Pizza from the 80s. A lump of soggy dough with a great big dollop of cheap cheese thrown on the top. Truly awful. Accompanied by floppy chips.

Back to using that disgusting cheap doner that smells like mince when you brown it, and if your daft enough to smell that and still taste it, you'll regret It as you'll suffer that same taste for about 12hrs minimum as it repeats on you. It's a shame as it used to be good. But that's 3 times now I've binned my kebab, after hoping to get one like they used to sell. Won't ever bother wasting my money again trying.

I saw a picture of a Calzone online, wasn't disappointed after ordering it, looked the same and tasted amazing.

Nice enough takeaway with good kebabs. My only criticism is the hot chilli sauce for kebabs is slightly more like a salsa type thing than a sauce, and there’s never anywhere near enough of it for your food. Like other takeaways in the area, it feels to be getting more expensive, although nowhere near as expensive as Euphrates across the road.

Paid £9 for a large chips cheese and donner, the donner meat was cold, really disappointing.

Nice food.. The food is delicious.. Their kitchens are clean.. Especially the pizzas are very tasty with plenty of ingredients.. I also recommend the kebab and french fries..

Superb food always made fresh to order, there pizzas are the best in the area by far. Frequenting there for over 7 years and never had a reason to complain.

Always good food and good service, polite friendly and efficient, decent size portions, definitely recommend.

Awesome place and great female delivery driver

Ordered a couple of 9" pizzas. Ready in 10-15 minutes. Lady that served me was very friendly. Pizza was really nice, fluffy base, plenty of toppings and cheese. Would happily recommend this place.

Kebabs always cold, chill sauce is like water and tasteless.

Chips and cheese tasted horrible, tasted like it was covered in dust and was inedible.

1st time of trying the food at efes, had a mixed chicken kebab with salad and sauce, chicken cooked perfect, sauce could have been a bit spicier, but very good food and service

Placed my order and was told 10 minute wait which proved the food is made to order. Courteous young lady told me it was ready to go in good time. Food was very enjoyable.

Four stars out of five. Actually Kefes is actually 9/10. Ordered three large chicken tikka kebabs with two large chips. The chicken was copious and a joy to the taste buds. The naan was a tad thin so order your salad and chilli sauce separately. Chips, one large does three normal sized people. So, in short, next time I'm in Carnoustie I'll be back.

Food is the best time n carnoustie

Fancied a portion of your lovely hot chips tonight. Instead got overcooked and very dry chips. Not up to your normal standard. This is the second time this has happened, had to wait an age for them too. Very disappointed. .
