Elements Chinese in Belfast

Normally get outta Elements , give it a break for few months , ordered on Saturday night salt and chilli chicken , salt and chilli chips and curry chips , all the chips was burned through and disgusting tipped the lot in the bin . There's lots of decent take aways around now so think we will go back to them .

Always excellent food & service

The chips were absolutely disgusting and totally inedible! 3 people could not eat them. They have always been a problem, some days are good some days bad but after tonight I will never be back. I'm a regular customer here but tonight was a joke. Perhaps your chef should taste his own food or you should just cook frozen chips! Disgusting!

£8.60 for delivery because it's Boxing night! Double delivery ... Loyal customers being ripped off. Never order again from here! Ordered for years here and now they are charging that. Avoid!

Just ordered a delivery. It was a wonderful meal as usual. I can't understand the bad reviews I've just read.. I think some off them could obviously be from their competition, as I honestly, have never had a bad meal from them., I do use another one when my grandchildren stay, as they love certain things. The young girl on the desk, is so pleasent❤️and so are all the cooking staff and delivery Guys. Plus it is spotless. So I'd like to thank them for the wonderful food and service I've always received. GOD BLESS ELEMENTS CHINESE. I am not joking, this Chinese (at least the times I've gotten it) Has always tasted great. Especially the noodles. It's elements chinese, the absolute top Gs.

Best chinese takeaway on the falls

Chips were over cooked, seemed more than triple cooked. Also included lots of pure black bits with them. Fried rice smelt wrong. Honey chilli had no spice and was more slime than chicken

As far as Chinese's go, this is the nicest I've had. Me and my partner get the same thing everytime and it's great the meal for 2 which includes,beef curry (or chicken if you like), salted chilli chicken and a chip but if you pay the £1 extra you can get a salted chilli chip and it's lovely. Staff are great and even when it's busy you aren't waiting overly long. We've ordered at peak times and waited max 25-30mins if we're lucky.

Just got a prawn dish it was cold ended up in the bin the batter was slimeing of the prawns the spring rolls were tasteless and not made fresh frozen I reckon, will never use this place again very very very poor quality food save your money do not use this terrible place

Never again, ordered sliced chicken supper the chicken wasn't sliced it was in chunks as you get with a chicken curry and the taste was terrible always heard good reviews and I can tell you I will never set foot in this place again 👎

Been eating out of this chinese for a few years now, got a meal last month and noticed no free prawn cracker and the chips were pale, rice very congealed , one of the reasons we loved this Chinese the chips were well done and crispy, so decided to give them another go tonight, again no prawn crackers and chips, omg disgusting, pale in colour and tasted funny, like they are using some funny cheap cooking oil, and the increase in price, you expect edible food, never again will we be eating from this Chinese and will be telling friends and family to avoid also.

Best chicken fried rice I have ever had. Free prawn crackers were a nice touch!

So disappointing! Normally the food is great. Delivery took 50 minutes . Food was cold and tasteless, order was wrong. It seems this place has got so busy that standards have seriously dropped. I will not be eating from here again. Majority of the stuff went in the bin.

The most disgusting take away i have ever had. Chips just pieces off burnt potato ends. Beef in black bean sauce just pure black tar like sauce. On a good note spring rolls were nice.

Ordered sliced chicken with Chips and Gravy. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and nerve damage to my face mouth and tongue. I can't eat Curry so thought the gravy would make the chicken and chips softer. Big Mistake. The chicken was Rock hard. That wasn't the worst of it. The chips and so called Gravy were covered in thick black Tar looking rock hard whatever it was. I wouldn't give it to a dog. You couldn't separate the chips. If you did you would have broken a tooth. Seriously Health & Safety as well as Food Standards Inspection Needed IMMEDIATELY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR HEALTH. I ACTUALLY SHOWED IT TO SOMEONE AND THEY THREW UP. THE GRAVY WAS LIKE BLACK TARMAC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Order was accepted 11.00, instead of saying no more orders they had me thinking I was getting my order but not a mission. After waiting an hour and trying to call 2-3 times without answer just give up. Terrible customer service - will never order from here again

Ordered beef curry, they delivered chicken curry. Salted chilli chicken is effectively chewy batter. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again.

very very tasty food. xo selection is some the spiciest food you could get in a chinese takeaway. a bit expensive, but it is definately worth it because of the quality of food and size of the portions. fairly fast delivery times. good selection of european dishes and small side orders. the salted chili chips/ribs/chicken are very tasty and i would definately recommend them
