Food was freezing cold and had all beans on the kids sausage and chips which my son do not like I ended up chucking it all

I had a mixed meat cooked dinner and it was absolutely delicious had to warm it in the microwave but that's not hard would highly recommend and it came on time as well thank you eat and greet yours faithfully Julie

Was delivered to wrong address so was late receiving order

Really disappointed, Sunday lunch arrived no roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding or stuffing as stated when ordering.

As I live on my own I tend not to cook a dinner but today I really fancied one. Ordered one from here and that’s all I got to say was YUM!! All fresh, the roasties were absolutely amazing and the gravy was unreal! Plenty of food could’ve fed 2! Back for more later😂

I’m not one to write bad reviews. But this sunday dinner was the worst, not only have I ever seen, but tasted in my life. Not to mention it took 2 hours to arrive, and when phone called at first, staff seemed rude. Also came dripping… (probably microwaved). Wouldn’t even feed it to my dog👍 Do not buy, go hungry instead…

I bought 2 large Sunday dinners and a chicken gravy and stuffing baguette at around 1:45 and received them around 2 hours later without any gravy and cold. I don’t mind warming them up but having no gravy is a deal breaker. I’ve tried ringing the store multiple times but there’s no answer, shops says it doesn’t close until 4:30. It’s a pity because the baguette was very nice and tasty. I’ll phone tomorrow to try and sort it out.

Got my order wrong took 40 mins to send a replacement which wasn't fit for a dog to eat and not enough food for a child. Delivery driver had no change. Never again

Complements to the chef and the team that helped me overcome my hang over the breakfast was a cure to a potential ruff day haha as always loved the food and the service provide d and thank you to the delivery driver for not laughing at the state of a man who opend the door 😊

Asked for mash potato as don't like new potatoes didn't receive mash had no gravey on my food just mint sauce.

Food just ok ,hash browns tomatoes and small amount of mushrooms had gone to mush in one corner,also it was cold ,hardly suppressing as it was out with driver at 10.15 and turns up an hour later ,sorry we been stuck in traffic said driver ,there must’ve been a serious accident or something to be stuck in traffic which an 8 minute journey,I’m sure if the food was delivered in tidy time I’m sure the quality would’ve have been better

I’ve had Sunday dinners from here before. But todays dinner was by far the best I’ve had! The roast potatoes were to die for and the gravy was just spot on!! Will definitely be recommending and having one again soon!

Giving 5 stars because of the Sunday dinners. They are cheap, tasty and big portions. Added bonus is that they will take pre orders and also do lamb dinners which is rare to find. My dad, Nan and sister all order from here.

Ordered a Sunday lunch as we just got home from camping, and didn’t fancy heading out to our booked reservation. Arrived early, and large portion for the price. Wasn’t hot on arrival so we put in the oven for 10 minutes. Veg was very soft, and beef a little chewy. Gravy was a little salty and the roasties definitely left a lot to the imagination. (Plus we only got 2 tiny ones each). Also as a Yorkshire girl, I can’t forgive the ready made aunt Bessie’s! (Only joking … maybe) However, definitely for the price I think it was worth it, not sure I would order again, but did the job.

Food was cold and didn’t taste too great, most likely due to the fact it was 15 later than they said it would be delivered.

Lovely veg and gravy could have done with a bit more chicken but all in all pleasant 😋

Food wasn't the warmest, but it was still nice. Was with the delivery driver for over 45 minutes. Phoned restaurant and still didn't receive it for a long time.

Always nice food, but you have to put it in the microwave to warm up. Be good if they could get it to you warmer

I only give 4 stars for delivery time as to be fair it was quick, but other that that I am so disappointed. The food was not okay at all eggs where like rubber on one meal and the scrambled egg on another still had egg shells in, the tried bread and toast was stiff and burnt the beans where basically just juice we requested extras that where wrong the sausages where undercooked had an extremely weird taste to them my 3 year old even said it was horrible. & to top it off the customer service was just pathetic. Who ever is answering the phones needs to be spoken to about the manner they are to the customers looks like they can not take criticism or accept when the food is not alto a standard you would expect when paying for your meals

Ordered my food delivery time was between 15:00-15:30 it’s now 16:00 still nothing has turned up trying to contact shop and no answer happy enough to take the money but won’t turn up with the food not happy at all.

Our first time trying this restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. Such a treat having breakfast delivered!! Highly recommended :)

Ordered food around 12ish took over 3 ours to deliver! And obviously was cold! Rang restaurant said they'd left but still took an hour to get to us! So we sent it back!

Always lovely food from here, quite a distance from me and food was still hot getting to me. Delivery was delayed but arrived within the new estimated time. Best breakfast around

Lovely customer service, food prepared on time for collection. Absolutely delicious food with lots of flavour, especially the carrots and sprouts and gravy; lamb was cooked to perfection too. And soo affordable for what you get, miles better than the stone house carvery. My own wrong doing was getting a large Sunday dinner, eyes too big for my belly. I'll definitely be ordering again. Thank you soo much, compliments to the chef.

My food just arrived cold at 14.50 and the restaurant said “oh they must be doing yours last”.. I order from here all the time but won’t be coming back as they have messed up my lunch break

Awful, food hour and half late and cold. I was told by staff it’s supposed to be cold 😳

Called to ask about the delay and stated that I was concerned the food would be cold. I was told food was supposed to be cold (Sunday roast) and that they always deliver between 12:00 and 14:30, said they had 20 orders with them. Explained that it didn’t say on the app that they were delivering cold food, lady became abusive stating that this is how everyone does it. I will never order from these again, disgraceful.

First time ordered from here and cant fault them at all , food still hot on delivery and ideal portions , beef dinners were excellent and will definitely order again .

Food arrived late. We had contacted the restaurant several times with no answer. When the food finally arrived (1 hour and 15mins late, over 2 hours since we ordered) it was stone cold and we had to microwave it. Not happy with the service at all.

Grease all over the bag and the drinks where the delivery driver didn’t hold it upright.

Firstly I placed an order at 9:35 and the estimated delivery was 10:35-10:55 that’s already over an hour to wait and then my delivery time got extended twice and then arrived at 11:15. All the food was too cold & dry to enjoy , the toast was hard and cold, hash browns were broken apart mushed and the cans were warm.

I’ve never had a bad meal/service from this cafe. Always been 10/10 but unfortunately today was absolutely shocking. Placed an order at 11:40, delivery time estimated between 12:30-1pm. Phoned at 1:20 to be told it’s on its way.. waited another half an hour and phoned again at 1:50 to be told it’s still on its way. When my food arrived it was cold, stodgy and just completely inedible. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 breakfasts one large and one slimmers. Arrived late, not very hot. The slimmers breakfast arrived with scrambled egg instead of poached as advertised. Disappointed. Won’t order again.

Very salty, good size and good value, had twice and too much salt for our liking. Meat was lovely.

Do not use - ordered omelette, chips and a can. The can came in the same bag as the food so was warm. The omlette and chips were both burnt. My order was delayed which I didn't mind, however I dont expect to then have burnt food arrive. Inedible and went in the bin!

Lovely lunch. Roast pots not too good but the rest of my meal more than made up for it. Lamb was like butter melt in the mouth

Food is lovely but they are always late delivering. They message to alter the delivery time saying its going to be late but its always even later than the adjusted time!
