Have eaten many of time now. Amazing food and great service. One of the best places for sushi in weston!

Without a doubt the best Japanese restaurant/takeaway I’ve been to. LOVE the chicken teriyaki rolls!

Amazing bento boxes for weekday lunches! Finally I got to eat here, the restaurant have an odd opening times so it took a few attempts.

Was decent sushi, would go for the ‘classic’ Japanese dishes. The chicken was really disappointing. Also pretty expensive for a Weston restaurant.

I had a very good waitress called Aya and they were extremely efficient and friendly. Made a very good experience. The food was great as always as well.

Ordered food with Uber eats at 6 told be delivered 6:50pm half the order arrived with different driver (stone cold) phoned and spoke to a lady she said he had forgotten to pick up one of the bags but it’s ok I have a driver here he will deliver it straight away, no care for the food that was stone cold and the driver has not appeared with the rest of my order and now they are not answering the phone. Thank you for taken £95 and not delivering

Went in for lunch with family and had 3 starters, salmon maki, cucumber maki and karaage which was especially good, very authentic. I enjoyed the kirin beer, although it's not import and it's brewed in Wolverhampton it's still pretty close to the authentic stuff. They missed a trick not selling the Ebisu beer sold in the Tokyo suburb of the same name. The mains we chose were chicken ramen for my son who enjoyed it, the noodles were well cooked and the miso base was good. I would have had traditional pork ramen but it wasn't on the menu. I was pretty surprised. The staff were friendly, kind and patient with our slow choice of dishes. Chicken donburi was good, both my wife and I enjoyed this. Would definitely go again, and it's popular with many coming in and taking away, but it came in at about £80 for 3 starters, 4 mains, 1 beer and a couple of soft drinks. That's pretty pricey for lunch in my book.

Ordered food for delivery and took over 90 mins, was ready for collection but had 3 different drivers change to other deliveries, food was sat in a warmer for 40 minutes before being picked up When I called and asked if the food was going to be done again for pick up they didn’t care said it wasn’t their problem and then sent the delivery with another stop on the way Didn’t care about the delay or the fact the food had been sitting in a warmer for 40 mins before being picked up Food was terrible as expected. Never use them again

Walked past the restaurant today as was immediately accused of vandalising the shop, with a member of staff thrusting his phone in my face and recording me, demanding I pay. Other members of staff stood next to him as he shouted at me publicly before telling him that it wasn’t me. No apology given at all for embarrassing me.

Truly one of the most wonderful meals I’ve had all year, all cooked in front of you, every meal was absolutely exceptional. Not to mention the absolutely beautiful surroundings.

Sumptuous meal. I always love Japanese food. We forgot to take pictures first since food was so delicious to just dig in first. We ordered Gioza, spareribs, chicken teriyaki and rice.

This is an excellent restaurant. I had the pumpkin katsu curry, and it is by far the best one I've tasted. The service was sublime, the waitress was extremely attentive and friendly. The chefs were also working very hard. I couldn't have asked for a better service or dish.

Phenomenal food and lovely waiting staff. The food tasted so fresh and all, very flavourful. Despite lots of delivery pick ups it came reasonably quickly too. Their cocktails are also great

Lovely, fresh food cooked to order at Ebisu. Great vibe and atmosphere, and felt very chilled. We forgot we were in weston for a while. Would recommend, especially uallt the Chicken Katsu and Chicken donburi.

Absolutely love this little spot. Ideal for a healthy lunch option! The teriyaki rolls are amazing.

Fantastic food, Katsu curry is so tasty 😋 Only downside i would say is atmosphere isn’t brilliant but other than that everything was perfect and will be returning.

We've been here several times and won't hesitate to come back. Amazing staff who cannot help enough and also love to chat and make you welcome. A brilliant diverse menu that always leaves you wanting about five items. And has great portions. A nice atmosphere with great decor and is always clean and tidy. And most of all the most amazing food. We've not had a single thing here that has been anything less than amazing.

Had a good experience dining in, in this restaurant. Food is excellent. Big serving and very affordable. Ambiance is amazing with a very relaxing music. Staff are superb, very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you love Japanese and other asian food. We will definitely going back to dine in this place…. We love Ebisu❤️❤️❤️

I can’t believe we’ve never been before. Fantastic atmosphere. The service is very attentive without being overbearing. The food is simply amazing. Great portion sizes and so tasty. Cannot recommend highly enough. We all agreed it was one of the best meals that we’ve had in a long while. My daughter is a coeliac and they cater very well for gluten free dishes.

Gorgeous food, all really good quality and fresh!

Come here many times, atmosphere and food are always amazing. The prices are great for what you get! My only complaint is sometimes it's hard to leave, you either have to go up to the bar area and ask for the bill or really aggressively make eye contact. I've never minded, but it may be a problem for some.

Very interesting experience I think £6.50 for a beer is steep personally. Especially in Weston. The service is nice thoughtful and quick the ramen is tasty a very good sauce the sushi would have been nice if the mayo and sauces where removed and think the salad could of been left out. The tempura was lightly battered and crispy very tasty. I left full and happy my disappointment was the sushi as the quality of fish looked very good just the presentation as mentioned and sauces ruined it. Thank you will come again lovely atmosphere.

Have been here do sushi many times, consistently great. Fresh, taste delicious , looks great. Went to the restaurant and ordered two meals from main menu and both were delicious. Staff are very nice and friendly. Highly recommend 👌🏻

Had Chicken Katsu Curry and Chilli Squid. Was some of the best seafood I’ve had in the UK. Chilli squid with the sauce is a must try.

We ordered from the restaurant for my 16th birthday meal and our driver never arrived. We weren’t offered a refund and we were not able to contact uber or the driver. He had cancelled our order and said he was outside our house when he hadn’t even driven past. Don’t waste your time with delivery from Ebisu through uber eats.

I really enjoyed the food and customer service here and the relaxed atmosphere. Very welcoming and street food focus and flavours were some of the best ive had. Great work guys/girls!!

Great atmosphere and Service for eat in or takeaway.

1st time Japanese food. Large portions of hot scrummy food. Chose chicken dish with egg noodle. Able to take home what I couldn't finish. Meal plus coffee £14.95. Large groups unable to sit together but 13 of us on 2 tables. Nice staff, clean, tasty good value food. If you like Chinese you will enjoy Japanese probably more.

Amazing Japanese restaurant. The sushi was really good and the teriyaki chicken super tasty. Dessert was outstanding, we had the dorayaki and was really spongy and delicious. Staff really helpful and atmosphere cozy and christmas themes. Really recommened

We are so lucky to have those guys on our doorstep! Since moving to Weston we have ordered take away from Ebisu many times, ( it’s so good - kind of addictive) and every single time the food was unbelievably delicious! 😋🙏🏻

I love vibe there and the staff r good at what they do, chiefs r brilliant and the only bad thing iv gotta sat which isn't even ebisus fault but when u get it take away the food isn't as good as eating In :)

Honestly best restaurant in Weston, clean tables, delicious food and nice quiet music in background. Staff always helpful but not intrusive. All made very well with loads of common sense.

Went for a lovely meal, after a busy day site seeing. The food was amazing, the service was good, staff were very friendly and polite. The cost for 4 with drinks was less than £100 which I thought was good value. Would highly recommend.

We were travelling from London for a night in Weston, and were so disappointed with food choices in Weston Super Mare. And then we came across Ebisu. It’s a small Japanese restaurant hidden away on Regent street. It was Saturday evening and we wanted an early dinner, luckily there was a table for two available for us. Restaurant is small, and tables become hard to come by as most are reserved in advance. Decor is tastily minimalistic, simple and clean, we loved hand painted wallpaper. We ordered Chicken Karaage and Ebisu cauliflower to wake up our taste buds, and Salmon donburi and Crispy potato Katsu for our mains. Many Japanese restaurants make compromises, this one didn’t. Food was superb and authentic, portions were generous, each served fresh slaw of daikon and carrot or salad leaves, each bite you took was superbly flavoursome. We were particularly impressed with Ebisu Cauliflower. We can honestly say that this one is one of best Japanese we have eaten for a long time. If you love Japanese food, this one is for you, do book in advance. We will be back.

Had a take out and the food was tasty without being outstanding. Main issue was part of the order was wrong which I couldn't really check without opening everything before leaving. Still a nice option for something different.

We're staying in the area for a week and have generally found the food options in Weston-super-Mare to be pretty uninspiring, but Ebisu is SUCH a hidden gem. Delicious sushi and seaweed salad, excellent sides, and great value for money. You simply have to stop by.

We always go to Ebisu for our Bento boxes. (Bento menu and Chicken Bento photos shown). Although we prefer the atmosphere at Ikanji, just around the corner, we prefer Ebisu for a number of dishes, and they are good value for money too. Open at lunchtime as well which is really good, 'though because it is small it can get full. I presume that you can make bookings. Always seems busy with take out and delivery as well - which tells you something good!

Ramen was ok lacked a bit of flavour. However the sushi was delicious and very fresh, the only issue was that it took very long to arrive however it was worth the wait. On our visit we were seated at a small table in the corner of the restaurant which was very cramped however this was possibly due to the place being busy.

Walked past ebisu in weston super mare and thought we would try it. Staff very friendly. Didnt have to wait long for our food. Very interesting and fresh. Everything looked nice.

My partner and I went at lunch time today (1pm on a Monday), it was quieter than expected and a lovely spot considering it's the center of Weston. Our waitress was brilliant, prompt and friendly. The food was phenomenal and reasonably priced for what it is. Parking nearby is difficult, though Tesco has a 3h window as long as you purchase something for £1+, which is an ideal choice.

A beautiful Japanese restaurant in Weston, very good value and incredible food with great flavours. Only reason for 4 stars on atmosphere was for the lack of music in a small space, we felt like we had to whisper a little. But lovely staff and incredible place with fabulous food.

Food was exceptional 👌🏽 no-one was eating when we arrived at 5pm on a Tuesday but once we ordered service started to pick up. The portions are quite big, so I ended up leaving food. I did have crunchy ribs as well as Katsu Curry. We will be eating there again

We have never had a bad meal from Ebisu, since the early days of opening. Excellent quality food and I think you would be hard pushed to find such a good Japanese in London. Loving the new eco takeaway packaging as well.

Absolutely amazing! One of my favourite places to go to. I had a green iced tea and the stir fried noodles (and my friend had the katsu chicken) and both the service & the food were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place :)

Some Mouthwatering Japanese dishes I had Veggie sushi combo and Togarashi Chicken Donburi so fresh and they were great at listening to your food requests if you are in Weston super Mare I highly recommend visiting Ebisu such a great value and delicious food.

We had a lovely and tasty lunch. For starters we tried the salmon and tuna nigiri (very fresh and reasonable size), then we had takoyakis (nice and tender). And for mains we had the chicken bento box and chicken ramen. The portions are really big so maybe no starters next time! Absolutely amazing. Oh and the staff are lovely.
