great food great staff very clean place 100 percent

Arrived hot and fresh, very nice

there was a mix up as it had gone through as cash and I wanted to pay card. instead of just taking the card payment or cancelling and putting it through again the lady ended up ringing me back asking if I'd done it yet. she started shouting that I had to do it. so I took my custom somewhere else and we will not be returning as that lady was very rude..food wise it's touch and go, as regular customers sometimes the food was completely greasy and other times ok. you have now lost our custom

Food has gone very bad compared to what it used to be like. Fish had a bad taste but overall the quality is not the same a previous past orders.

I only got kebab meat chips and garlic but it was beautiful the kebab has great flavour and it isn't to spicy the garlic is lovely and creamy and full of flavour the chips are perfect. I got a large which can easily feed 2 people.

Asked for kebab wrap to come without sauce, came covered in garlic. Rang shop and they changed no problem. However I didnt rate the food quality unfortunately. Parmo was very thin and overcooked so very dry. Chips were soggy, and stuck to the wrapping so turned out like mashed potato when we tried to plate them up. Kebab was okay, but quite chewy. Garlic sauce was nice. Pizza was okay. Burger was flat and looked squashed. Delivery driver was lovely & polite, hence the 3* or would have been lower

Batter was soggy chips were under cooked and soggy. Tuna on pizza smelt rancid. Won’t be order from her again. Waste of money

£16 for special mixed kebab large and looks nothing like the picture and not even quarter of the amount of chicken or chicken tikka and only 1 mushed up piece of lofts. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again.

Garlic bread and cheese and chips great, burger and Donner awful, depends what you're after if I'd recommend. Delivery quick.

Ordered cheesy chips. The chips were scraps, uncooked and hard - really unpleasant to eat so it all went in the bin. Won't be ordering from here again.

Fries we're warm but chewy texture. And fish was warmish not hot at all. all in all, I think I need too try somewhere else as quality isn't the same anymore and been coming here for year's

While the food is lovely the restaurant did get my order wrong. I had been looking forward to my tea all day as this was a treat for me and my family and I was disappointed when it wasn’t what I had ordered

Order was wrong which they sorted and redelivered which was great but unfortunately the food wasn't nice at all. Wrap was mainly salad and a few bits of meats. Chips were tiny little scraps.

Food wasn't great. very cheap, chips were horrendously oily and tasted purely of oil that hadnt been changed. Not of great quality. Definitely wouldn't eat from here again.

Love the garlic bread cheese nice soft and cheesy but kebab is very plain, fatty and no tastes like having frozen kabab, chip is hard and overcook and dry with absolutely no seasoning quite disappointed for chipy

I tend not to writr reviews but I felt like I needed to for this. First time ordering here. Chips were nice however the fish was just covered in grease, soggy batter and had a lot of skin still left on. Battered sausage was mostly batter and what meat there was, was overcooked. Mushy peas were also just green water with a few peas. The curry sauce was nice however. Overall 4 out of 10 and that's been generous. Will not be ordering again.

Really disappointed in the food tonight. We usually order from here without a problem but never again . Chicken was off and the food smelled of disinfectant . Chips weren't cooked at all either

Bolognese and chips were sent back as there was barely any Bolognese on it. Literally a few lumps. Upon replacement the Bolognese tasted vile. We gave in and binned it. Parmo wrap was so chewy and overcooked. Won't be back. I used to order here a couple of years ago and it was great. No idea what's happened.

Worst food ive had. Haven’t ordered from here for a while and wont again. Chicken wrap bland. Parmo, chicken tasted like vinegar, chilli and garlic bland…..

Rang to query order as it was over the time limit given man who took my call did not seem to understand me and just said its with delivery driver he was abrupt and quite rude I rang back 20 minutes later and spoke to a woman who was much more helpful and informed me she was just making our food she was full of apologies for the delay and lack of help in my previous call as promised food arrived and delivery driver very apologetic I feel whoever took my first call has no customer service skills and should maybe leave phone calls to the woman who was truthful apologetic and helpful i feel if he continues to treat his customers the way I was treat by him he won't have any customers left On the plus side the woman and delivery driver were BRILLIANT

Looked and tasted like warm ups of the night before.

Ordered fish with chips separate but they came wrapped together and squashed so couldn’t share chips out as partner doesn’t like fish. Batter on fish was soggy and undercooked & chips were mainly scraggy end bits that were hard On the plus side gravy was nice and the kebab meat but think it’s a rip off that you have to pay for any sauce you want on it

Chips were just a slop of greese and burnt aswell as cooked in Old oil. Fish and jumbo sausage's was again sloppy and full of oil which was seeping out of the food!! Even tryed giving it to my dogs and they didn't want it either. Ended up going in the bin. Absolutely Disgusting!!

Nothing short of awful. Overcooked soggy chips. Used to order here every week. Won’t be doing it again. Where’s a good takeaway around here

This was the first time I've used this restaurant, and to be honest, I was disappointed. Chips were greasy, The fish was more batter than fish, and the batter was dry . Overall, it was a poor meal, and I don't think I will order again. It's such a shame .😞

Food is delicious, best cheese burger I've tasted, and the pizza is so fresh and ample toppings. Cannot fault anything, highly recommended, big thumbs up from me, my favourite by none. Well done.

Chicken Parmo was dreadful. Order a lot from here and very disappointed.

Fairly disappointed with our meals, parmo and fries were cold. The parmo only had a tiny bit of sauce and cheese on it and was very bland. The pizza was just OK, but the cheesy garlic bread was very nice.

Food was perfect as always can't fault a thing

Fish were very greasy, not a normal thing from you. Chip butty, bun was a disgrace as chips had been rammed into it yet didn't hold anything, rendering the bread bun broken and useless. Will not be ordering for a good while until we think that issues have been rectified.
