Excellent shop, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Fantastic food.

We stopped off here for a coffee after a Sunday morning bike ride. Chose this area as routine stopp off was reached too soon on our travels. Never tried here before, but what a great friendly place. The owner enjoyed having customers and nothing was too much for him or the lovely lady who brought our drinks (and cakes) out to us .. we'll be back as soon as we can. Thanks for your hospitality 👍🏾

I was in Bedford for the day today and I am so glad I stumbled across this gem on Castle Road. On arrival I received the warmest welcome, not only by the staff Holly and Joe, but by the locals who were very happy to tell me what a lovely place Eat & Treat is, and I agree. Joe made me an amazing Italian panini, it was probably THE best I've ever had. I live in Manchester, but I am originally from the area, when I am next down here I will 100% be coming back. Thank you Holly & Joe :)

Just had a lovely bacon pannini and my husband had same with iced latte takeaway. Really nice, highly recommended x

Nice little deli. Their £4.50 meal deal for a panini and a hot drink is very good value and good quality. Their products are also reasonably priced. Good Covid measures in place.

This deli is amazing! 3 fruit, cheese and meat platters. Customer service second to none. They could not have been more helpful...even helped me to my car to load them. Will definitely be coming back again. 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Impossible to park nearby. Shop was under stocked.

Poor choice of cold meats and very limited selection of pasta. I usually support local businesses but in this case why pay more for basic products that are available readily at supermarket chains fresher.
