Eda restaurant in Fife

Nicely decorated restaurant, serves food until 10pm. The staff is nice, but the service is quite slow. The fish and chips was very bad, the frozen fish was hard to chew. A bit expensive when compared to other places. The Mexican food, on the contrary, was tasty and well cooked.

Amazing Food and customer service. Will be back. Warm and welcoming. Chicken is just exceptional and baklava is divine. Home made Pitta bread fresh out of the oven. I had to take remainder home! Lovely cuppa to finish off our meal. Can't thank you enough for a delicious lunch. We will be back with our friends and family. So refreshing to find an amazing place to eat. Thanks again

Highly recommend. We visit at least once a month, and have never had any complaints at all about the food or service. Great value and bring your own bottle a bonus!

My friend and I visited last week and when we arrived and sat down, we realised it was 'bring your own bottle' so my friend got up to pop out for a bottle of wine to enjoy with the meal. The man that was working said he had bottles of red wine that were a gift from a customer that we were welcome to have to save going out. Thinking this was a kind gesture, we sat back down and enjoyed a nice meal with a glass each of malbec. When we received the bill, the food we ordered were on it alongside a fillet steak that we never had...when I questioned this, another man whispered this was for the bottle of wine you had! The price of the fillet steak was £22.50 and yet the bottle of wine costs £8 in a shop! What we thought was a kind gesture turned out to be a way for them to make money...I wonder if this is the first time? Fair enough if they wanted to make their money back on the wine (even though I'm sure they don't have a licence to sell alcohol???!!) but to overcharge us for it aswell...hugely disappointed in this. Ashame as the food was nice. Won't be back.

Took ages and way too expensive. Food is okay but can do better. ( Waited over an hour and a half ).

Good quality food - I tried the Chicken Iskender dish and it was excellent. The sides could be of better quality but I guess the main dish is most important. Service is really friendly and a relaxing atmosphere. I would revisit and recommend to friends.

Had a lovely evening meal tonight with my son, Lots to choose from in the menu, I had chicken Shish, It was cooked to perfection, lovely salad and rice. My son had the child’s meal and ice cream , he enjoyed it all, I finished off with a Turkish Tea, lovely atmosphere, Turkish music, and great service, Thanks for a lovely night

I've been here a couple times, once for lunch on a weekday, and another on a Tuesday evening. Both times we were the only people in the restaurant - not sure why it's so empty! The food was delicious, I'm vegetarian and had the casserole and moussaka, both had a delicious sauce. I don't know about the meat but my companion said it was really tender and nicely seasoned. I would also suggest trying the baklava it was wonderful. The waiter and service were great - would definitely recommend! I would agree with some other reviews that it is a little pricey, but similar to other restaurants on the high street so I can't fault it for that.

We ordered a takeaway to collect, once home numerous items were missing, not really a problem it happens. Our main disappointment was in the portion size of the Iskender main dish, 2/3 of a smaller depth Tupperware tub and a miniscule amount of rump steak. When I went back down to collect the missing items I was advised that you get more when you sit in, fair enough but it's the same £17.50 price!!! Also the bread that accompanies the dish and was missing the first time was focaccia (Italian) and very dry at that! Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to a regular treat that was tasty and worth the money even if it was slightly costly ☹️

We booked for 6.30 pm, but arrived early, 6.15 pm and ordered our meal almost immediately. The waiter was courteous and polite, but we were still waiting for our meal at 7.40 pm. I ordered the Mega Mixed grill. When it arrived, there were ; 2x chicken wings, 2 x very small lamb ribs, 2 x cubes of grilled chicken that generally go on a skewer, 2 x cubes of grilled lamb that again generally go on a skewer 1 x minced lamb kebab. The sides ordered were pitta bread and portabello mushrooms stuffed with cheese. The bread was stale and reheated. 1 x portobello mushroom with cheese arrived, not mushrooms. The meats were tasty but overcooked and dry. My friend ordered Iskender chicken kebab, which was better and served in a terracotta dish on top of bread cubes. However, she initially thought the bread was bone marrow as it was so hard and impossible to eat. We had eaten here a couple of weeks prior and were very impressed. The food was excellent, and the portion sizes were generous. Last night the food was mediocre, and the portion of the mega mixed grill was disappointingly small and more in keeping as a starter. So much so that I stopped on the way home for a takeaway. Overall, the experience was disappointing, from waiting over an hour to being served a meal that was not worth what we paid. I cannot think of a reason to return.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere is great. Caring and polite staff . The food arrived a little bit late but one of the waiters apologized several times and told us that the chef is quite busy with all the orders,he offered us turkish coffe while waiting but we declined it because we were absolutely starving . We will definitely be back no doubt !!

We've visited a couple of times and both times we've been delighted. Friendly, helpful service, despite the restaurant being full and one waiter failing to turn up on the night we were there last. I feel that many restaurants place a lot of emphasis on training their staff on the technical aspects of waiting, at the expense of actually offering a warm welcome. Pasha offers both. The waiters know the menu well, offer impeccable service and manage to smile and joke their way through service, all while looking after a full restaurant with one waiter down. Food is amazing. Sea bass done on the charcoal grill was absolutely gorgeous. Mixed hot mezze was almost as good. Generous portions. One scoop of Turkish delight ice cream with a scoop of pistachio was a surprisingly sophisticated final flourish. BYOB means you save a bundle on the usual beer or wine markups. In short, fantastic food, super service, brilliant buzz.

I went last week with my husband without a booking and the experience was quite nice . The food was absolutely delicious with Big portions of food the service was on point and the decorations were truly beautiful., I really wanted to try some dessert but I was stuffed. Maybe next time. totally recommend it !!

Great food at slightly inflated prices but you do get a decent portion. Each dish was served on a large oval plate and came with chips, salad and rice (or bulgar). I had the Iskender Chicken Kebab which was exactly as described on the menu, served chopped on a bed of bread, topped with tomato sauce & mint yoghurt then drizzled with butter. My partner had the Chicken Shish Kebab. His meal came with the tomato sauce in a separate dish. We were also presented with a basket of bread which came in handy for mopping up any excess sauces. Both meals were beautifully presented and tasted devine. We both cleared our plates and felt replete. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The staff were all very polite and helpful.
