Jollof rice tasted like it had been kept there for days. Honestly don’t think it’s even safe to eat

Enjoyed the meals ordered (Edikaikong and poundo, catfish with fried yam and plantain). Nice spice and tasty food. Thanks to Mr. Taiwo for seeing to my order and delivering it.

I always order from this restaurant because when it comes to cooking soup, they are good at this. However, they need to do better with their customer service. The manager most especially is very unfriendly and he is very rude. I can’t continue spending my money with a business that treats customers with no respect so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I enjoyed my meal, its a place to visit and enjoy. I will definitely visit again

I had a terrible experience with this particular restaurant and I'll most likely not be recommending them to anyone. Ordered overpriced plates of rice (jollof and white rice) it was never delivered and I never got my £47 BACK!! Called them severally and they never picked my call.

Amazing food 10/10 but terrible outdated decor, Nigerian restaurants really needs to start taking this seriously this restaurant really has amazing potential

Absolutely amazing food, the packaging food came fresh and hot not like frozen like other restuarants, I literally enjoyed every bit of it and I am very picky with food so thank you for filling my stomach up with such yummy food u have a regular customer here now......

I ordered asun and some other food stuff via Uber eats. It was too extra extra spicey. I paid £14 for it but the asun had so much bones, I did not enjoy it at all. This is very annoying because asun should be boneless and not have bones at all given the price paid. Kindly look into this PLEASE!

Nice place to hang out for Africans around basildon and environs, food is nice but their cocktails aren’t so nice so just order for your regular branded drink and go on Saturday evening when the DJ would be in the house

Fish was very cold a lot of uncooked peppers no even spiced to taste fish was flat no taste not even a pinch of salt was very disapointed not cooked properl and will not buy again thank u

They used to be amazing but the last few times I have ordered has been an unpleasant experience. Yesterday, the worst of all. You need to call the telephone number to make an order. Rang for 20 minutes and nobody answered the phone. Decided to drive down to order. When the food came out, the soup/stew was cold (this was supposed to have been just made). The shaki in the stew was so hard that it had to be thrown in the bin. The stew for the abula was supposed to be an assorted meat stew but you could mistake it for a predominantly shaki stew. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

I should have known from the outside it was not going to be great, half the sign was missing and it didn't look like there was a restaurant inside. The food...first of all be prepared to wait for up to an hour. Me and my friend both ordered rice dishes so you would have thought that would have been quick. It was a Thursday evening so not exactly rushed off their feet. The food didn't taste fresh and it just didn't taste like how it should. The only thing that tasted nice and like it was made fresh was the fried Plantain. Having one person take your order, serve the food and I can only assume do the cooking as well is not enough staff to run a business.

Customer service is great! We complained about a takeaway meal yesterday and they made sure it was sorted out swiftly! Olamide is an asset to the business. Well done!

I regret only finding out about this restaurant recently. Bought Isiewu (goat head) as a meal for my mother on her birthday and she 100% loved it. Said it was delicious with perfect spices and a great portion. Would recommend to anybody out there wanting to try some African food. They have several options on their menu. Thanks Eighty K and see you again!;)

This was the venue for a party and I was pleasantly surprised with the set up. I was served a quality 3 course meal. 80k has a dance floor, separate VIP section and bar. The food was truly delicious and such generous portions! You feel the cooking staff take pride in their work

Giving them one star because the food is nice. Their customer service is the worst, I don’t normally leave review but I can’t sleep without expressing how I feel. We went there for a party, the staff or should I say the lady with the nose ring, she is rude, has no manners and I am not sure why she working there. Food was late which I didn’t mind but the customer service need serious improvement. They talk to you as if your dumb or have no brain, took two hrs to get a drink. On our way out while talking to the birthday guest who was the host of the party the rude girl I mentioned earlier felt the need to scream on top of her voice to tell us she needs to go pass, she spent most of her time giving most people evil stares and a few people complained about her attitude. Will I go there again. no the food is nice but customer service is poor. The guy with brains was the only one I can say is good. This is my honest review.

Nice tasty African foods . The environment was nice as well. The grilled fish , fried dundun and dodo was quite lovely. Loved the edikaikong soup and gizzard dodo. Glad to have discovered this place. Ordered on phone prior to pick up. Worth visiting. Customer service is great too. Thanks
