disappointed when our desserts arrived. The presentation taste and the aroma of my pink tea and Icecream matcha latte was very pleasing indeed. We then delved into Red velvet cookie dough followed by a very fluffy and extremely tasty Coconut square with custard,not to forget the Ferroro roche milkshakes and brownies. Really recommend this new cafe,so local and not bad in price.Go and treat yourselves and friends.

A great place to stop by with family and friends to satisfy your sweet tooth. The aroma and taste of my hot coffee was on point, gave me a happy fuzzy feeling especially during the cold weather. Reasonably priced, staff are friendly and proffessional, a clean and cosy ambiance. One of the best milk cakes iv tried. Will be coming back more often.
