I specifically asked for a hot fresh pizza and my pizza last night was barely warm but was fresh , I had to put it in the oven to have a HOT pizza, please don't let this happen again otherwise I won't be ordering from your takeaway ever again

I can't leave a bad review as the food was absolutely amazing, but being at work we wanted our order a set time which was input specifically. Just something to look our for in future when delivering to companies, due to set break times and so on. it came super early. but I can't mark you guys down as it was so so good.

Wrap very dry hardly any garlic sauce in the chicken and donner wrap. Hardly any meat in the mixed calzone and chips cold. Won’t be back

Absolutely awful . My partner went to pick it up and the guy was extremely rude . We had ordered a Turkish mix which on the website states there is chicken in it . When my partner asked where the chicken was he said it doesn’t have chicken in it . He showed him the description and he said well il need to speak to just eat . Food was dry and not great at all .

can't think of a word that sums it up better that "YUM!!" Ordered chicken kebab, halloumi wrap with veg pakora and garlic mushrooms

Poor show tonight with the food. we haven't been for ages and were so disappointed tonight. smoked sausage looked more like a chipolata in size and was only a half. chips were good though. my son and husband had a burger and they looked dreadful (and didn't taste much better) Chips with cheese were cooked with mozzarella type cheese and just clumped the chips together in a big ball, not melted like cheddar. Super disappointed as food was always great before. Unfortunately. we won't be back 😧

Ordered chips cheese and donner. No cheese and the chips are rubbish and cold. Won’t be back. Not worth phoning up for cheese but how can you miss that on it when it’s part of the meal.

As good as always, in my opinion La Zara is the best kebab in Dunfermline.

I have been a customer for years , even recommended the food however, I placed an order last night online then received an email to say order was cancelled. I phoned the shop and was told I had used the wrong online service. I re ordered on the correct site, after an hour we still had no food. I called the shop and was shouted at and verbally abused by the owner, and was told our food was out for delivery. We received our food 5mins after the call. The order was Stone cold and most definitely NOT fresh ingredients (the pitta tasted very funky) my partner called the shop and we met with the same verbally abusive ower. Avoid this place at all Costs to say its went down hill is an understatement. Disgusting food and equally as bad customer service

When ordered asked for pizza base to be thin it wasn't it came doughy,received food cold had to heat up.regulars and very disappointed tonight.half a pitta bread also and more sliced cabbage than kebab meat tonight.Not good overall tonight.wasted money.

La Zaras food and delivery service are amazing, I’ve never had a bad meal from them ever and would highly recommend 👍

I particularly liked when I paid £1.30 for a can of Irn Bru and La Zara gave me an extra fruit shoot instead. Most expensive fruit shoot ever.

Pizza was good, the base was a little bit doughy and underdone. Kebab was exactly what i expected, delicious and big. Chicken pakora was delicious, sadly only got 4 pieces

This is my go to place in Dunfermline for pizza and kebabs. Prices are cheap and portion sizes are generous. I would recommend their Italian calzone.

I don’t usually order from new takeout places due to fearing the quality etc.. however, I decided to order from here due to them selling Sucuk (So hard to find it) and I am very impressed. The food was delivered very early and tasted amazing, definitely recommend. Will be back again :-)

Picked this restaurant on a whim, the family bundle provided a good choice and excellent value. Food was good for price and was delivered quickly even at peak time. The only criticism would be chips needed a bit longer in fryer but very happy and would use again.

La zara used to be great cheap n cheerful quick food. The price has risen and the quality of food doesnt reflect this to justification. Ordered chips CHEESE and donner. Literally had 5 strands of cheese. Like im paying you for it why not provide?

You're chicken kebabs are amazing. Sometimes your chips need an extra couple of mins in fryer to crisp up but tonight it was lovely - keep it up. X will order again, again and again!

Absolutely shocking!!!!! I ordered a chicken kebab and chips. The chips were lukewarm but waaaay hotter than the chicken which was stone cold. I very rarely complain about my deliveries but this is bang out of order! £15 for a chicken kebab and chips and all I had was chips. The kebab was inedible and I do not think I need to resort to putting a kebab in the micro with salad on it when it should have come fresh and hot! They offered me £3 refund!!!! Absolute joke!

Food is great but this time you didn’t give me a separate mint sauce, you mixed it in with all my chicken and made the pitta soggy 😕 I like to use it as a dipping sauce for the chips too but couldn’t.
